Rough experience at start. Absolutely No verbal customer service if you have any type of issue unless you are in an active delivery then they will text you steps to complete the issue. I do enjoy the ease of just picking up and delivery. But didn't get paid for several weeks. Now I worked yesterday and there's no acknowledgment on my app that I completed (2) pickups. So I emailed them as they requested in the app. Go figure but it's ok.

Don't usually have a problem with this app. Every once in a while I'll get an incorrect drop off address, so I'll have to call the customer. And just after this recent update, my app won't even open anymore. Tried clearing the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. Very frustrated. I usually get good work daily and I've already had to go a full day of waiting on support.

Constant crashes. It worked fine for me for about 2 weeks. Now, as of yesterday, the app won't even open for me. It crashes as soon as I open it. I Uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. I shut off my phone and turned it back on several times. And I also did a hard reset. Nothing works. Horrible app, please fix.

I've had several issues with the app and the set up with the company as a whole. The app doesn't tell you what you're picking up if it's merchandise. I've had on more than one occasion where I couldn't get the merchandise into of my suv alone because it was too heavy and the customer doesn't help. Gas is too expensive fr should let you know ahead of time so you can bring help. I couldn't fit the box in my suv this very recent last time. Then if the app just involuntarily shut off you have

App crashes a lot. Constantly force quitting and reopening to complete orders. Customer service is terrible. You cannot actually speak to someone so if you are having problems with your app good luck communicating with them. They pay well and things are really smooth when they are smooth.....but when there is a bump? It's a big bump.

No customer service ever available when you really need to talk to one. Wrong customer address on my first pickup it said 3 miles. No it was a nightmare getting to the customers house. GPS doesn't even acknowledge that address. It was 20 miles out and 20 miles back. So pay wasn't right. It should of paid more for having to go so far. But customer service will never know cause can't talk to one.. fix these problems and we can all make better and more money. Isn't that the goal? I'm thinking not..

Favorites much? Every time we get a new driver point pickup bypasses the app and just calls them and gives them all the orders. Orders rarely show up in the app at all and when they do ther vanish faster than a human can click. Most of the work I get is when they feel like throwing me a few scraps by phone. Then I get harrassed by another driver on the regular and nobody can do anything about it. If I had another viable option I would take it.

It's been okay for about 2 months but as of 4/8/22 I keep having geofence issues. First it says I'm not at the store I pickup from, but it's a minor proximity issue so I can check in just fine, but then I get to a dropoff and it says I'm in the wrong place by about 3 miles when I'm sitting in the driveway. And their support system is so slow in respect to how fast they want deliveries done. If I have to drive 20 minutes and then spend 10 waiting to fix an issue I have 30 minutes to finish in all

The worst app ever and when the app glitches and messes up you get blamed and account blocked. GPS always takes you to the wrong address even wrong streets on the opposite side of town. But that's our fault right. They app can't take photo or scan in item's due to their server being down constantly. It's our fault. They pay trash for the order's. Do not use this platform. They also stole my last check and refuse to respond to my emails after blocking me from my account.

I will say since being with this company since the end of February 2022 it's been great at providing for me and my family while I complete my Associates degree and transfer to SNHU to complete my BA. I will honestly say that anytime or anything I, personally needed they have helped me with, they are always very friendly and VERY FAIR WHEN/IF A MISTAKE IS MADE! I do, occasionally, get a glitch every now and then with the app, but I'm am just hearing that they have updated, so fingers crossed! 😁

I've been using this app for a year and a half. It has never performed well or worked as intended. Every single update breaks the app. At the time of typing this, the latest Android update just installed and the point pickup app no longer opens or functions at all on my pixel 5, but works on a pixel 2 with an older version of Android

We can't even open the app. Says there is a bug. They pay us very little for these deliveries. Not even enough to cover gas. If the customer tips with the order they use our tips for the pay instead of paying us properly then adding the tip. If we drive 20 min to Walmart, wait the mandatory 30 minutes for the order, and cancel the order they don't compensate us for the time and gas we wasted. Sometimes our completed deliveries disappear from our orders and payments screen and they refuse to pay.

I've been doing this for 2 years and have had many issues that were definitely fixed but now I think the prices per order are ridiculous, especially with the gas prices on the rise! We used to have $41 for a 10 drop, now it's barely $30. Also, orders coming out every hour for an order that's 2 hours away isn't cool then you only have 15 minutes to deliver 2 orders or more in order to grab another order that's another 2 hours away, it's definitely not right at all. Please consider these opinions

I don't like that when I take a multiple gm batch order I end up going in the opposite direction that benefits me gas and time wise. Because we can't alter it I'm ending up in a rural town over 30 miles from my home. But I had drops that they wanted it done first in my city literally by my house. I'm wasting gas doing it the way ya'll have it lined up. As of now I can't even drop off anymore with the pictures I took. The app won't drop off until I leave the area and force stop the app.

I've never really had an issue with this app until today. It is constantly crashing over and over again today and I haven't been able to even open the app once to sign in, let alone use the app. I have un-installed it, rebooted my phone, reinstalled it and it still is doing the exact same thing.

Last update was to fix minor bug issues but they added some problems. At this point all I know is one problem but there's probably more. Tried to open the app but it keeps stopping and doesn't let me open the app. And my phone tells me there's a problem with the app about every 10 minutes

I downloaded the app and signed up but haven't used it yet. I don't get the idea of accepting an order without knowing where I'm going to be delivering it to first. Seriously. Yeah, it may pay decent but if I'm having to drive 30 miles to deliver it with fuel prices as they are, what's the point? The delivery mileage should be shown up front.

Absolutely no communication whatsoever. My application has been pending approval for over a month now. Every inquiry I've made I get zero response. Might be a lot more helpful for your app if you actually respond to people, don't hold their applications for a month and actually post jobs.

Please give out all the grocery drop off addresses before we accept the orders. Some of us cannot carry heavy items upto 2nd & 3rd floor apartments. In most cases they have the heaviest items like drinks and crates of water. They should be made to pay more depending on the floor. Apartment number and floor level must not be optional when making orders.

Almost all delivers have required assistance because the geo fence has to be removed. Then I have to wait to move forward and the app won't allow it. I love delivery but this app is horrible.

Any time there are more than a few people doing deliveries, the app becomes inoperable. Your devs can't even get the menus to transition the same way! I could do better than them! That gigpoint thing is literally a points/subscription scam app. Stop trying to make the system look good to investors, and fix the bugs FIRST! If the app doesn't work, then your business strategy will fail when deliveries don't get completed! Offer an incentivized beta program!
