As part of manufacturer approvals, under warranty repairs - device software update, mechanical repair - you are free upon presentation of the purchase invoice.
Non-Warranty or Exclusion warranty repairs - broken, oxidized mobile phones - are subject to an immediate technical diagnosis and a personalized quote.
In order not to lose your personal data, our technicians will offer you a backup of data (directory of contacts, agenda, and other files), followed by a reintegration after repair.
All our repairs are guaranteed one year.
