Very unstable ever since the recent update the app has been very unstable and it freezes majority of the time when I'm trying to look at my transaction history I've tried clearing the cache uninstalling reinstalling and I'm still having the issue the only way I can view my transactions right now it's going through the website
Ever since the recent update I cant even log into my account. Just says my user ID and password don't meet minimum requirements. When I try to reset password or retrieve my user ID (which I already know both, it was working before the update) it just tells me invalid request. Please fix this, currently the app is useless
I made a deposit through mobile deposit, and at the end of the second business day had not seen my check in my account. The bank says they never got it even though the app said it was approved. I was already not a big fan of point banks online banking but this is probably the problem that will make me switch banks.
The app is okay, mobile deposit is not good! I attempt to deposit my check and it states that are unsigned but I can clearly see my signature, for mobile deposit and point bank all in my check in the picture! I've attempted the same check 4 times today and if it fails again I'm going to go back to Navy Federal!
Finally updated to allow log in. Great for checking balances and activity. The app will not successfully make a mobile deposit. It crashes constantly.
this app take very long to load and this is the only mobile banking app where I cant sign in using my fingerprint feature. However, iPhones can use the fingerprint feature. please fix.
Constantly crashes. Can't deposit checks. Nov release still crashing but not as often. Checks stop at $4000/day even though it says $5000.
Absolutely terrible app. Wasn't great before the latest update and just about unusable since. One star is far too high a rating for this junk app.
App works just like its supposed to... I mainly just check balances and make mobile deposits but it works nicely for me.
I love this app and use it a lot. unfortunately after the new update, the app doesn't want to load anymore. can you please fix this? thanks!
This app does not open. cant log in. Why does maintenance take 24 hours. This should be done overnight its been 14 hours.
The app is easier to work with than accessing my account online with my phone.
Idk what you all did but I keep having to Uninstall and reinstall app to use it...fix it

I can't log in anymore because after updating the app it no longer has a second page of characters. I've spent a lot of time trying to configure the keyboard!!! I finally figured out It was the app!!! VERY UNHAPPY!!!! NOW THE APP HAS POPUP SAYING TO UPGRADE. I BACK OUT BECAUSE I KNOW THERE IS NOT AN UPDATE FOR THE APP IN THE APP STORE. INSTEAD OF GOING BACK TO THE APP IT IMMEDIATELY TAKES TO THE APP IN THE APP STORE WHICH ""DOES NOT"" HAVE AN UPDATE AVAILABLE. """"""SOOOO, ONCE AGAIN, I CAN NOT LOG IN. Can't even log in now. Before the updated version it was an excellent tool now it stinks very bad
An all around mess
The app wants me to upgrade. It takes me to the app store and nothing happens. I have tried several things and the upgrade screen comes up every time and it won't let me open the app. I am stuck in an endless loop. I uninstalled the app. It is not worth my time or aggravation.
