Not user friendly. I've been using this app for over a year and still can't figure certain things out like how to set the scenes. Please make the app easier to figure out the ppl that are not tech savy

Works great, so long as you keep the hub plugged in near the remote devices, you have functional batteries in said devices, and management doesn't "overlord" control over features. EVERYONE who has access, can adjust temperatures, locks, and scenes. My only gripe, I can't pair it with digital assistants. "Google home" for example.

I loved the app because it would allow me to adjust the temperature at any time because it kept me logged in. However, I just installed it on my new phone, & have to reset my password everytime I use it. I see that I have successfully changed my password, but the next time I log in, it says the combination is wrong. Most inconvenient.

UI is convoluted and difficult to use. Codes can only be randomly generated. Thermostat features dont work properly at all. Cost is VERY prohibitive as this is a world of free or one-time fee apps, paying a monthly service for something that doesn't work properly is a joke. I would give it zero stars if I could.

This app sucks unlocks my doors all the time. Turns on my ac and drops it down to 64° I have set the temperature and times for this app multiple times and it always goes back to how it was. If I could give it no stars I would but I have to give it a star. I would never recommend this app to anyone. Keeps your doors open and runs your electric through the roof!!!!

would like to lock and unlock my door from this app. Everything else works fine besides the lock section. Very accessible app when you are away more accessible if all 3 section would work well. The lock section works well from my panel but on this app it's horrible. You say you get access but you don't. What happens if you lose tour key and the accessibility for the app is useless?

Just moved in today and already this app does not work properly. I was not home when my wife arrived at the property and I tried to let her in and the doors would not unlock. I see why the other reviewers also gave this one star it does not function properly if you are going to have a smart home system you need to have an app that functions properly get it together.

Way too often the app fails to connect with the lock and thermostat. It just blinks and never sends the commands. Makes me wish my apartment had a non-smart option.

Thermostat reading completely different on the app than on the phone. You can unlock your front door with the app but you cant change the front door code for entry. Not a very fluid design at all

Amazing app. Easy to use. I love being able to unlock my door before I even get out of my car. Perfect for peaking in on my pets while I'm away from the house or adjusting the thermostat to keep them extra cozy :)

Poor experience overall. Widgets didn't function well, lock wouldn't update to an accurate status on the app. Yeah. Pretty bad overall.

Very limited. Does not provide data on system time of operation. Only access ans user logg. Neither can be linked with any Smart home devices. I hate it.

I was pleased with this app up until yesterday. The mobile command access needs fixing. I can't unlock my door from my phone anymore and its very annoying. I was almost locked out of my home today because someone else had the key. THIS NEEDS FIXING ASAP!!!!

It's come in clutch for me a few times in emergencies when I haven't been home to open the door, so I am grateful. Occasionally a message has come up that I don't understand, but I called support and they were super helpful. :)

Easy app to use and the PointCentral support team are always friendly, knowledgeable, and really go out of their way to resolve any questions or concerns!

Doesn't always communicate with my thermostat

Low battery warning indicator on app still visible after changing batteries in door keypad. Have no idea how to clear this warning.

Never works when i try to unlock/lock my door. More of a hassle than a convenience.

Use to work well, now got stuck after a temporary power outage. Not happy at all.

the app does its job - except for the minor disconnections from the panel to its tower.

sucks, gives you very little control and doesn't allow much change.

Useful but you can't sync with Google and use it with Google home

Door unlocking automatically. Talk about a liability issue.

The property management can lock the thermostat and override the manual control.

Office has total control over your AC system and your front door that's sad to live like this.

No issues with this app.
