Where is the update? Keeps saying an update is available but directs me to this page! This app is not useful to actual caregivers. While it is nice to be able to see the care plans and your own schedule there are a million other problems with it that I can't list here.
Always having problems. The updates never want to update, it shuts down on me, and sometimes the signature part won't take the signature of the patient. I cant stand this app.
Sheila The AP keeps telling me that an update is needed but when I click to update it just keeps spinning and spinning on my phone don't really know if it updated or not.
Need an option to delete tasks that aren't necessary for individual clients. Big time waster when you have no spare time in between appointments!
Can not update app there is no update to be found. Very slow to load.
Likes to disconnect from bldg wifis. Getting better but not quite there.
If you need help with your work schedule this is a perfect app
Its kind of complicated with syncing at the end
I had to buy a new phone to get the updates if you have an LG phone it won't take updates. So don't buy an LG phone

Brilliant design. Navigation is easy to understand.
Constantly have trouble updating on my android galaxy note 10+, it will tell me there is an update available, but when I click on the play store link, it takes me to the application install page that shows there is no update available. UPDATE 10.6.2020 Every time I want to end an appointment the app closes, causing me stress and anxiety because I have to uninstall the app (loosing all my client documentation in the process) and install again just to move on to my next appointment WORSE APP EVER!
