Hatching Pokémon eggs is easy. Simply turn on Poke Pal, put your phone in your pocket and go about your walk, run, or whatever. Since your game is playing in the background, you’re good to GO!

How does Poke Pal work?
• Start your Poke Pal app while playing your game
• Swipe down to open the notification bar on your phone and tap the Poke Pal screen lock notification
• Your phone screen is now locked so that you can put your phone in your pocket while your game is still playing in the background
• If Pokémon are near, your phone will vibrate – you can easily unlock the screen and catch them
• Your distance will keep racking up to hatch your eggs as well

It works for 5-10 minutes then goes back to the game showing on screen and pokeplus crashes when I try to turn it back on
Keeps freezing! Wasn't able to unlock my phone for over a hour!! I have it set to tap to unlock and it keeps going to pattern and then doesn't do anything when I try to put my pattern in to unlock. If it actually worked I think it would be a good app!
The app doesn't really block your screen. It puts a security layer on it requiring a pattern to be input to return to the game. As idea, is great! Problem is, pattern dots can and will be pushed while the phone is in your pocket, if this happens several times, and it does, the app freezes and you can't dismiss pokepal or switch apps, rendering your phone useless unless you force restart it
Works by blacking out screen below notification bar with pokemongo running in the background. Also unlocks with a pattern so no problem placing in bag/pants
Been using the app for several days now, for me and my kids. Works great. Mostly use it to lock the screen so we can do our long walks and stop to play. The battery saver is a huge help, as my battery used to go from 100% to less than 10% in about an hour. Now we can go out for a few hours no problem. Thanks!

I've used it for 2.5 months. I love that I can put my phone in my pocket and still rack up kilometers. I've found works best on my phone to tap the screen first, then the dots appear so I can enter the pattern. 3 or 4 times it has locked up my phone like a brick. Fortunately my phone has a removable battery-- twice I had to pull it out to restart.
