PokeGBA - GBA Emulator for Poke Games

I definitely love the ability to download and play original games, but the main issue is that it continously displayed advertisements. The asvertisements weren't even in the game though! They were everywhere else whether it be other games, my homescreen or when the phone was off. I deleted the application and all the advertisements stopped, so it was definitely the culprit.

Really good emulator don't get me wrong games run smoothly, save states work like they should do and the speed up button is really helpful when you're sick of reading through endless speech boxes. However the ads on the thing, even when you don't have the app open, you get ads. Playing a totally different game altogether? You get an ad from this app, this is really pathetic imo and the reason for the 1 star rating, this problem completely over rules the fact that the emulator itself is well made

4* due to the ad issue, but can be fixed(for the most part). It is true that the game will create ads in the background and overlay what you are currently doing, but most phones have the option to stop it from working in background. This will stop the ads from appearing, but it will make the attempt and drop your keyboard when typing. And for those that are ignorant of roms, google it, not the apps fault that you dont know how to use an emulator. Stop rating 1-2* due to your own ignorance.

random pop up ads when not in app. Even when my phone is locked itll start playing sound from an ad. I'll be in other apps and it pops up an ad. its really annoying and im disappointed because the app itself is really nice and performs well. However these ads are forcing me to uninstall and lose all my progress on the game.

Runs super well! Had a great time playing Emerald but it's constantly opening ads even when I've closed the app. If I could pay to get rid of them I totally would but that's not even an option. Forced to uninstall and lose my progress :^/

you can play Fire emblem 6 and other translated games with this, only problems I found is the resolution is a bit bloated so the picture is fuzzier than you may like and the controls are really awkward due to it being touch based, otherwise, way better than emulating on a computer for portability alone the UI is the same as the SNES9x emulator and that is not a bad thing, but the buttons are for gba.

It works just as you would hope an emulator would. However the ads that are attatched are extremely invasive. Ads will pop on on your screen no matter what your doing and play sound even if you haven't touched this app in days.

It didn't work. At all! When I tried to open the app, my tablet had said "PokeGBA has stopped working" so I tried again. Same result. I deleted it, as I knew that it doesn't work at all. Now, I don't know why it did this, but I think my tablet is too outdated. My tablet OS is "Samsing Galaxy Tab 4" and my model is "SM-T230NU". That should help you fix the issue. Please notify me by replying to this comment each time you update the emulator. I get notifications when creators reply. Bye!

It gives me ads and glitches outside of the app. 1. Outside the app, my phone sometimes freezes for a second 2. outside the app I get ads out of nowhere as for the proof it was this app, 1. When I clicked tabs, the ad tab shows up as "gba emulator" with the same icon 2. Once I uninstalled this app, it stopped happening

I had to delete it, the pop up ads was annoying. Even when I was not using the app the ads keep popping up and turning on my phone. The app itself is great but those ads were too much trouble.

This app won't open. Whenever I clicked on it a pop-up came onto my screen saying the app has stopped. I've noticed that many other people have had this problem aswell. Very disappointed.

after you download the application your phone will randomly start ads when your phone is just sitting there. ran great saved just fine but the fact your phone gets random ads and plays the video even when its on stand by it makes one wonder how much access they really have to your phone..

Works fine when using it, and reasonably few ads. but since recent update it starts playing ads when the phone is locked, and when I'm using other aps. Unacceptable and rude.

For the app itself,it deserves 5 stars.But i encountered a huge problem with the ads.When i dont use the app,Ads randomly pop up and unlike other ads in games you cant exit this one until atleast 5 seconds are over.These ads appear atleast once every 30 or 40 sec.If I'm watching a video it automatically pauses because of this app.

The ads in this app are causing me a lot of trouble since they keep popping up even when I am not using this app or this app is not running in the background. This is causing me huge trouble while I am using any other app because the ads pop up out of nowhere

This app was working on my p30pro. It's was working fine without ads. I was able to download the pokemon game from the net and I was super happy to play my childhood game. Then as of 2020 it just stopped working. It doesn't even open. I was quite far in my game now it's all gone. After uninstalling and reinstalling it still doesn't open. So sad.

Wow, what a waste, it can't even open up. It immediately just says it stop working without it even popping up. Don't bother downloading this unless you want to waste your storage space by something just laying around in you phone or tablet.

Biggest Dissapointment ever. The app wont even open for me, at all, no matter if i reset or how many tkmes i try. It wont open the app, and just give me a "The App has stopped" Message. Wont change rating until u somehow fix this. I use an LG verison phone, so idk why uts not working.

this app is really great! i have a galaxy s9 and it runs super well. no saving problems, ads are nearly nonexistent and it has done nothing but impress me. my experience is 100% positive. great job

I dont like the fact that my ads appear on my screen once iv closed the game! And it interrupts everything else that im on. Apart from that its great!

id give 5 stars but you popping up ads while I'm on other apps or games and it's messing up the "timed quests" im doing. other than that the app is fine if you don't play anything else.

Won't even load. After downloading it I tapped 'open' and right away it closed and the pop up said, unfortunately it stopped. Not once, but over and over again. It was a b**** getting to uninstall it.

This emulator is absolute rubbish. All it does every time I tap on it it shows the message saying "Unfortunately the APK GBA Emulator has stopped working". So I have to uninstall it. 😡😬

I can't even open the app I was really hoping this would have worked well but it doesn't and it's upsetting that a Gameboy emulator does not work it's not that hard to make one and make it work don't bother downloading it is terrible.

I'll give it a one. First, the game shows only for pokemon, why is there mario? You really need to change the title. Second, this game keeps crashing so I uninstall it at the last second. Please improve this app.

Good for the first few times i launch the app. By the 4th or 5th time, I hear my game music but all i see is a black screen and the controls.
