After the update, they make you watch the intro of what got changed. There's no option to skip out of it, and then it bugs out.
Brilliant transportation planner app with detailed information, and even AR support system for the "lost sheep". Great to also be used in numerous countries. Thanks for developping the app.
After the launch of the Tuen Ma trainrail, there's some other routes that can be shorted via Tai Wai station....@_@ BTW, i do have the latest update, so it's not working properly...

Since there were additional functions like multiple transportation recommendation, the information of fastest MTR exit route has become poor. The app even shows "No results available" to me, how come.

Stuck in load screen
This APP is really amazing. I was rushing from Admiralty for last train to Lok Ma Chau. It helps me to identify which car which gate to sit in. When the Train arrive at kwoloon tong and exit at car 6 door 5, it's exactly next to the escalator. I manage to catch last train successfully. It's really a great experience.
Big corporation always spoils the small in rule as if M$ did in decades. So I rate higher for good approach of the app. Old comment: need to find the exit nearest to the destination on the road in which measurement should include underground walking distance at least roughly, otherwise recommendation doesn't fit for real environment. Wrong Door number given in which the feedback button at the right upper corner should directly reflect to the route you offered in the webpage for encouraging user to give feedback to make your app more accurate.
早前本人建議加人多種轉車方法讓用家選擇(例如從屯門到中環，可以在南昌轉東涌線，或在尖東轉荃灣線)，開發團隊好快採納了建議，非常好！ Previously I suggested allowing users to select interchange station. e.g from Tuen Mun to Central there are two ways (interchange at Nam Cheong or East Tsim Sha Tsui). The developer quickly adopted my suggestions. Very good! Keep it up!

Useless app, steal graphical intellectual property for marketing, qiestionable business practice
Great app, and great customer service. Not only does it provide route options but also assist with optimal car to sit in the MTR. Takes into account current situations too!
