Pokémon Masters

Overall a very fun passtime ! Of course it's PTW like most any mobile game, but at least you can purchase the ingame stuff without spending real money without feeling very hindered. The music is absolutely boppin', and graphics are as good as the upcoming Pokémon game for the switch (unfortunately). I appreciate being able to speed up dialogue and battles, and skip dialogue and animations, as it speeds up the game a lot.

I've got two problems with this game : First, the fact that stamina is consumed that fast makes the game feel less enjoyable. Difficulty is already set by the amount of materials required to up at a certain point: one has to take time to reach what they want. Last but not least, the diamonds are so HARD to get! Even at a higher level, this is just long. Daily quests ain't sufficient, and classic quests aren't even interesting. Event quests are also quite short or unrewarding enough.

A great game with good graphics and good quality storyline, the outfits of characters being amazing as well. But the problem that I have is that I keep on crashing when I try to play certain levels. It seems that a lot of people including me keep crashing in the 1st battle of the Johto Villain Arc. But now that another event is released, I encounter the same problem of crashing every single time whenever I try playing it. Please fix it.

At launch this game was okay but had glaring issues. But as it currently stands I feel confident in saying this is a f2p friendly and have ironed out almost any downside I can think of. They are constantly trying to push the game forward at a healthy rate with clear communication and is a joy to play. The music is the biggest highlight as every tune is an absolute banger.

This is easily my favorite game at the moment. It looks great, sounds great, feels great, and I love strategizing for all the different battle types the game has to offer! Legendary Gauntlet, Champion Stadium, Battle Villa, Extreme Battle Events, this game has so many fun and difficult battle varieties to keep you engaged, and that's not even including Co-op mode! I love this game for its cast of characters and the battles I can have with them. It never fails to keep me engaged!

Updates are pretty frequent so it doesn't feel stale at all. The free-to-play aspect is amazing, as there are multiple free rewards each day, and more in gameplay, which is very generous. The gameplay gets quite repetitive and RNG based, but thats most pokemon games anyway. The graphics aren't half bad for a mobile game (they could be better) and the characters are well designed. My one critique is that most of the overpowered characters are locked behind a paywall, but other than its solid.

This game is pretty good in that the combat stands out from the main pokemon games as well as other RPG mobile games, enough so that combat can be strategic and ay higher difficulties you can't just autoplay. Characters are fun, but getting 5 star characters that are good is more difficult than some other gachas, there is no guarentee of a 5/4 star with 10 pulls, and the game plateaus and becomes a slog at mid level once all main missions are complete. At high levels it becomes trivial.

Please do something about the error 20103 that keeps on popping up. It's extremely annoying and makes the game almost unplayable as it disrupts the screen even in the middle of battles. The game is also terribly optimized on Exynos processor phones. Hope they look into that in the future.

Very well made. Stamina system needs to go, the game is stuck on easy mode and end game rewards are easy to achieve. Auto clickers are rampant and there is no system in place to detect and ban cheaters. Not acceptable for a p2w game in my opinion. In saying this, I love this game

It's just a bit difficult to keep the progression going, I like the animated models and voices, but the story sometimes seeems impossible and cantankerous to navigate. I truly love Pokémon but this is very difficult to enjoy and it is awkward. I don't want to invest as much energy and time into this as Pokémon Go, simply because there is a roadblock after every "turn of the page." The music seems weirder than usual too. I miss the days of simple sprites and 8bit tunes, and beautifully drawn art

So far I haven't encountered a problem from the game, other than when I go to click on the icon on my tablet, for the game, it crashes before it even opens, and makes me have to tap the icon again, in order for the game to open! Outside of that, I have no issue with the game...... SO FAR! Will edit my review one way or the other, depending on whether or not I encounter a problem!

No PVP elements and simple gameplay, so the focus can be on building up your faves and using them. It's satisfying, and maxing them out is more than possible for free-to-players. The characters are well-represented, and stories fun and interesting. Many Pairs (esp. 3/4*) don't have have the same customisation options as others, but are gradually getting them. Some content is restrictive with what Pairs you can realistically use, and there's a fair bit of RNG, but overall, I can recommend it.

The voice actors are just wonderful. I haven't played every game, obviously, but I recognize their lines almost instantly. The upgrade system is complex, but it doesn't detract from gameplay enough to notice. Superb, as it was a year prior.

Has potential to be better. Originally the concept was new to me so I liked the game but now, it has just become an event simulator where you battle and then spend whatever you earned in the shop. It is quite repetitive and get boring pretty quick.

Update: some features have turned back away from pay to play allowing for a good amount of free daily gameplay. However it is clear that pay to play gets you much better sync pairs to use making the game much easier. Would like to see some better events instead of repeats and super short stories that only result in basic items. This game bounces back and forth from good content to lazy content. Bang average.

The overall game play mechanics are great, however; after you beat the main story, villian arc, and legendary adventures, your left with grinding to get your sync pairs to higher heights as your only activity. Yes, you have legendary arena, champion stadium, and battle villa; but not only do these not provide interesting rewards, the former and latter are rarely available. If devs find new/fun ways for players to interact with the game it would be 5 stars, but right now I find myself deleting it

This game is actually pretty much addictive and amazing. The story wise progress is great and I think this is perfect but it would be great if you add dress customization for our protagonist or at least a special dress for its special syn pairs like player-solgaleo, player-regirock. This games constant upgrades also engage old players like me who has finished previous events. The graphics are great etc. I am satisfied with this but simultaneously waiting for more.

It was my fav game becs i was top in it i actually had completed whole game. This is time of january when I had completed the whole game and was just waiting for new update so i can clear those chapters with my red and charizard team but that day only it got deleted and I dint saved it becs when I once tried they were not accepting it so i was never able to save it, Now it's been 2022 and i posted the review 1 year ago. Now I have started game again and it's fantastic

Wonderful way of expanding the lore of the main series games. Love these characters! Playing with Iconic Characters throughout the decades and having them team up and interact is amazing. Them game gives you a lot of free Gems, from both events and earned in game story. However, you should save up those gems for events, you can play this game in its entirety for free. In-game purchase do exist and they are very expensive, most people won't buy anything cus you can get more for free.

I really love this game cuz graphics and storyline is awesome but it takes up a huge amount of storage (2.5gb) and it is a bit pay to win because if you want more characters,you need gems and they are really hard to get if you don't want to spend any money.

4.5 stars not perfect, but it has come a long way since 2019. Dev communication is some of the best from any game hands down. A forgiving gacha game with very few units that are unplayable. Some are much better than others and some busted ones. F2P friendly just got to play every day. Gauntlet mode is the hardest. Veterans of the game have a difficult time. F2P players should pull on Master(likely stronger),seasonal(rare),costume(rare),or anniversary(both). Look up more info online. <500 caped.

It's pretty laggy for some reason and I'm sure it's not my phone causing the problem, the game itself is laggy.. plus I think there needs to be more stories of the main character becoming a champion or something, or else it'll just be boring, other than that, it's a good game

I have been playing this game since it was launched, and I must say, it's still very addictive. Amazing graphics and gameplay. But, as I was requesting for a long time now, give Ash Ketchum (Satoshi) as a sync pair. Still, the developers haven't responded to the same. Fingers crossed for Ash Greninja as a 6* Ex sync pair.

I like the character inside this game. Thanks for the effort. But I unable to login to the game due to error 20110. The issue haven't been solved for few hours. I believed that my connection is in good connection but still having this issue. Please help to advise.

It's good, the gatchas has have decent rates. The story is good and the art directing really amazingly close to the cartoons. Lots of events, fairly generous especially towards newbies. Lots of free 5-stars by doing stories. One star off for how confusing it is and a lot of things have no explanation. Would also like a search by name feature so I'm not scrolling forever.

I love the gane but it's been telling me to check my connection almost constantly since the latest update, and my connection's just fine. I keep having to exit the game because of the error, and I've had to redo several story segments because of this, which is starting to get very annoying

The game gets boring fast. The story isn't engaging enough and the game play becomes stale quickly. Especially now where every 2 weeks is just a new limited character. The game has ran its course. The Devs are clearly only on the money grab train right now since Nintendo has been shutting down all other mobile games they've been funding. If you pick it up only do free to play. More than enough rewards to get what you want if you plan things right.
