Pretty entertaining, but has some detrimental bugs. The tournament is only available once per day, and it's a vital source of in-game currency. However, the game tends to freeze either before it starts or during the last round. If you close it/restart/pause, that's it. Your attempt is counted and you can't retry for another day. Seems to happen to me 90% of the time. Everything is up to date, running it on a Razer 2 (flagship gaming phone). Game never freezes anywhere else and runs perfectly.

Fun so far, but today the game keeps saying "updated data available, please restart the app" (or something along those lines) and the game closes itself down, relaunches, and says the same message, and restarts, etc... It's stuck in a loop, and I can't actually play the game anymore. I've tried deleting cache, but I'm not willing to reinstall the game in case I lose my progress.

Great game, plays a lot like the original Rumble game but with plenty of new and interesting features. Frequent crashes and black screens that must be addressed, though simply restarting the game is a quick fix. Might be worth waiting for more bug fixes to play though it has only just been released so it is semi-to be expected.

The game doesn't use stamina but instead forces you to stop when you've collected 3 ore pieces. You have the option to throw them away, but can only do that 6 times or so before you can't anymore. Had it installed for a few days and ended up uninstalling. I'll probably watch this though to see if it's worth downloading again if they fix it up later in time

I enjoy the simplicity the Rumble series provides and was very happy to see it had become a mobile app. The gameplay is nice and simple so I don't have to pay it much mind while doing other things. However, two major complaints I have include the constant need for internet access which limits where I can play, and how the game heats up my phone more than any other game. My phone has had to shut down due to the heat reaching a dangerous level. If these issues were addressed, my review will change.

Revised June 9, 2019 - Majy bugs fixed. Only gives a black screen every once on a when finishing a battle. Gameplay is fun and addicting. 4 Stars May 22, 2019 -The game is fun, but I'll wait a few weeks until all of thr bugs are dealt with, including freezing on the refinement screen, not loading, and sudden crashes. Took over a week for support to help and fix. 0 Stars.

It's a weird game, the ore system definitely needs refining within itself because one you run out of space if you don't get rid of the ore fast enough, the game freezes and needs to be rebooted. I love the nostalgic feeling it gives me but I feel more can be added to make it better. c'mon Nintendo, you can do it!

It is really fun to play on the go and it gives you new experience from the other Pokemon rumble games, however the difficulty spike has been easy to notice due to the changes of chances of rare ore drops, summon gear and even making it hard for newcomers to catch up to the point that they hit a wall and can't do anything else but try to grind ore and hopefully get something that will help break through. games that are mostly based on RNG are usually hard to deal with.

This game's grind is excessive and unfulfilling. Its impossible to progress, even with significant luck. I've been stuck on the same boss for about a week of constant play and I'm nowhere near close to the end of the island challenge. Fix the grind and make it possible to progress. This app is also very unstable. It freezes and crashes constantly. If you use gems or tickets to speed up ore processing, the app notifications get out of sync.

The gameplay is fun however it tends to freeze between loading screens after beating a round. When this happens it resets and you lose the pokemon, money, and ores you found on that round. The ores take too long to refine. If there was the ability to hold more than 3 ores at a time without making you stop exploring it would be great. Collecting Pokemon is fun and exploring is fun too. Only downside I feel is the ores and game freezing problem. 3/5 stars for me. Fix those and it'll be 5 stars.

so far so good. cute and good quality graphics, comprehensive tutorial. only complaint is that while I love and appreciate how quick the stages are to load, the tip/hint screens are never up long enough to read more than a few words. edit: wouldnt mind being able to turn off the auto-attack function, which makes it harder to catch the boss at the end.

Great! Almost perfect! There is a single thing though that should be implemented to the game, and it is support for landscape. I used an app that allows force landscape and the game worked fine and looked much better too, but I wish people would make games like this one, that work in landscape, be compatible with holding sideways or portrait by default or add an option for selecting either.

Warning: if you uninstall this game and try to get back into the game you will have to restart the game from the begining due to it not able to get your last save file from your Nintendo account. Had a bug where the game kept on thinking there was an update when it just finished it and only re installing the game fixed it. Overall sad I have to restart but the game is at least enjoyable. edit: after searching for a bit, found out there is a data transfer in the support menu.

Hello there! I am enjoying Rumble Rush, however, I do have one issue. On the loading screens, like after missions and stuff, it crashes. The little blue circle stops spinning, but the music continues to play. Each time this happens, I have to go into my phone's settings, find the app, and force stop it so I can restart the game. Thanks to this, I just lost everything from a mission I did, costing my a new Linoone, a Camerupt, and a Boss Flareon.

Game is super fun, but i keep running into this bug every time I get a fourth ore. If I try to click on anything other than the trash can to throw away any ore besides the one Magnemite is holding, the game freezes, and the only way to fix it is by closing and reopening the game. But even then, it just starts me back at the ore page, and the only way to fix it is by trashing the ore that Magnemite is holding. Even if one of my ores is finished refining, if I try to click on it, the game freezes!

All in all it's a fun game, but it feels a little empty. There could be more than the same stages with up to only 4 Pokémon in it. Also, the menus and transitions are pretty annoying. After each stage it takes you back to the title screen and when you find an ore, it plays an animation and takes you to the ore screen, only so you can throw the ore away anyway - and all that with loading times that make everything take unnecessarily long. Simple replay and don't keep ore buttons would be great.

Unfortunately it's reached a point where the game is unplayable now. It's a shame, because I really enjoyed it initially. The newest issue is how difficult it is to acquire a Rare Ore. I get that they are called 'rare' for a reason, but they have gone from being less frequent to frustratingly unattainable. This, combined with previous issues that are ongoing (game crashes, lagging, only 1 power slot for most gold drops, reduction in ore contents etc.), has sucked the enjoyment out of this game.

Game is honestly really fun, but with a few bugs and hiccups. First, i am experiencing random freezes on Android Q beta 4, which might be due to the beta, not the app. With the app, I think there are some things that can be improved. I think there should be a quicker way to switch items. Also, i dont think there should be a limit to ores and that there should be more slots for the ore.

Kin. C. Jun 6, 2019

Overall, pretty good for new game, definitely has its bugs here and there, and some loading issues at time but has simple gameplay to keep you busy and coming back for more. Only complaint is the ores. While I do like the new mechanic with the gears, the ores just take way too long to refine and extra slots you get don't last as long as I think they should.

Gab. F. May 22, 2019

has a good bit of promise and really enjoyed my time playing up until the first ore refinement tutorial where the game crashes and doesn't want to go any further. Have tried closing and reopening but it just doesn't want to budge past that tutorial unfortunately. A bit of a shame because I really do like the game from what I was able to experience up to that point.

Wonderful game, very true to the DS Rumble series which I loved. I think this is a great direction for that game series to go in, providing micro transactions do not become necessary for regular daily play. I know this is a new app so I'm not expecting perfection right away, but I have a small request. If it would be possible, please make it so Pokemon Rumble does not force pause music apps running in the background. It's a small thing but in the 1 day I've played so far it's been inconvenient.

Game is fun to play, great for the nostalgic game players. I would say slightly older children should be able to understand the logistics. Pretty repetitive, but attaching gears and strategy might be difficult for young children. It randomly shuts down or freezes at times which is kind of annoying. I wish you could do more with diamonds than just rapid finish ores, even if you could just buy rare or uncommon gears.

Wal. R. Jun 24, 2019

The game is not really good for something on the usual Pokémon Rumble standards. You go to someone's area, which is random, as an attempt to get a Pokémon of the correct power to beat the boss, which sometimes takes longer than I'd want it to take. You can't even play with friends or do multiplayer at all. You can only visit 3 places and if you want to see another place, you need to lose a place.
