Poker Heat - VIP Texas Holdem

Just yesterday, I was making a good amount of chips. Got into about 8-9 million and I come on today and it's just all gone. I would rate 5 stars if it wasn't a waste while playing for HIGHER STAKES. Everything seems approximately equal and chips are easy to receive but why would all my chips disappear when I'm not active on the game? 8 million gone, while I was offline. Messed up. And the email address doesn't work. Quit with that.

I have played this for years & analysed the draws, hand outcomes thoroughly & I am 100% certain the card draw is rigged to manipulate players to buy chip packages.. but that's when it gets worse! Different echange rates from $US to $AU apply depending on which package you choose and/or if it is a short time offer. I can never seem to get any support via the in app support links and I am sure that the game has cheated me in a number of ways on a number of occasions. Is there any accountability?

Review edit. I get one problem fixed only to experience another. It will not loadI experienced a technical error which they corrected in speedy time! It is an enjoyable game with great technical support! As an edit I am now having a connection error.

I won my 3rd ring along with over 41 million in chips and yesterday morning my account was empty, I guess they do that so you make a purchase, I did not have to make a purchase previously because I won my chips fair and square but they decided to empty my account with no explanation and no one has contacted me regarding this matter either so poor customer support. Just don't fall into their scam.

The game is very well designed and developed, my only complaint is its super fast paced so be ready for that non sense. If you enjoy card games then this is an overall fun game to play just be sure to pay attention to the in game features as they are not well explained or easily found.

I have to edit my review. Something has happened to this app. It will kick you out of a room with no warning. The call and fold buttons disappear. And now the timer is going off after 1 second preventing any kind of action with a hand. I am about to uninstall after playing for several years. Can you please fix it?

You steal foromyesterday / last night my phone was hacked into through friend request I made to a player from China. I had around 5.3 million player bucks. The player had a lot of gold metals over 127 will compose a longer report. The player was playing at a game level that many players are likely to buy chips with real money electronic of course. The only people that have my debit card card number are my check cashing place , my phone company and my cable company. I manually pay over the phone.

At the start you win regular as you progress on higher levels it's hard to win, you are mostly beaten even when you think you have the better hand. There is a pattern going into a game. 1st game you loose 2 you might win as levels progress you'll win on the 4th. When you bid high you'll only win a small amount. Predictable sometimes. Sick of it. Make a lot of friends they give you gifts everytime you loose you can cash in the gifts for chips. I'd you keep loosing you can't return the gifts.

Far too many fantastic hands. Straights and flushes beaten by full houses. Full house beaten by 4 if a kind. This happens all the time the game can be fun but it's hands are too unbelievable to occur on a real table

I would give this a higher rating however while playing this game I have earned 2 rings and working on third but the prize money that comes with with winning those rings has never been credited to me. I have contacted customer support about this but never received a message back. Therefore I'll only give you one star

Awful app, AI is in need of repair. More often than not always swaying giving out flushes and straights like its developers life depended on it! I get they want to make it an exciting experience but this just takes the biscuit. Cards should be more random. I guess that's how they make their money. App always throwing ADs at you to buy more chips. No thank you.

Great game but there isn't an option to gain a little chips when you have 0. When you run out you have to wait ~4 hours until you can play again.

This is a fixed game there's just no way u can lose 15 straight hands in a row and I play all the time if they would fix the game it would be a fun five star game

The problem is reality. The game has very little. If I bet into a good hand, I get beat on the river by someone who has no hand until the last card. Happens about 80% of the time. That's statistically impossible. If I fold a garbage hand, the flop gives me a great hand. Again, very unlikely for this to happen half the time.

My chips that I had jus magically disappeared 140,00,000 million to 77,00, I also jus paid for 4,500,000 an it says it was a double up , when I made the purchase,then it said I must do it again , no thanks that's is ripping people off , an I wish to have my money put back on my account , this is bogus , should not say one thing an do another, also what happened to all the chips I had , they to need replaced ! I tried support an can't get through !!!

Was a fun game until I noticed everything I played I had less and less chips upon login then it showed I had 200k chips then went in to match only having 120k. Of course lost it and now have no chips. Where did my chips go when I wasn't playing the game? Do you take them away in hopes someone will pay for more? Well I'm not paying to play

Eventime I log in to the game I have lost money. Where is it going? Had over $29,000 nodowwn to $21,000 why is this happening. I've this gave and have played for years.

sound effects are amazing. This is probally the best Ive seen yet. your on thr edge of your seat waiting for the next burst of energy that can come from anywhere in the game..

I've been getting a number of error messages lately. I had been getting bounced out of the app, now I am unable to login. I keep getting a perpetual "refresh" message now. HELP PLEASE! UPDATE: above is my original post. I then received a canned BS response, so I am lowering my rating of the app.

Last 4 days the app is not loading. Keeps coming up with an error message. I've uninstalled it 3 times but ups still the same. Never had this experience before. Shame, as it has been really good for years.

Keeps gliching, even after update. Turn flashes and is over too quick to press and folds for me before i can do anything. Mid hand or start. Did ot a few times on kicker with great hand!! Gah!! Has even folded me when preselected check or call! Please fix
