This game is so rigged, the experience is not realistic. I played for about a month and what i noticed was almost every hand was just enough for a player(s) to lose the hand on the end. The bonus is a huge plus and it gives you incentive to play but when you constantly lose with for suited cards or you have 2 pair and 4 of the same suit appear on the board how can you win. I uninstalled this game with bonuses still on it.
The daily awards stop working at 4 days in a row. The video to receive chips says video is preparing come back later, later it still does NOT work gives the same message for about a week straight right now. So many ads when first entering the app. The game is fun to play. However would give a better rating when everything is actually fixed and works without so many ads.
Not working keeps turning off. Have full internet
5 stars before. Now 1. Great game but the challenge format changed. Have to watch videos after completion which I'm totally fine with. However, you can watch the video over and over with no reward. Just stays there to watch again. With ince again no reward, just repeats. Too bad I played a lot.
It's a good app I gave it 3 stars for 2 reasons, I won a few huge hands and got NO rewards, (they're offered). 2nd .I had a flush on 2 different nights during tournaments 1st night the pot was awarded to a player w/2 pair it just happened again , my opponent beat my flush with 1 pair. I like the app for the most part. I like that there are a few different ways to get chips for free, and you can always buy them. But it seems there is no way to contact any customer support. At least I couldn't
Love the way you can interact with other players. Throwing tomatoes at someone who beats you is just too funny. Would give more stars if it wasn't for all the bad beats. Sometimes you go on a losing streak where everyone one ups you. You get 2 pair and they get full house. Straight and they get flush. Just gets annoying.
Recently, this app just shuts down and never loads. All other games I have load just fine, just not this one.
If I could give this no stars I would. I have over 60 tournaments to my name and know how to play. The statistical improbabilities of other "players" having a better hand is absolutely ridiculous but they do.....about 90% more often than they should. I've never in my life seen so many straights, flushes, and boats miraculously hit nearly every hand. Its no wonder there are so many ways to get chips and everytime you change screens you're prompted to buy chips.
There is one scam that they put in programing when they made this game. It is not random the way cards are coming. Also when you watch their adverts you don't get the reward... i asume it is a bug. Try different app this one is not worth it cause they trying after you play more to make you to buy coins. I can prove it cause it is a pattern. Always when you lose if you keep bet all in you will continue to lose.
Has bugs like when you win chips and it comes up I keep hitting collect it makes the sound but won't close. I've tried reloading several times. Have to uninstall game to be able to play. Now I'm afraid to get my daily present.
Since update, it keeps shutting down before it opens! I have a Samsung Note 9. I was told by the app to update. Since updating it keeps shutting down. It won't open all the way. I've rebooted and everything and still it shuts down. Please fix ASAP!!
Waste of time, app asks for me to connect to wifi or 3G ... 3G?!?!? Wow, must be an old app and it can't even see that I'm on a network... don't bother wasting your time with it.... response didn't address the issue, my connectivity is just fine... thanks..........
This app lags out repeatedly in the middle of critical hands!!!! Super frustrating, I have excellent internet so I absolutely guarantee it is NOT a tech on my side. Otherwise, it a great app. Fix the lag issue development team!!!!
All I can offer is the advice that you never spend a dime on this game because once you do you stop winning period. It's sad how these designers program these apps to target the ones who are actually helping them make an income. It seems like they would want to actually keep the ones who dont mind spending a few dollars here and there well I've put 40 dollars into this game in the past 2 days alone and done nothing but lost afterwards I'm deleting it and hopefully google will one day stop this
I like it ok. There is much I wish you'd improve on. For instance when someone friend requests you, if you hit garbage can it adds them as friends instead of deleting request. Also higher tables would be nice maybe 5mil/10mil or 10/20. Also wish the chat window stayed open.
Ever since my last update this game is screwing up badly. When I log in with Facebook it shows my photo but lists my name as dino instead of Stretch. It won't let me take my bonuses because it keeps shutting down and telling me I'm offline when I'm connected just fine. I can't even get to a table and I hate this new format. I've been playing this game for quite some time now and have enjoyed it a lot but if this doesn't get fixed I will uninstall this app and take the money I spend on this app
I have fun playing. Would give it 5 stars, but you will win big on one day then the next time you play you will lose big. It won't let you win anything. I've had a full house only to lose to a bigger one evrytime. I've flopped trips and opponent went all in with me with 45off. He hit runner,runner runner for a str8. Impossible . Done many times. Had opponent get AA three times in a row. ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE. And when I had AA. Went all in, my opponent, all in 63. I laugh now. It's comical.
I can't even log in. I logged as guest and had over 30 millions. It forced me to sign in with Facebook, I did but the game isn't opening. It keeps on loading and says check network connection. And my network is working very well. Now I lost everything. Not good at all.

Purchased Rich Spin for $19.99. I have not received the rich spin and when I click on the rich spin button, it opens a gem store button for me to purchase gems. I facebook message but they continue to ask me my gem count and have been stating they are working on the issue. It has been over 24 hours and still no resolution. I want a refund because this is nonsense. They refuse to provide me with any information about company (contact info, phone, email, etc.). This company is criminal at best.
Last update was poor. Hav to watch videos too unlock mission completed. That's rubbish. Especially when u on a table & don't hav the time to do so. Needs to change. Otherwise great.
Your apps need a rundown..everytime I click play or collect it just freeze then reset...I hope you fix it because your graphics and game is worth playing ..I am rating it 1 star as of now because I cant play it..I already tried to uni stall then i stall again but only frustration and anger is what I feel...Fix it please then I will rate it fairly...thank you
Updated the other day, now when it does open it immediately freezer. Giving it a week then deleting.
Keeps crashing..why? It's a good app. The app is not working or is no good to anyone because it keeps freezing...Even when you delete it and down load it again it keeps freezing.. Can you please repair the app..
The app stopped working 2 weeks ago. I had $83 billion in chips. I have forced stopped the game, Uninstalled and reinstalled the game numerous times and nothing. Don't waste your time with this game!
