Crashes since Jan 2022 - it used to work great, and I loved the game. However, since Jan 2022 it keeps crashing. I can start it and get into a room play 1 maybe 2 rounds and then it stops. I haveanaged to leave the room and loose the entry tokens to have things happening again when re-entering a room. This bug must be resolved to get better ratings.
In addition to the bugs so clearly untested before each update, I find it hysterical that there is a blatant "conscience" programmed into what is supposed to be a game of chance. Here's an example: The pretty girl always wins. The stupid looking white guy always makes obvious mistakes. When you bluff, greater than 90% of the time you will be caught. This game was designed by unimaginative children and do not recommend downloading it.
Good game, great AI opponents. Coul have some improvements: (1) no waiting time to replay (after failing) the Free Daily Challenge; (2) option to have 4 colors (black, blue, red, green) cards instead of just 2 colors; (3) can't see final hands after winning; (4) and possibility to replay completed levels because sometimes i want to play an easy and fast tournament with just 4 or 6 opponents. Just increase the stakes after completion instead of forbidding the replay of those levels.
I've had this game for years and I love it. I've certainly made many in app purchases as well. But my game keeps freezing. I'm playing in the tournament in Baltimore and it keeps freezing after about 4-5 hands and I have to leave the table, lose my buy in and lose my stack to get it working again. And then it just freezes AGAIN! Ill be uninstalling it for this reason. I spent real world money on those tickets for the tournament
Game is entertaining and easy to understand. Had to dock rating a little for the algorithm used for placing and the randomizer. When multiple people bust out of a tournament, their exit placement is determined by who has the most chips entering the last hand. In this game, you are always awarded the lowest exit number. For example, if 4 players are left in a tournament and you and another player get knocked out at same time, but you had more chips entering the hand, you still get 4th.
Fun game, really simple and easy to pick up, but it lost a star for the fact that you can't replay matches after winning gold in them, which makes grinding to win money for the higher tournaments very difficult. Also I agree with everyone else, the game is rigged. I understand losing, but 9 times out of 10 if you try to bluff someone else will call it with a better hand. And I refuse to believe that someone could always have a full house when I do. Sorry, but you won't get $ from me like that.
Game is unplayable now. Once you finally manage to get past the opening loading sequence (which takes about 4 full closes and reopens), You win a hand and it just stops loading. Everything can be clicked on but nothing happens in the game. The only fix is to leave the game and lose your buy in.
Actually doesn't even deserve this. Having so much trouble with glitches and the game freezing all the time as soon as someone wins a hand. I spent quite a few bucks on purchases,so I'm losing all of these now. I insist on a refund,since I lost alot of the purchases I made due to glitches and the game freezing. Just fix this please. An update of the game doesn't help at all. Recommending to rather not download this at all.
Great game play, best interface, but definitely rigged. It is so conspicuous. I have lost 1-1 to the computer even after having insanely rare combinations in straights and flush. And one particular one, I have seen that more than 50% of the times I have lost a set of 2 pairs with computer having 3 of a kind. This is quite rare in a 1-1 contest but happens regularly here.
Good game and fun to play... when it works. As with many other reviewers, it freezes in tournaments after winning a hand, meaning you have to walk away from the table and lose your chips. I enjoyed it while it lasted, but I won't be reinstalling until the bugs are sorted out. They spoil it.
Love the game but it locks up when you get to number one place. Other players can win but if you win it locks up and the only way out is to loose all of your chips and restart. I have wrote them severl times with no reply. So you have to delete the game and reinstall and start over again.
Very addictive, I love the offline play. Won world champ with only paying the min to get rid of ads. AI plays very loose aggressive and loves to see the flop, and will almost always go all in on pocket 10s or better. It would be nice if the top 10 had a personality/play style and if the AI changed up thier style from time to time. overall very fun, just play tight aggressive and you will do well. Reminds me of playing most home games
Reset the game because it froze and would let me continue after the hand. Now i cannot restore my purchases... great game when the software works Update: still cannot restore purchases and still having freezing issues... had to reset (lose) 6 hands due to freezing issues... same day update! 5 months later, still having freezing issues, game wont continue after a played hand...
I liked it at first but the more I play the more it rips you off. On the free money spin every 3 hours it doesn't always give you your bonus money 3 to 4 times now it hasn't given me anything when it should have. They also seem to make it pretty much impossible to win after you hit level 13 and its ridiculous how the other players go all in all the time just so they can steal the pots. My ratings have went from a 5 to a 2 very quickly.
Waste of time and money. There are too many adds so I bought chips to get rid of them. Then you get so far and the game freezes. You leave the table, losing your buy-in, and then it freezes again the next game. I even uninstalled and re-instslled several times and the same thing happened at least 3 more times. I've noticed a lot of people saying the same thing but the developer doesn't seem to care. Skip over this game.
Started out ok, but on my third tour, Baltimore, it got crazy fun. And I ended up placing first! I LOVED it!!! Super good game! Although the long video ads get a bit irritating! As you proceed further, it gets impossible to win. And you can't go back and play tours over. Uninstalling
This game is designed to force you to pay for in-app purchases. Once you get to certain destination, you'll notice your CPU opponents miraculously get that straight to beat your 3 of a kind. And it happens over and over and over again until you realize they want you to run out of chips or tickets so that you have to purchase more to continue. Not worth it.
This game won't let me out of the US. I have wone gold cups up to the last two cities. The game Freezes up on me and I have to leave the game Room and try to reset and restart the game, and I lose My buy in. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall with the same problem. What a waste of time.
Game play is good. Unfortunately crashes on startup very frequently making it frustrating to get playing. At this moment, game will not start up.
I purchased 300,000 chips and it never loaded in the game. I sent 3 emails with a screenshot of the reciept from google play. Great game, but this is unacceptable service and appears to be fraud. I will update if this is resolved. This was resolved this morning. I don't appreciate the delay as I was going on a plane. But I was compensated for the trouble.
although the game play is good, i have no way of “reading“ my opponents. You hardly even have time to see each character's name, much less put the name to a face! Good solid game play though. The addition of an exhibition mode would be nice too
App is great but after having it a month it gets stuck when you win a hand. For some reason not everyone's cards are shown at the end of the hand and it just won't load the next sequence. I can touch things on the screen with looking at my profile and stuff, but the next hand won't load, it just gets stuck there. I had the same issue with android and iphone and only way to fix is to uninstall and start all over again from square one.
