PokerStars Play: Free Texas Holdem Poker Game

There's a lot of annoying things in this game that makes you wanna throw your phone at the wall. Levels, music is forced on, music, music. I just wanna play poker without these annoying pop ups and music. Get straight into the game and not have to click through things and waste 30 seconds each time....

This app SUCKS! PokerStars thinks 2 pair beats trips & gives the pot to the loser. You can't see many of your own hands until the flop & are unable to fold or check. If the app can't correctly do the simple things that are required to play then what is it even for?! Folding this app as its a losing hand.

I've been playing this app. for quite awhile. It has been quite fun. A few days ago I logged in the way I always do, but I was logged in as guest with a new account? I've tried everything but can't log out of this guest account? It's really disappointing that I have lost my bank and stats that I have played alot of time to aquire. I've contacted PokerStars and they are ZERO help! All they did is tell me what I already know and have already tried. I lost over 45 million chips and my stats. Bummed

Hot garbage.Highly not recommended. The game's primary objective isn't bring you the best poker experience. Half the time it lags out and needs to be restarted. I got locked out of the tournament and had to sit and watch millions of dollars get taken in buy ins because I couldn't interact with the screen. The spin and go tournaments dont even have the total buy in as the prize so even if you win 49% of the time you still lose be cause 75% of the prize is only double the buy in.

Great app for a poker fan!!! It's fun and comes with a lot of free benefits like free chips and things. Customer service is great! They have gone out of their way when I have had technical issues and have given me free chips when they didn't have to (play money). Obviously, the regular PokerStars platform is the best for a serious poker player, but this app is super fun. The graphics and user interface are fancy. Exceptional design. PokerStars is on point. I support this company.

Constant ad pop up in the middle of your hand. Can't get rid of them to play. keeps crashing Also rigged. After winning a couple of hands it gives you bad beat after another

Would like to see about 3 seconds on the show of hands. If more than 2 callers u don't have time to see what's there. Seems there were times the game chose the wrong winner

Better than most other online free poker games but the amount of flushes, straights and full houses on the river to a dominated hand are ridiculous. Way less practical than live games. The algorithm just wants "exciting hands" to win.

Gotta say gambling is an up and down experience! Fun game! Love it when I'm winning! Great graphics and the timing is great! Kuddos!!

Ever since they did an upgrade or something when you're playing a tournament it just stops and send you out of the app I have lost over $500,000 just in two days because this just doesn't work anymore.

cant pick your screen name unless you register an account. random name given bigdogxxxx, next name given badrunnerxxxx hahaha. also didnt find an option for basic tap controls or x2/3/4 bets instead of the imprecise, tedious, more time consuming slide controls

Bad interface, bad game play, poorly designed. It's more of an ad delivery system than a game. Uninstall this worthless piece of junk immediately! Poker Bros is better than this and Poker Bros REALLY stinks! I would give zero stars if it would let me.

I still rate the game as a 5 but personally I think the cards should be available on the felt while in a hand personally. This is a visual game so the cards on the felt would be visual.

I really enjoy pokerstars. But the last week or so I've been so slow I've lost millions of play points, Being booted or "sandboxed" from the tourneys I'm playing. By sandboxes I mean a process that is running on your app. sandboxed_proses0 if you could take care of that. Pokerstars would be better. Thx for your sight I've played here for more than 13 years. Update thx for the fix. Best gsme on the internet.

One of my favorites.. just the way it is set up, and the interactiveness amount g the players.. gets rowdy sometimes and is halarious...lots of fun for sure..

As of this afternoon 4/19/22 ~4pm ET the app crashes constantly and thus is currently unplayable. Even after Uninstaller and re-installed fresh.

This game is so rigged. It's designed for someone to go all in constantly and if they do they will consistently win. This is the worst poker game I ever played

Game is a PTW money/data scheme. Algorithms are based towards making you needlessly watching adds to gain chips or spending money. A hands winner is determined before the cards are dealt. What a joke.

Easy to play Incentives like the challenges should refresh more regular than 24 hours or able to buy a new buy a new set of challenges too long to refresh

Hell yeah, big PokerstarsVR player and this is the closest it gets to that but on the phone! So many ways to win chips too I love the poker quizzes!!

Pretty pointless to even bother playing. 6 straight all in bets to lose each time on the river. Yeah, not rigged at all. Can't imagine being gullible enough to think it isn't

Great texas holdem tournaments, Omaha table play, with great players. It is fun and great experience.

Good app but a few elements missing...9-max not available; tournaments way too high; and chips not seen in front of players

Just downloaded. So far a terrible experience. I entered a tournament and after a few hands I was seemingly locked out from taking any action when it was my turn. I kept seeing "I'm Back" on the felt. I would touch it to make it go away, but it would just come right back. My hands were autofolded, sometimes before I got a chance to see them. This happened repeatedly until I was blinded out of the tournament. Interface looks nice.

Best look/game play/feel compared to the full tilt app and the poker stars lite version (they're the same), however, the music is an annoying cheap loop that cannot be disabled without disabling all other sounds and the app crashes frequently and without warning in the middle of a hand. This could be devastating to a good hand and enough to make someone never use this app again. Needs improvement. But for now it's just for fun so whatever.

Much better than the competition! The pacing is somewhat fast but not insane like WSOP. The way the table plays feels a lot more like a real table, and the controls are more intuitive and fun. Most importantly, there are minimal pop-up ads ingame (those are what drove me away from WSOP, it's just crazy over there like 5-6 ads every time you open the app).

Decent game. Interactive and such. My biggest problem is that when dealt my hand, I repeatedly can't see my cards, take a y actions, and then I'm forced to fold and sit out a hand. What's worse is when I tap the "I'm back" button, the whole thing repeats. This is especially frustrating when your in a high stakes tourney. Needs to be fixed, also curious if it happens to anyone else.

TERRIBLE!!!!!! Keeps freezing and giving "error" message. Doesn't allow choice of table like on the PC version, faaarrrrrrrr too much ads, very complicated to work..... and finally, got stuck on a horrible "live game" thing and nothing I did, closing app and even turning off the phone, got me back to the home page so I could play a game! And that was when I uninstalled it from my phone!!!!! I give this app a -10 out of 5 stars!!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮
