Polaroid CUBE+

i have own this camera and app for over 1 year, and noticed that over time, the response is getting slower and slower, it doesnt link to phone effectively, you cant link the two devices via bluetooth, which means you cant really live stream unless you are ready to pay for it via the more expensive mobile data option. And trying to edit the pictures and videos from this app is absolutely a pain!!!! Files download to phone or PC extremely slow, the little cube camera itself actually heats up too !

this app makes this cube absolutely redundant for me. you cant see what you are shooting on screen, the wifi connection drops out all the time when trying to download what you have caught, even though its saying the phone is connected. what I have managed to download the quality is good but that's the hardware and not this poor excuse of an app. emailed them well over a month ago and haven't had a response so customer service is none existant. wish I spent the extra money and got a go pro.

the camera itself is great but the accompanying app is super trash. it took for ever to finally link it. the facebook integration for live stream doesnt work, you click and nothing happens and the view finder doesnt work on the phone so it doesnt show what your camera sees when you link it to your phone. just a black screen. video playback is garbage when you olay what you recorded it lags, but when you save the video the video app on your phone plays it fine. i gave it a 2 because it connected

Please update the Android app. The app was fine when it worked. After updating my Samsung S9, the app no longer displays what the camera is seeing. It is only black in the view. And it crashes when changing picture resolution. Please fix it. Without the app working, I would have been better off getting a gopro.

I have a Pixel 3, and the app will not connect to my Cube+ device. I've tried repeatedly and nothing can get them to sync. When I went to Polaroid's support page, the page keeps automatically redirecting me to garbage advertising sites. I absolutely would not recommend this product to anyone.

Please update the app. I am having numerous issues. I can no longer view the viewfinder through my phone and I have lots of issues trying to view and download photos and videos. I have also never been able to edit videos in the app like it's supposed to do.

Got this from a friend that didn't want it any more. Now I see why. It connects but it warns it wasn't made for such new an android version. I can see the snapshot saved, but the video feed displays nothing.

The app won't display a live image from the camera's wireless feed on Android 9 like it did on 8 and earlier versions of Android. I've experienced this issue with multiple devices of different brands.

Wasted money on camera when the app doesn't work with latest versions of Android - no video feed. Tried URL mentioned in earlier comments, google reports the URL cannot be found on this server, unable to find cube plus 2.0 app in playstore. Useless.

it's impossible to yse after latest update. If you want a normal app find the first versions of this app at versiontracker or somewhere else. and I really don't understand how such respectable brand can do a sh..t like this and absolutely doesn't care about customers feedback.

this app is very slow. it should be updated. the camera doesn't show that's filming on the cell even though it's working. the videos already struggle will playing even though they r normal if you download them.

No longer stays connected to cube. Unstable. Can't stay connected long enough to download videos. Useless app now, very disappointing. Online support has no useful information.

Doesn't work lately. No image from the camera into the app, which was the main feature of this app since the Cube does not have any other way of previewing what and how you are filming. Disappointed because I really love the Cube.

useless app and no updates. the app does not display a live fees even when camera connected. there is a connect to facebook button which yiu cant click and connecting your phone to the cameras wifi makes it unusable.

Camera is cool the app makes it impossible to use. I can't even see what I am taking a picture of. Trash not worth the money. Bring it back and if you have a android get a gear 360. Way better no issues and the app works perfectly. Polaroid do better. Probably tossing the cube in the trash.

they have removed the ability to view a live image of your footage on the app, making the app largely useless! It also crashes cknstantly when photo settings arw adjusted!

I have a galaxy s8 plus bought the cube and the app does not show what the camera is seeing after the new update. leaving cube useless. unless fixed it is a waste of money. UPDATE THE APP. I would give zero stars until fixed.

No longer allows my Moto G6 to work as a viewfinder. App continuously crashes. Used to work fine. Changing quality settings causes app to close.

I use to live it. But it doest work anyway cause there hasn't been a update in a while. In the app it tell the version installed is for a older model. I have the s10.

The viewfinder function no longer works. makes the app and the camera pretty worthless. Seems like there is zero developer response on this.

Good. Had an issue where settings were not changing but resolved by clearing the aps cache. Everything works includong copying files to phone. Thanks.

update!!! please update the app, I can't view live feed after my recent update on Samsung 8plus, come on Polaroid!! last update was 2017, not cool polaroid!! Edit, Polaroid updated introduced polaroid + 2.0, app works good, thank you!!
