Polaroid mint

Doesn't work. I spent a lot of money on this printer and paper. The app is horrible. It freezes everytime I use it. If I just use a filter it will print, but everything has a blue hue even after calibrating it. If I try to adjust the photo myself when I hit print the app crashes. I feel like it was a huge waste of money. What's the point in printing my photos if it's only going to come out bad anyways. I will be returing. Which is a shame cause I have wanted this product for so long.

The reviews on Amazon were great but everyone must have an iPhone. I wish I had read the Google Play reviews before buying. My Galaxy s9 sees the printer and connects via bluetooth but the app just can't find it. I tried over and over for it to connect and finally got it to connect once. It did a firmware update and let me print a few pictures. I haven't been able to connect again since. Since the app is the only way to print pictures, it makes the printer useless. :(

Very disappointed. Bought the mint pocket printer for use in my planner/scrapbook. the first week or so it worked fine after fixing some connection issues. Now the app is constantly crashing. I haven't been able to get the printer to print in 2 weeks. Every time it says connected and I hit the print button it goes back to the picture roll and then freezes. This printer and the paper is too expensive to just not work. If I could I would be returning it.

I cannot connect to my printer. My expensive printer which is perfectly functional but rendered useless by the inability to connect to anything except for maybe once every 50 times I do a cycle of closing and reopening the app, turning the printer on and off. This is in spite of being fully updated and charged. OH, and it disconnects fairly quickly as well, so you better not spend any time editing that image, because your printer will disconnect and shut off before you're done....

Just got my printer. Downloaded the app. Had a firmware update. It locked up before it finished. Had to shut it down and run it again. Printer turns itself off randomly. Edited my first picture. Got it to print. So dark compared to the photo on my phone. Went back to edit the brightness. When I tried to go back into the pic catalog, app locked up. Had to shut it down and reopen. Got pic open. Edited brightness up quite high. Reprinted. No change in the print itself. No update for app. Returning.

Same as everyone else having a problem connecting to printer. Super annoying I printed 30 photos a week or two ago. Now it will not connect. Have tried everything, mobile data, wifi, restarting phone, reinstalling the app, clearing bluetooth cache, going to call on Monday to see if they can help sort it out. There is clearly a problem with this app with so many people having the same issue!

It just doesn't work. The app constantly crashes, and when it doesn't do that, when I hit the print button nothing happens and it returns to my gallery. The device itself likes to disconnect and turn itself off when you're trying to use it. I give it one star for the one (extremely low quality and off color) picture it printed before it stopped working

I can't use my primter. App crashes. Tried clear cache, clear storage, reinstall, restart. Doesn't work whatsoever. Crashes when connecting to printer. Edit: after emailing support the made bug fixes. The photos need adjusting - they come out very blue heavy. Editing before print achieves better results. The app still has some spinners that go endless but overall I can use it now. Will update once I have a chance to print more photos.

Stressful rather than fun :( Using an S10 and the app keeps saying "We couldn't find your printer" eventhough it's right next to it, and yes, it's turned on. Even my bluetooth keeps saying it can't connect to the device. Is this a problem with my phone, or an issue w/ the mint device?? Can't tell, can't use, guess it's MINT to be returned...

Problems connecting (on Android 10) to the printer via bluetooth, did not work. Luckily, I went to Google Photos, and chose to share an image via Bluetooth to the printer, and that worked. TL;DR - just share your images via Bluetooth to the printer (e.g. via Google Photos) if the app is unable to connect to your phone. Other apps can be used to make collages or add image effects.

I bought this on high hopes of printing out pictures. However, I have already returned one printer because it just wouldn't turn on. I got to print one picture and then it just shut down forever. Now that I got a replacement for it I'm having horrible issues with this app. Once again I have managed to print one picture. When I try to print another the app just freezes and I have to kill it. Open it up again and start all over. If you're thinking about purchasing the product, don't.

Purchased this printer for my 10 year old. The app installed without any issue but when we tried to print a photo, a message appeared that I must install the new firmware update before printing. I tried numerous times to install the firmware update. Even uninstalling and reinstalling the app. But it keeps spinning and spinning until the printer times out and disconnects. We've spent hours with no resolution. Please fix this! Update: tried again a few days later and the firmware update worked!

I did print one pic only and after the app just stop working. I can edit picture but then the print button send me back to my albums without printing. I am trying to download it again. Let's see if it will work. But so far the app is a big disappointment. As well I love the Polaroid frames, but for such a small size as 2x3" is are the frames too big.

I was so happy to get this printer and everything works on the app, but the second I press print the app takes me to a "Update Firmware" tab and I click update but nothing happens and all it says is "Connect to the Internet", but my phone is connected and theres nothing on the printer to let it connect to the internet so I dont know what else to do. I haven't been able to print anything since I've gotten this thing.

The worst item i have ever bought, had good reviews so i purchased it.... that was a big mistake. It won't find my printer in the app and i have tried printing through bluetooth and that is so frustrating, got 4 pics done and it is constantly saying failed. So annoying having to turn the printer on and off all the time to try and get it to work. If you are going to sell a product, at least make sure it is usable.

I have been experiencing the same problems described as most of the reviewers in here. I managed to print two photos before the app and printer refused to sync up. Nothing seems to work in order for the printer to be found. Has a solution been found to fix this? Simply a terrible app!

Buggy and not usable with Google photos or Dropbox photos. Hard to print any but recent shots. It does have a Google photo integration, but wants waaaay too many account permissions it doesn't need. This smacks of greed. It doesn't work with Dropbox photos. And you can't send a photo to this app from another app using share ( literally every other allows this). Poorly thought-out and seemingly dishonest thanks to the permissions -scraping.

This app stinks. It worked when i first bought my printer about 6 months ago. Now the app does not find my printer. I've tried a reset on the device, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I've restarted my phone. I don't know what else to do. Is there a better app to use with the mint printer? I'd hate to have to return it because of the app. Update: i reached out to customer service and they responded with a fix that actually worked. I just hope i don't have to do it every time.

As many others, I have experienced issues when the firmware update was required. I have informed the team regarding the bugs, but unfortunately I was told that there is no (rough estimated) timeframe for solving the issue. Just to verify and update the app when a new version is available.

This app gets Z-E-R-O stars! Had the printer for a minute and had no idea I would need an app to print pictures.Read the reviews, saw the rating, and immediately I was discouraged. Optimistically, I installed it anyway. Fresh out the blocks, the app pulls a WHERE'S WALDO with the printer. Turn on and off. Nothing. Contact support. Automated response.Turn on locator. Zip. Luv the style of printer but useless without app. *Pac-Man ringtone*

I just got my printer today excited to use it but have to adjust because all the photos print alil dark. Every time I try to edit on this app it crashes and disconnects from printer. I've tried to edit other things besides color but still crashes. Only able to print ... which makes all the fun app abilities useless.

▶No specified printing area when printing from your phone's gallery. All of my photo gallery pictures are butchered on this device. It looks perfect in the app, but cuts off some of my photos.😭 🌟Please create a printing guideline for gallery printing!😁👍 ▶Images print much darker than what my phone displays. 🌟Maybe create a way to sync the printer to the phone being used and allow us to save our desired adjustments?😅👍

*UPDATE: if you have an apple product available (iPhone/iPad), go ahead and do the firmware update through those devices & go back to print with your Android device.* I don't understand why after so many reviews and complaints from customers that this app isn't working, IT IS STILL NOT WORKING? The app keeps saying my printer is connected, but the moment the firmware is being updated, for some reason it'll keep telling me to make sure my printer is connected.

Does not work correctly, app crashes all the time😒. I have an android device. After several tries, I managed to print out 4 pictures. Now the connection cannot be established anymore, I also tried with different devices.

Not the best. The app shows you a preview, but the photo is different when it's printed, the photos are always darker than they really are. The app is too slow when it tries to find the printer when it's even besides the phone.
