I'm still working on the best contrast settings to get my pictures the way I want them, but the app itself is fun and easy to use. Sometimes you just want a vintage look, and printing out photos is way better than just leaving them on your phone. I love it!

need more features and why can't the pictures be stored on the phone as well could even incorporate the hi-print into a all in one camera printer

I don't own a Polaroid camera, but when I saw this app I was curious what it was. I was kind of hoping for a camera app to replace the default Android camera. But now this has got me thinking that I might have fun with a brand new Polaroid camera so I might check that out.

absolutely love this! we printed some digital photos on Polaroid, from our road trip, and sent hand written cards with the images inside, to family and friends. They thought it was the coolest sentiment. The quality is even better than I imagined and still gives that warm vintage look of a Polaroid.

This lab app I'm attempting to use does not work with my phone and it says "popular Android phones, such as Samsung, Google Pixel, Huawei, OnePlus, Xiaomi and LG". Very disappointing purchased a printer for my phone but can't connect to the lab. Didn't get a chance to use this product. If there's any solution please contact me.

I really love the Alpha Land Camera, much similar to the one that Ansel Adams had; the app is fantastikk; except it still needs work.

This app needs a serious software update. The photos that I've printed have been very hit or miss. Some come out perfect, but others are just impossible to get right. I wish there was suggested settings for the color saturation and exposure when you're ready to print so you didn't have to waste 1-4 photos trying to get the photo to turn out the way it should have the first time.

I'm sure the connect feature works fine, but I can't test as I only have a OneStep2. My problem, however, is that it won't take pics of my polaroids. A pure white table is apparently not a uniform-enough background to take a photo on. Either that, or the app isn't smart enough to take a pic of colored frames, such as the rose-gold ones I'm trying to snap...

App is fantastic for getting pictures and videos shared with friends and family. The app is super easy to use and getting your photos printed as a polaroid is very cool! A photo could be printed elsewhere but this format has a feel that a regular picture cannot capture. The "downside" is that Augmented Reality public videos shared on printed photos can only be 10 seconds. Maybe this will be updated to longer times when further development for the app occurs. Recommend to anybody and everyone!

It is a good and it would be greatly improved if they could add the ability to set a 2, 5, or 10 second timer while the camera is in manual mode.

This app truly makes the usage of this camera so much more fun and enjoyable than I would have imagined at first.

The photo lab seems like a great product but when I downloaded the app my phone was not supported for some of the fratures despite the fact it was listed as such. I reached out to support and things got worse. Horrible experience. I would like to use their products in the future but I need to know I can trust the information they are publishing.

if you ever do get a problem they are fast to respond. I think this app is really cool and helpful. <3

So far so good, will run more film threw it to see more results.

The app worked fine when I first purchased the camera. Now it is VERY hit and miss if the camera will connect to my phone. It is disappointing that this is the main selling point for the one step plus and it is soo unreliable. UPDATE. So I got contacted by the support team and they have been nothing but ultra helpful. They have offered me and few ideas of how I can address the problem and we have finally sorted it. They have a AMAZING customer service. So if you do have a problem email them.

Gifted a one step + for my birthday. Camera won't connect to the app despite it clearly coming up on my phones Bluetooth device list. When I click the camera it says "this device needs an app to connect" despite the app being open. I have tried multiple times to connect and have even restarted my phone. Absolutely rubbish! Edit: Great customer service provided by Polaroid. Alessia helped to resolve the issue via email. The camera now connects and the app works well. So thankful for the help!

I ❤️ the Polaroid. Just experimenting with the Polaroid Lab and liking the results.

Had the same problem as most of the people who try to use this app. Bluetooth wouldn't connect. I clicked on the three bars at the top right of the app's homescreen and then clicked "user account" and then clicked "reset my account" after I'd reset my account I was able to connect. Hopefully this helps.

Unoptimized if you do not have an apple phone. The back of the Polaroid Printer Lab says "Works with most Android phones". Unfortunately this app works horribly on my S10+. The printed image was flipped upside down, mirrored/flipped horizontally and zoomed in. The app worked much better on my friend's iPhone. However I wasn't expecting the android version to be this bad.

very easy to use. really opens up the possibilities with an instant camera. I love my Now+ because of this app.

I was able to print one whole picture. Then I tried to print another and it says my phone screen size is not supported. So basically it was good for one print and now it's useless. I can't roll my eyes hard enough right now to convey my extreme disappointment. For anyone who cares, I had a Samsung Galaxy S10e.

Please fix this! The background sound of AR photo won't stop even tho I close the app. Had to restart my phone.

Love the machine, hate the app. I mean, your photo search functionality doesn't even work....it connects to my Google photos but won't let me select the picture there....only through your confused catalogue which has no chronological order not search functionality....like....it's a mes...how can Polaroid Not invest in a decent app when it's such a key component of the success of it's hardware product?

The app is great, it lets you use the OneStep Plus in so many different ways, and especially a full manual mode, which people who usually shoot with analog film cameras will find awesome. I had a few problems connecting my camera to the app, but the Polaroid Original support helped me solving the problem quite rapidly!

Very disappointed with this app and the NOW+ camera interaction. 1 - the all frequently loses connectivity to the camera 2 - there is no view of what the camera sees so you have no idea what the settings are doing until you take a picture and wait 15 minutes for it to develop ($2 bucks a pop by the way since the film is $16 for 8 images) 3 - you do not have full control of the settings like you might think. You are given a small range to adjust within something the camera sets. Which varies.

Very easy to use, makes using the camera easier, especially while using a tripod.

The camera itself works fine making very good poleroids but i unpaired my phone (huawei 10 matte pro) to repair with it because i was having some connection issues and now im unable to repair with it even after reinstalling the app and reading online. I have the poleroid one step + and whenever i try to go to my "user account" it says "this device is not supported for the use of AR pictures." Help would be much appreciated. Edit: after emailing the support team they fixed my problem. Thank you!
