Been using this for a while now and never really had an issue.... just used it to print 5 photos before it suddenly disconnected and kept showing a "something went wrong" screen.....I have done all I can to get it to work hoping I could finish printing photos for a cousin. Very disappointed....
Quick and easy! I love that I can print not only pics from the camera but also any from from my phone as well! Super great for journaling when you want to add photo memories to paper as the photos are also stickers! Lots of editing features in the app to make the picture perfect! 10 out of 10 would buy again!!!
I have an samsung S9 plus. I am able to connect to the app but the bluetooth connection keeps getting lost. I am not able to update the firmware through bluetooth as well as downloading the firmware onto the device from a computer. I'm very disappointed with this. Please fix.
Keep crashing. Can't get anything done. When I choose Google photos to import the photo directly the app crashes. Only way I can import the image is to first download the photo on my device and then import. This is a huge inconvenience. Also the pinch zoom in/out does not work very smoothly.
This app used to work fairly well for me, however recently it has stopped allowing me to print pictures and disconnects from my camera at random. The app will work until I get to the final preview screen, which appears blank, and the print button won't work. Please fix this.
It took me 30 minutes to make one print from my LG phone. I had to reconnect several times and even do a hard reset of the camera. Every time you have to retry to print you have to crop the image
Same problem as every one else....unable to bluetooth to the camera and its really frustrating because the very reason for picking this camera over ithers is that it can print pictures from our gallery. But now that it can do that its no better than the other cameras yet we paid more for this one....i feel cheated, played, and upset with this product...hopefully your team fixing this problem soon beacuase as i have seen from the other reviews that this problem had been occuring for months.
App does not open. "Server Error" continues to persist upon opening the app. Not able to use the app. UPDATE: Camera does not connect to a Samsung S9. It does connect to my iPhone 8. This app does not work properly for Samsung S9. Really disappointed.
I can't pair the bluetooth with my new snaptouch 2. The bluetooth of the camera is on and I gave all the permission to the app, but isn't able to connect to the device. I'm very disappointed, if I can't fix it I'll have to send back the camera cos is not working for its purpose.
I like it and it works good with the camera but I wish it were easier to crop the photos and size them to a frame. Like if I take a photo from my phone and put a frame on it, it doesn't look right next to all the other pictures I've printed straight from the camera. I have to go in and crop all the pictures from my phone individually and pretty much eyeball it to try to make it match the pictures I've taken with the camera. I wanted to make a photo wall but I can't because of the frame sizes.
It works. I don't have any use for the frames and the silly filters. I wish there was an option for fine rotation of pictures, but anyway I preprocess most of the pictures with Snapseed or Photoshop.
It was fun in the very beginning, but now I cannot connect camera by Bluetooth at all! I tried to uninstall and install app again, to reboot phone and camera, but unfortunately I'm not able to connect it more! I've enjoyed using this app and device, for this moment... It's sad...
This app used to work on my phone. Suddenly even though blue tooth is on phone it wont connect to app. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail. Now a perfectly good new snap touch is useless and cant get money back! WOULD BE RESPECTFUL ALSO IF MANUFACTURER REPLIED TO ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO CONNECT TO BLUE TOOTH. PEOPLE HAVE BPUGHT PRODUCT AND NO RESPONSE. AWFUL. PROVE US WRONG PLS! I RECKON YOUR UPDATED APP HAS STOPPED SNAPTOUCH WORKING ON CUSTOMERS PHONES.
Great when it works but it often doesn't. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but still nothing. I thought this would be a great all around app and camera but maybe I was wrong. Wish they'd fix it soon. But from the latest comments from the reviews I doubt they will.
Yesterday all worked fine and I printed a photo off my phone, today Bluetooth is not connecting
The camera connected fine until recently but now I cannot get the camera to connect to blue tooth at all . I've tried updating and reinstalling the camera and app but have had to contact customer services who I am now waiting for to get back to me . I'm not happy at all because I want to use and print pictures from my phone.
Awesome app, so cool that you can snap a picture anywhere with your phone and print it later on the polaroid camera. It makes capturing candid and special moments even easier and more accessible.
Camera can't connect to the app. One of the best features of the app/camera no longer work. Will change review/rating once the issue is fixed. Meh.
A bit glitchy, sometimes have to turn camera off and back on. Overall, though, good. Great to use camera as printer for pics from my phone. Love using a Polaroid at parties, people are still amazed by this technology.
The is good, sometimes it gets a bit stuck but overall it works. I wish you could add plain colour frames instead of the patterned ones though.
I mean, the app is alright and all, but it's the lighting. When I print a picture the lighting Is horrible and the picture comes out too dark.
loved it until today, it has been telling me "server error" since this morning and i just can't get it to work. i am supposed to print some photos for someone very important to me that leaves tomorrow morning for a whole year (i'm happy to change the review if you fix this problem)
It's was easy to use for me. And it super fun editing, it's a great way to decorate or add a meaningful touch to gifts and cards.
I love the app and my snaptouch camera SO much. It has always worked perfectly for me. The cropping can be off sometimes by the smallest bit, but almost never bothers me. Thank you, Polaroid; y'all are awesome! :)
Very interactive. Allows printing of other pics not taken by Snap Touch which is useful also. Excellent and very necessary for the owners of this camera.
The app wasn't able to detect my camera even when my camera's Bluetooth setting was turned on. I've tried uninstalling the app and re-installing it with no success. Contacted customer service and had zero response. It's been a week and still no response. Worst app ever. Might as well return the camera too.
