Good app when it works. I've got a s10 plus and this app only opens about 5% of the time within a normal timeframe. All other times it can take 10s of minutes. Sometimes it has to be shut down and attempted hours later or the next day. Fixed with a delete and reinstall. Thanks for the follow up!
The app is adequate for performing quick balance transfers, payments and account summaries. I find I'm still having to log in via the web though to view scheduled transfers. The app doesn't show account nicknames (descriptions) either which is annoying.
App wont open first time i try to use it, it just looks like its constantly loading, to get it to work i need to close all the apps in my phone and reopen it and it will work...a bit annoying honestly. Also would be great if the nicknames you called your account on internet banking were reflected in the app
Was great until now. Cannot log in via the App.. The forever turning wheel and nothing further.. I've uninstalled and will reinstall to see if it may resolve the issue. For convenience, the App is otherwise great..
A little slow to open & stutters a bit when trying to view account balances using the Quick View feature. Otherwise not too bad.
Galaxy A50 I've been using the app since it was first avaible. It worked fine till recently. The app opens up but if I try to transfer money it just takes me back to the login screen. I tried a deinstall reinstall but the same problem exist. I can't use it.
Love the Police Bank (been a member since 1978). Staff are always friendly and helpful. Now there's this great, easy-to-use app to help me with my banking needs! Thanks, developer!
It's great now it's back working again post Android 10. Thanks for fixing! Safe, secure online app. Great for contactless NFC payments too.
Need to add a feature so we can see what our pending transactions are like other banking apps have. It would be nice to know what I've been using straight away.
Use to work great but now it is consistently crushing and I am having to reinstall every time I want to use it.. I don't know what you did but please change it back so it works again
Was good....now terrible. Has been recently very buggy. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Now it won't login in at all...please someone fix the app.
I've always found this a really good, easy to use app. However, just updated to Android 10 and now the app won't open.
I've tried to update the App several times now. It just keeps saying Waiting for download. I don't know how to update the App so I can check my account.
Can you please provide an update as to when the Android 10 update issue will be resolved? It's been over a week now and no progress?
App takes ages to open if it open at all, used to work great but last month or so it's been so slow or not opening
All of a sudden the app changed to "new ibanking" and deregistered my device, saying I don't have access to Internet banking. Now I have to contact police bank around my 12 hour shifts so I can know if I can afford to eat 🙃
App crashes nearly every time you open it and have to log on twice nearly every time

I cant get quick account balance on screen activated without having to log in
