Everytime I have an issue and others in the Dept have we are told the fix is to unistall the app. For the amount of money the Dept has spent on this app it should work without having to unistall/install this much. I must have done it 4 or 5 times since we got the system less than a month ago as either the app doesn't notify me or I don't get texts or a combination of not getting either. Timer to shut notifications off doesnt work so even with that on and my phone on do not disturb it wakes me.
Now live with my department. Working well. Most of theguys like it for the convenience and informatiom available. My only complaint at this time is the inability to use the back button on my phone. Using it kicks you out of the app. Annoying.
The main function works well. There are some issues the the calendar where it does not show data when you switch months.
It's 5 am on my day off and my phone won't shut the hell up because you can't turn push notifications off. This is another example of police technology being about 10 years behind everyone else.
Will not alert me when a new detail comes online. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times. Please fix. Thanks
Like christmas at 8pm daily
App won't even open.....I have Android Pie on a Google 2, that's the most up to date version of the operating system The app constantly needs to be uninstalled and re-installed to get notifications... Verizon Android phone updated properly Very frustrating
App keeps crashing when attempting to open it. Like the idea of push notifications but honestly the text notifications are pretty simple as is.
Same exact layout as website except you can't zoom in or out making it harder to read
Doesn't work. Terrible.
Just ok, but one major flaw - At the time of this writing, notifications cannot be turned off. You're supposed to be able to set the hours in which you get notifications but I still got them outside of the range I set. I prefer not to be woken up on my day off by an annoying ding.
