Full of bugs.. downloaded to test for larger scale deployment.. but unable to add photo, email or pdf a hard copy.. it's a great idea, but not reliable enough for our agency. Sticking with old school cards..
You have to create a name file with a Generic case #, your Agency name, name, badge#, and beat then save. After that all you have to do is create a new file. Allow storage permission in the app and you can add up to 3 photos. Customer service is AAA.
Great app. Easy and keeps up with what I need everyday. I'm terrible with names but faces I remember and this app helps me remember the cases I have had with the subjects before.
The app is good however when I try and attach a pic of the subject to the card from my photo gallery the app stops working and I need to relaunch the app, consequently it does not allow me to attach the photo.

Does not run under android 10 or 11. Keeps crashing when viewing PDF report.
Ever since updating the app.womt allow me to add photos. Which makes it far less useful than before.

Awesome App! Does just what I want it to do.
I absolutely love this app and others with it. I use it daily and it is always handy! My only issue is could you possibly set up something like a cloud system so that other officers can have access to see the cards as well for previous contacts or something of the sort? That would make this app and others with it flawless!
Export and share functions not working on S8 plus. Issue resolved. Works great now
It would be nice to be able to use a QR scanner and auto populate the field
The information does not transfer when you change phones and keep the same phone number you have to start all over again
Can you create an incident report form.
It does what it's designed to do, simply and easily. Has a very clear report when a card is printed. The only complaint I have is that cards cannot be inported or exported to abort device. Which IS crucial IMO. For example, if an officer or even a department wants to share an FI card amongst officers for like BOL situations there is no ability to do that. Additionally if an officer changes devices his FI cards are locked into the old device. Really wish the designers would add this feature and I'll give up the 5 stars. I requested that information on January 19, 2016 and there was no response.
This app is pretty much a miracle for any law enforcement who takes notes and/or uses FI cards. This app has saved me a bunch of paper. I love the fact that I don't have to look back and ask what my notes say with my messy handwriting. Their customer support is really helpful too!
Great customer service. I had an issue with the app upon installing it not being able to add a photo via the camera in app. I got a quick response that resolved my issue. I just had to allow some permissions inside the application and everything worked like a charm after that. Thank you for a great app and great service.
Great app! If trouble with send PDF or adding images make sure to check "Permissions" under app settings and enable storage "on"
I had an issue, like another customer, in attaching a photo to a file. I emailed customer service and got a response later in the day which fixed the problem.
I cannot speak any more positive of this company. When I emailed them on an issue I was having the tech support called me & walked me thought the issue. A fix was put out within a few weeks. If you are a company police agency or a security agency and you are mobile, then the line of products from Wave Systems will work well for your company. What was a test has come to a purchase and a download of all programs this company has to offer and now my agency use it. I look forward to future programs and updates.
This is an awesome tool, would love to see it available on iOS platform as many cops have iPads with them. Something you have in the works? Wouldn't mind buying again...

To whom it may concern, I have a Galaxy Note 4 and I just purchased this app this morning and it is not working properly. I am trying to create a card but the app is not letting me add an image and it is saving cards on its own and I can't delete the cards I do not work. It seems like a great application and I hope you can help me with this problem. Thank you in advance.
Good app but could be better. It would be nice if the department field could be presaved in settings so I don't have to keep entering it. Another great feature would be the ability to scan government ID barcodes to auto populate the persons information. Overall, I don't think it's worth the price, yet.
