Police Scanner

Can only use via paid subscription, no free with ads option. And all the local emergency response units are "offline". It just continously counts down from 30 seconds to "reconnect", but it never does, just resets the counter to 30 seconds and begins countdown again. Then you have to go through the process to canceling the subscription that you never got to use in the first place.

Its horrible. All I get, nonstop alerts from cities no where near me. I have listened to my local stations and I feel as if most everything is filtered or blocked. There's no way in a city like mine that the radio only gets used once every 3-5minutes.. I never received the "notification" that I was about to be billed or canceled now, and I'll be damned if I can find any resource in my "Google play store" that gives the option to cancel as instructed when I downloaded the app.

I had another scanner app I used to enjoy but it hasn't been working properly in months. I'm liking this one but for some reason it sounds more muffled than my last scanner and is hard to understand a lot of times. Also there so many disruptive ads. They are very annoying, hard to get out of, and might be the reason I end up deleting.

This is the best scanner apps I've used. It gets the city police, fire, EMS and sheriff's office. I listen for hours at a time with no disconnects. I tried one of the other scanner apps and it disconnected every 2 minutes. This one works, thanks developers!!

Broadcastify 5-0 and iscanner X are two popular scanner programmes that I've used in the past. As far as I'm concerned, this is a far better and the finest option because of its consistency. Aside from that, there is hardly much advertising.

only been using a short time but its a good free app with option to upgrade to no ads. I like the availability of nearby scanning. sometimes because I live way out in the country alot of stuff offline but thats going to happen in less populated areas. Thank you for making free.

Ture live feed sometime its only 6-10 second delay depends on your carrier, signal or using Wi-Fi your internet speed I love this app it's safe my but plenty of times just by knowing where they're at especially if you love to speed like I do and it's just nice knowing what's going on in your neighborhood or any other state for that matter.

In addition to being a superb free scanner, it has no unpleasant static or interference to deal with. It's been absolutely evident from the beginning.

So far, the most popular scanning software I've used hasn't worked for me. Excellent user interface with constant connection There is also a scarcity of promotional materials.

This individual is extraordinary in every way. When dealing with the police, the greatest place to be is in this police car. It is possible for detectives to utilise the Scanner when they have free time. Wow, that's fantastic!

Was only able to use the app by subscribing with a 3 day free trial and I can't figure out how to cancel the subscription. The scanners I wanted didn't even work so it's a waste of time and money if I end up getting charged and can't figure out how to cancel.

There's better ones out there for the price they want. Took me a while to even find my location and the whole thing with maps just takes you to a random spot on Google maps, stupid. Don't bother with this one, better ones out there that are free.

No real issues, I like the notifications when a big event is happening but hate how every 10 minutes I get a notification for nothing important. Otherwise pretty cool listening to your local sherifs office and police especially when you hear something happening close to you or on a street you know.

As of this writing, I've had a great deal of fun with this scanning application. In comparison to 5-0 and Scanner X, which both crashed on me and showed an overwhelming amount of advertisements, this scanner is considerably more dependable.

In a little hamlet only a few miles outside of the metropolis, I live in a quaint neighbourhood. I may be able to get information from state and municipal governments using this scanning software. Totally brilliant!

I'm trying to cancel subscription to the spoof app and I have yet to discover how to do this. I've sent 2 emails already with no response. This is a spoof / scam app that is designed to charge your credit card with no real service provided and no way to cancel! If this is not the case then someone explain and confirm my cancelation of this subscription. Again, this is a scam app designed to continuously charge your credit card with no way to cancel the subscription! Scam, scam, scam, stay away!

This Police Scanner has a lot going for it, in my view. While walking around my neighbourhood, I'm able to hear everything that's going on. It does the task at hand well. This is a fantastic app! It's a fantastic piece of software!

They haven't stopped the programme since the adverts aren't annoying anybody. As a final conclusion, I believe this scanner is worthy of a five-star rating. That's a fantastic concept!

Doesn't receive a single channel that I've tried to tune into yet, won't even connect to a single channel. They also do not make it easy for you to cancel the quote unquote free subscription. If they try to charge me I will be contacting my credit card company to reverse all charges.

So far so good. Still exploring the options. Got the push notifications, but couldn't find where I can adjust which ones that I receive ie...over 200 listening or whatever.

This scanner for the police department was really well made and is a great asset to the force. A single location allows you to listen to all of your favourite radio stations.!!!

Feeds are easily scanned and displayed using this scanner's exceptional performance. Even in the most distant corners of the globe, you may find a need for your skills.

I hugely ppreciate the effort that went into creating this police scanner app. Due to my long-term use, I feel at ease with it. Compared to my previous portable scanner, this one is about as good as it is for free

I basically use this app to fall asleep to. Call me crazy but I think all the chatter and white noise make it better than Enya. Hahaha other than that... I can hardly make out what they are saying. I don't understand the point of paying for the app. Who wants to remove the ads anyway? You shouldn't be staring at this app anyways. It is meant to be listened to so the ads don't bother me, they don't interrupt the scanner.

Excellent. Because of its ease of use and ability to hear everything that's going on in the city, this scanning tool has quickly become a personal favourite of mine.

The overall quality of the programme is great for police scanners. Every time I turn on the scanner, I'm astounded by the situations in which some people find themselves. Yes, I believe it's a good investment.

This app is fascinating! I've always enjoyed shows like Cops, and the scanner puts me right in the middle of police chases, arrests and much more. It is also a safety tool as I can listen to local fire and weather channels to get the latest news on what's happening now!
