Who are the people who rated this app more than one star?😠 You must either be policemen or part of the corrupt system somehow because this app doesn't work. I can't sign in, obviously no one would be able to because there's no option to register. The design of the app is not even fine and it has a terrible User Interface (I can't say anything about the experience yet because I haven't experienced it). Overall, it just reflects the current police situation in the country. TERRIBLE!

Awful! This app barely worked the first few weeks I learnt about it. I couldn't sign up. Probably due to so many complaints an updated version was released, thankfully I was able to sign up albeit a poor user interface. What was shocking was when I saw a provision where I have to pay a 12,000 naira subscription fee for such a poorly modded app that we not even sure of its effectiveness. Even if this app were to work successfully, why do we have to pay the police to do their job? Uninstalled!

I downloaded the App. I clicked "OPEN". I saw "Username", " Password", and "Sign in". I did not see "Register" or "Sign on". Note that one cannot "sign in" to any portal, site, App, without first registering or signing on. Please update the App, except you plan and wish to remove the "Sign in" psrt of the exercise. This is such a terrible app! First, you are asking users to login when they haven't been given the opportunity to create an account first. Secondly, it's an app for the Nigerian populace yet you use a background image that depicts foreigners. Thirdly, the inter-phase is so horrible! This is a total mess and it's shameful that an organization allowed this to be put up on its behalf without reviewing it.

I think this app is not made for the general public. That's why any random Nigerian can't sign up on it. More like you will have to go and register or sign up at their headquarters before you can use it. Little wonder they said terms and conditions apply in the ad i saw on Fb.

why can't nigeria do something completely good for once. why build a useless app and advertise for people to use. please to whom it may concern, kindly give this good idea to a better, more experienced mobile developer to develop something much more better with good UI/UX. please. just the first activity or first screen, it seems useless already, talklless of other screens.

it seems tgis app is deliberately programmed to fail. Else how can one download app for tge first time and it's asking you Username and password to sign in? I'm i not supposed to first be ask to create one first with my password, so the system can recognize it next time i try to login? I type in a Username and a password, and it's telling me , it doesn't exit in the system. How will it, when I've not first created one . Na wa O!

Do not download, I repeat, do not download until a formal statement from the police is made. The app size is about 40mb and not up to 30mins after download the size of the app increased to 120mb on my device. How come? What information is it pulling from my device. It obviuosly has a bug in it. I couldnt register neither did i sign in or perform any action with the app so how come? I quickly uninstalled it.

Mr Henry Ebode spoke my thoughts exactly! Was so impressed and with excitement I installed the app only to be asked to enter my username and password which obviously wouldn't be recognised since it wasn't pre registered. Please the police I.T unit needs to URGENTLY work on this application as I in particular have been telling every contact I have to install this app. Thanksa

I dont understand this APP, no provision to sign up, just sign in provision, tried to reset password and no account found was displayed. How can I log into the app please? This is not a robust App.

I take it that the developer(s) and promoters of this app deliberately turned deaf hears to observations/complaints of 'users' that "it is impossible to login into the app when there hasn't been a previous allowance/avenue for profile registration". Kindly rectify this if you want the app to fly, else failure is staring the laudable intentions of the promoters on its face!

How can one sign in without first signing up. They just say sign in. Who built dis App needs to go back to d board. There should be an option for Sign Up before Sign in. My one star is for you guys to make the correction, or tell me how to sign up. Thanks.

I do not understand why after downloading and opening the App I was asked to log in with a username and password without first all creating a link for proper registration. Is that procedure or somewhat fraudulent?

you cannot sign up on the app, new users can't access the app, so they can't use it, unless username and password requirements be removed. Thanks.

Dear sir, The concept of this app is great but the product is not useful as there is no access. An app like this needs to be user friendly for common citizens like us. maybe it was design for only the politicians to login

I am not impressed at all. It's impossible to sign in because there's no registration interface. I can't believe this has been in existence since 2017!!! How can you advertise a platform that is not ready for public use even 2 years down the line?

A sign-up feature should be created to enable first time users to register their data and have full access to the app. If this app becomes fully functional, security issues may be addressed to the smallest minimum inshaa Allah.

It's requesting for login details when I'm yet to register, for the first time of opening a new app. Something needs to be done as soon as possible. Though, this app might help reduce rate of criminal acts in our society.

What's this for christ sake.. The NPF already made a video for this app and we can't even register... And the interface is Awful... I hope this is not the same. App that represents our NPF...

The application is not yet complete. No space to sign up. Which type application is this that would ask to sign in and when you do so, it rejects it,telling you that your username is not valid.

constructive error at the point of log in. Sign-up or sign in should have been provided for both first time and existing users. A new mobile app shouldn't have this kind of challenge...... too bad not user-friendly ABDULESH

this app is programmed to fail, otherwise it will not be asking for user name and password without the option for new registration. just gave it one star because there is no option for minus five star.

Very poorly organized app (very unorganized). No sign-up, so how do you sign-in? The worst of them all. Rubbish. It deserves no 🌟 at all if possible. Deleted since yesterday.

On first opening, its asking for username and password without link on where to register my details, hence can't sign in. So i'm yet to register to rightly rate d app.

This is a useless app. There is no way to log in. It asked for username and password when there is no way to create it. It is not user friendly.

Why is the developer not responding to complaints? An app that has been updated in several versions still doesnt work. Google shd just take it down from the store.

so so disappointed when I saw the app thought it was a good innovation till I discovered new users can't use it. what a useless App that wasted my data for downloading. I'm uninstalling it now.

Not well done. And what an extremely poor customer service. It took over 2yrs to respond. Good riddance! If there was a negative star... That's what you deserve.

I couldn't sign up as a first time user into the App. it is not opened for new sign up. Bad!

Pls more professional work need to be done on this app. Is not nice requesting for username and password at the first log in when no option was given to create username and password.
