Very bad experience, 👎 they don't have tiup with body shop service provider, all paper work customer have to do and they just ask the corrections in documents not a single time but in instalment due to that claim process becomes monotonous. I don't suggest to buy a car insurance from PB. More over the app does not have an option to upload documents and mail has size restrictions.
i had really a bad or I would say worst experience while renewing health insurance. Advisors are not trained well enough, they are only forcing you to buy/renew the plans without answering the queries. In the end, I have paid for the renewal but I'm not insured yet, such a mess. After putting this comment, policy bazaar is asking me to send an email to them. Who in the world have such a luxury time. Such a waste of time.
'Have questions? Talk to expert' pop up is keep appearing for every 10 seconds which is very annoying, This is not allowing user to browse the plan or view details properly. Mobile app is intended to browse and explore things as per convenient but this app is insisting to speak with consultants.
For many of features of the app, the app behaves like a web app and not a native one. To access contents of the notifications in the app, we need to login to the page and it clearly shows how you are just showing web pages(that too where we need to again login). PLEASE optimize your app to make our experience better. Otherwise I'll just have to keep on using the frustrating app No choice.
Incorrect information - telemedical. However, they will be asking for physical medical test. Applying for cancellation since Feb. The process started from April, not yet completed (almost a month done). Every customer care call they asked to send email for confirm cancellation. I had to send email every few days from Feb. I have escalated the issue, no progress. In every call, they say it will be done in 2-3 days. Totally disappointed by policybazaar service.
The app is good as it provides good insights into the required investment plans. The repeated calls that from the company bis super irritating. I just dread even opening the app, as that is enough to get me a thousand calls from the service providers. Please stop irritating your customers. 🙏
All is good in policy bazar but one thing I don't like is this that they will kill you by repeated phone calls if someone just open the app. I have policies through Policy Bazar but now I have decided to purchase insurance directly from the company to avoid unnecessary repeated phone calls.
frustrated,,,,I am not able to find recent policy transaction. Still searching for my account section on the app. I have done two-wheeler policy on pb app but there's no details of that policy on pb app. Policy issued after 1day but can't able to access status.
I requested your executive to put my number in dnd also also transfer the call to supervisor more than 10 times. Neither of this happened and he acted rude. I'm still getting calls this is way you do business??? Worst service ever. I never do any business with you again.. I already unsubscribe through your app a long before
Humble request to everyone not to buy any policy through policy bazar, its about 1 month they are not able to activate my policy even i have completed payment and documentation on first day, and i lost my money even more than i purchased the policy.. worst experience..

Worst Experience, very fast to take money but very slow to give policy, no respone from helpline and customer care, very worst app to get the policy VERY BAD Pls don't reply " To contact with helpline Or mail my query" As I have already mailed and called BUT NO RESPONSE WORST APP WORST APP
App is good, easy to use, only irritating feature is If you accidentally touch on any insurance option then policy bazar team will continuosly call you for next few months.
Very poor customer service. No one will communicate once payment done. Very pathetic There is very bad relationship with insurer probably. Better to choose direct agent rather than policy bazar. I strongly not recommend policy bazaar
it's my 1st policy I have taken through policy bazar...Ihave heard that they are there in difficult time to help you out.so let's believe them and see what happened.the process of taking online policy is very easy and you are able to compare them also.
It's very amazing & saving the time. You can check your car IDV value byself and choose general insurance your choice on affordable price. Don't call any agent to buy new insurance policy or renewal.
Excellent app so far. Easy to manage all my insurance. Timely reminders. Excellent information packed inside. Covers all. Quick claim benefits. Totally cool user interface. User Experience is too good man, you guys have nailed it.
It was my worst decision to opt for PolicyBazar for purchasing 2 wheeler policy. The IDV shown on PB is low and with higher Premium. My friend(broker) gave me better IDV with less premium. Plus he would have given me a cashback as well. I personally dont recommend to anyone to purchase any policy from Policybazaar Always go for Broker. They will surely give you very best deal.

I purchased Term Insurance and I must say Policy Bazar is the easiest single stop for buying and comparing the numerous features and benifits of diverse insurance product across the market. Not only that the team will guide you with all honest suggestions with adequate pros and cons. I got assigned with a dedicated RM for my term insurance. Too much calls Their agents will call you even if you simply click an option on the app and will give you useless information. Beside that app is good and policies are way cheaper and that is what it is meant for.
Don't install this application. As soon as I have provide my number to them, they started spamming me within an interval of an hour. They called me with so many numbers and so many times that I have to keep my phone on silent mode which made me miss important calls as well
Worst service ever I have seen. I asked for change in premium deduction date and executive told that date will be changed after 2 days they deactivated my autopay without any intimation and without my request. I haven't send any mail regarding deactivation of autopay. Abhishek tivari sold me tata AIA policy Hema and Shashank deactivated my autopay instead of changing my premium deduction date. Worst service ever. Now I just want to remove policy bazaar as an agent in my policy.
unethical and scamster trained salesmans in policy bazar, who is just trained to fool you for renewing the car insurance but least bother if the mentioned information is appropriate or not, thow after explaining to correct my vechile registration number they have still made the same mistake and sent the link for me to pay the money without even Reffering to my policy renewed on last year 2020. Now after paying the money they are trained to cheat customer that can't change Or cancel the policy.
Application and services are good only frustrating point is once you visit their site or application they started calling aggressively. One who need assistance will call or can request for call. I have to gather courage before opening their site.
Pathetic app...worst app so far!! The UI system developed is very slow and lags every other time you try to open the app. It is better to use your browser instead for this.
After disabling the app notification i m still getting regular notifications.. i wonder what it is doing in the background with my SMS and banking data.. uninstalling now..!

I dont know if that is your cheap tricks or software bug. After collection of all data and showing quotes the screen is going blank both while in webpage and app. I and lot of people i know prefer getting insurance by viewing them on screen than getting call from pushy saleperson. The whole point of using this app was to avoid unnecessary communication and get insurance with clarity. After the search i will get million calls. So until this issue is fixed i am out of policybazaar
