Pollen Alert
Allergies are a real problem for a millions of people every year. This app serves as a simple tool that will easily forecast, notify, or alert you about the coming pollen levels to control your allergies. Simply set your alert time, and Pollen Alert will handle the rest. When you get your notification, pop an allergy pill to best prevent and protect yourself from allergy symptoms.

Same Day Notifications will notify you on the day of about the current pollen levels. Next Day Notifications will notify you about the next day's pollen level. You can set your own time for when these notifications trigger, and set a pollen threshold for your own convenience.
Pollen Alert only has forecasts for the contiguous USA states.

Does the job and well put-together, but I wish it let me look at forecasts for other [saveable] locations without changing what location I get notifications for. A 1x1 status widget would be really cool too. ETA: keeps crashing on my Samsung s10e :'(
Do not get. The app told me low pollen, 1.0, for 3 days and I went outside and you could see the pollen in the cars! My weather app was sending pollen warning to me telling me it was extremely high. This app is unreliable.
This ap helps me so much it allows me to find local pollen counts without looking all over the place! all three major allergens (trees, grasses and weeds) in one place. I love it! Also, you can set alerts, if the counts are above a level that you specify so you know when to stay inside and can plan accordingly for the day! As a patient with allergic asthma and a nanny to a little boy who also has allergic asthma I use this ap daily most months of the year.
It doesn't recognize the zip code?? Seriously?? Yes, I double checked the numbers. They were correct. It doesn't recognize Cincinnati oh??! Really??!!??
I give this a 3 because it do work but it does not give notification at set time..
Not acurate! Air test levels show 7.2 on scale of 12. This app showed 0.09! Disapointing!

you dont tell the type of allergen that's producing the pollen example hickory.birch.pine.oak. ragweed etc.

Not updating
No longer works. Data is not being updated properly. Plot shows no allergens when all other sources show high levels.

Used to be better. Told me which pollens were around.
It use to register my location and now everything I put in it says location not found.

Worked exceptionally well until after Moto Z2 Force was upgraded to Android 8.0. Now both GPS and entering zip code results in location not found.
Very simple and to the point. Just the facts ma'am. I also like the coffee humor. Thank you for something amusing on a bad hayfever day. Seems to show today as worse than yesterday and down tomorrow. Corrilation between increased temp and increased pollen? Certainly no real relief until we have a freeze. We are still in the mid 70's during the day.
Very simple and to the point app. Tells you pollen count and that's about it. If that's all you want then this is a 5 star app. If you want more detailed info, you may want to look around some more. Personally I love it.
Update 10/11/17: Uninstall and reinstall fixed the problem. But the problem shouldn't have occurred in the first place. Original review: Very recntly the app can no longer pull pollen info. It only ever states "location not found." It doesn't matter which US zip code I enter, it can't find it. I have GPS enabled and the app does have permission.
This app needs to tell you the specific allergens that are high in your area.

Great/simple, no nonsense app.👍So far as I can tell it is accurate too.(I have very bad allergies and need to stay informed and everytime it has been accurate thus far)I don't really use the forecast as much, but the current day and next day seem accurate. (They change in real time, often dramatically) the forecast for 4 days I think, if I can remember correctly ;it has tree pollen and grass counts and one more maybe that I'm forgetting. I love the simplicity and visual presentation.
