Not free at all. You can download it, but if you're not in NY or LA, you have to pay for the maps. 20 bucks is way too much. Also, all the options it mentions are pay to use.
There's community maps in Indonesia that cover most of Island, when will support it? Just coming soon but never happen. Why your Polnav CE version support Indonesia comuni tu Maps but Android version not? 2014 maps for Jakarta only? It's rubbish. Or any guide to make CE version maps compatible with Android version?
Nobody bothers to update the most important thing - the map. POOR PROGRAM. The map for Malaysia is 2018. That is absurd. Every other offline navigator updates their maps periodically.
Indonesia map still in 2018, i think it stop update, very funny, this is navigation app but not focus on map update, wasting my money, im sorry, i uninstalled. Thanks.

Why i cannot find search in this app maybe the minus one of this app and i hope for next version seacrh item will be include but over all its a good aplication
How many devices can be use for one account? Car and Hand phone? Search POI still too weak compared with Google maps

Please update the malaysia map 2019 and trafic info for malaysia, the maps seams a year old. if can please update the Malaysian map minimum 2 times a year. thanks..

New event report is good, but please make the event report dialog close when user press back key instead of asking to exit the app.

I changed new device, how am I to transfer the junction view / 3D city model I purchased to new device??
My humble suggestions: (1). 'Voice Language' could be added with more other languages or even allowing the users to record our own voices to be used for this feature. (2). More routes to the destination could be added rather then 1 fixed route now.
