Poloniex Crypto Exchange

It is great because of the amount of crypto currency able to trade on it, but it is incredible slow to process exchanges, and much more when it is about withdraw which fees are also quite high. Sometimes your trades don't go through and you can lose a lot of money. I do not recommend it for trading.

Perfect Support. Coin and token swap are missing though, a major setback. Also, some assets are worthless. Place Trade, and these worthless assets remained in open order for months.

It was quiet fast and good but after last few updates it is practically not usable due to slow server or apis.

For over 4 years l have been trading, this exchange is very very good and customer service top notch.

The app stopped working recently. First of all it stopped showing the values of the order (I could see, that the order was placed, but no numbers are shown). And now it doesn't do anything at all - any action just leads to 'internal error'. I have to use web version to manage my positions. Added: guys, are you going to fix your application or no? I'm able to open the order, but it's impossible to close or manage it. Added. I already have an opened case through support, but nothing changed.

It's still young and needs improvement. But it's a start! UI is nothing like the website and is pretty miserable to use. Balance/Order history is very often wrong or outdated. Even with the manual refresh button, seems like it just doesn't update consistently. It's totally random so the only thing you can know for sure is that you cannot trust that it is accurate aany given moment... Despite that crippling bug, it's lacking even the most basic feature support. No stop-loss, margin, loans, conditional, transfers, market comparison/overview, profit calculation... It's pretty much just able to place limit orders and even that is weirdly difficult

this app has come a long way i think the only thing it is missing now, is a better Chart. its hard to reference prices when trying to look at a long term trend. there are no lines or anything for a point of reference. everything is just off in space when looking left to right. still like all the other changes. big user friendly improvements

Horrible and pathetic. They don't show you all orders in a single place for futures. This caused me to ignore an open order which resulted in liquidation. I didn't even know there was an order as it was an old order. Not recommended. Never using this garbage app again

Scam app. Once you want to withdraw, you will never do it. If "hot chick" from Tinder offers you to use this app, you know you are ducked.

So intuitive , simple to use just like binance. I strongly recommend to all crypto trader

This really has potential. The wallet, Buy and Sell Page, Activity and the UI is clean. They work as expected. Few things though: -Graphs are useless in mobile. Really. I need to use other exchange. -If searching specific pair, you must go to specific tab which is a bummer. Must be universal. -There must be a way to organize the favorite. Like deleting multiple, or custom arrangement. -Unlike the web version, you can't go into pair's "buy n sell" if you don't have any balance!

Good experience.I have got profit from day one and want to continue with this app.

Thist exchange is really really good for trading, I'm kinda love it, the thing that you need to improve is, it's little slow when placing order. And you also have add market order.

Haven't come across an exchanger with your type of support. The app itself is user friendly. I will recommend this over and over again. Pls keep it up.

Unable to sign up. Not available in the United States apparently.

Some silly bug when you add an alert, you click back and it just goes round and around. 2nd one, "You don't have any alerts yet" even though I do bug. The features are good, favourites good. Alerts useful but go off to often, graphs only go back to 3 months ago. Graphs need 1yr or all data options, also basics such as bollinger band, sma and ema.

An ok app for buying uncommon crypto, but pay attention since the prices differ from Market, very strange. The UI is very nice except as mentioned the alerts the keep poping always and not just once. I am uble to remove them but unnecessary waste of time. Withdrawal is expensive, paid 5$ to withdrawal my INJ, should be same or close to when i send from my trust wallet.

Not stable app, crashes on attempts to get balance, does not show current open orders. Sometimes orders dissapear with no transaction in trading history. Absolutely unreliable! Upd: after last apdate I cannot login because the app sends verification code to email, and after I switch to email app it's expired. Absolutely useless app! How to get my money back???

The app so far is clean and smooth. Think it could do with significant improvement though. Better UX is needed to make switching between market and limit orders easier. Also wish it would auto switch to 1 day candle when selecting 1 year view by default and 1 hour view when looking at past month or week instead of min time frame, otherwise adding a weekly or even 6h candles would be great. Needs basic indicators like macd, RSI, BBands and MAs otherwise no point in using the mobile app.

The service level has never been great, but now the service advisers literally seems absent, formerly they just have been anonymous. Do not entrust your money to any financial service provider that does not count with at least an accessible, transparent and responsive customer service desk: automated response, no phone number, no concrete address, all over resumee: Highly doubious.

Overall its great from the old app. However, these are my 3 requests, first can we have navigate the chart just by dragging and not clicking buttons. Second, please add the fee in the successful transaction. Third, I want to request if we can have DGB/USDC pair. Thank you. I'm enjoying your app.

created account on my laptop, confirmed on my android, was prompted to download app, now my username/password is invalid. Too many exchanges out there to waste time on cross-platform issues. bye. I tried to create a ticket. I was given an error stating I had to be logged in to create a ticket.
