I have no problem with the app. because of being active shopper's. i can search with out bugs, its already settled to Php. no glitch at all. My concern is you need to order thousands before the shipping is free.

I used to really love this. You can try for 30 days, then if the size isnt right, you can return it. Now, theres this coercion to do the fitting in malls. In this pandemic situation, no less.. very disappointing.
everytime i try to open pomelo, it always back to my home page. i want to shop something but i can't. how to fix this? I've tried to uninstall and then install it again, but still.
I can't shop:(( the app is working but whenever I press the "shop now" It will automatically close the app and will say "pomelo has stopped":(((
A lot of interesting items and promotions
The app keeps telling an error has occured whenever i try to add items into my cart. And plus, I placed an order when there was a sale. One item was OOS and they informed me that they cancelled the WHOLE ORDER because of that. I find it ridiculous that you have to cancel the whole order because of one OOS item ?????????? And the promotion has already expired so i'm not able to buy back the items I wanted. Please do something about this ridiculous workflow you have.

I used to have a better experience with the Pomelo application, especially in terms of size measurement for each product. It was very accurate. However, the updated versions have changed the size measurement into a standard size chart that does not match the actual product.
Easy to use. Size details are available. I really like to try on first when picking up items.
Worst shopping experience ever! So unprofessional and their system is worst than any other online shops.They just cancelled all of your order if one of the items you chose is out of stock! They don't understand that to get the items with the discounted price need many efforts tho.When you checked out, repeat until more than 3 times before it works! Now the price back to normal and they just cancelled all the order instead of send the item partially! Fix your systems website before you go public!
Overall, the app is good it is just that after confirming your order, at least redirect user to the order history instead of my shopping bag becoming empty which misleads user. Please also send have a way to notify users that payment has failed instead of letting us figure out where our order went and what happened with it. Sometimes when I apply voucher it fails to call the endpoint/API which frustrates me.
I have used the app for quite a few years. It's been good and keeps improving user experience. Size measurements though recently becomes more annoying. It's always a problem and I have to go to try clothes on in the store for decision. Can't Pomelo just give size of the person e.g. this top is for a person having chest between 32-35" instead of clothes size (this top is 32" and customer has to guess how stretchy it could possibly be)?
Saw reviews that the app has issues during sales period. I think its not just "have issues" its more of, it doesnt load at all. Only loads if youre lucky. Came over from their website hoping that the app would work better. But there's still no difference. I can't even do a proper scrolling to shop, that I don't even feel like shopping anymore.
apps on android doesn't work at all. promo code couldn't apply, can't remove sold/unavailable items by clicking 'remove sold out item' button to remove all together, can't check out, customer service took 4 hours to reply. missed 11.11 deals because of this issue, missed 12.12 good deals again because of the same issue. couldn't check out and everything I wanted sold out now. please install only if you're using iPhone
Would be better if we could zoom into the photos for a clearer, better view of the details. Currently it only allows a very limited and small zoom enlargement. Would recommend using a reusable outer bag when delivering to customers as well, like Zalora, which allows customers to reuse the bag for return purposes.
After purchased successfully and 2 days later, I'd received a surprised email that my orders was cancelled. Not sure which item out of stock. But all of my 7 items cancelled and promotion gone. When I recheck Items all back to original price and still show stock. Money will only be refunded after 15-45days which the apps cut my money over a night. What a funny apps ever
They keep CANCELLING my orders! No notification whatsoever when they cancel it too!! I have been waiting for my order like an idiot only to realise that it has been cancelled!!! They also made me wait past the delivery date before cancelling! The phone number given for SG customer support is invalid. Customer service DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO ANSWER QUESTIONS!! Extremely irritating and frustrating experience-clothes never freaking arrive+ no explanation. Reconsider before shopping from here.
Spent an hour at the payment page but still couldn't go through. Wanna look through items, but the app lags like hell or kept saying there's an error. What should be a covnenient easy way to shop becomes such an ugly experience. Other apps do better.
Convenient, easy usage, love it
Provide a great platform for online shopping. The designs are vary and pretty. The application is very easy to use and well-design, especially, the payment method. Most importantly, when the product arrive, I'm impressed with the packaging and the good transportation.
The app has been really easy to use! I usually stay away from fast fashion brands but the app had very interesting functions (like the "try first pay later") and the queue number system via the app! I have yet to explore the rest like COD and all but the app has been of ease to use!
I hope you have many stocks. Everyday, I always check , If the item is available or size of the clothes but always not have stock 💔.
Great shopping experience. Navigation is seamless. I like the size recommendation tool. My only wish is for more detailed updates of the shipment progress. Other than that, really no complaints.
Annoying app!!! I get it if you're celebrating a birthday. But gosh. How many times per day and for how many weeks do you need to spam us? That "Happy Birthday Pomelo" notification has become super annoying. Uninstalled the app.
Please fix the order cancellation system. I made an order of over 10 items, and due to the unavailability of several items, my entire order was cancelled without asking me beforehand if I still wanted my order with just the items that are available. I made time specially to go to Pomelo's offline store and try on the items so I am extra disappointed. Please do not put an automatic cancellation system without prior notice like this, especially when it's for the Tap, Try, Buy.
