Pony Trails

If you want a simple first person horse riding sim, this game is exactly that. You do not manage a farm or breed horses. There is no show jumping or storyline. You ride along three various trails in first person, take pictures of the wildlife and collect coins. While there's only a small amount of content, and the tilt controls are a bit odd, graphics are great. It is a nearly perfect, if tiny, horse riding sim and the only one I have found that's actually a simulation of riding a horse!

I used to love this app, but it needs to be updated because I wish there were more trails, longer trails, horse tack, horse breeds and activities and also be able to have different points of view of your horse while riding (see just head or horse's body) oh and also you get to choose which gait you'd like to use. Maybe the horse has more personality and realistic features (horses need to be updated) and we get to customize of rider. This app is still great, but needs an update :)

Good game, good graphics. When you ask for gallop, you only get 5 seconds, then it goes back to walk. It would be far better with longer run time and with more interesting and varied trails. The controls could be easier with a varied speed control and you should be able to change your view on the horse and zoom out. Have a rider etc. Either way, it's good and I like it, just not as interesting as it could be. 3* from me.

This game is amazing!!!!! I would recommend it to all horse loving people!!! The graphics are great, the gameplay is great and so is the realism. I love how your pony gets dirtier the more you ride. The instructions are great and clear and you can choose where you go on the trail. The only time you get an add is at the end of the ride to triple your coins.

This is a really good game, but needs more. I would like to have an avatar and a stable. Various tack, more trails, being able to take photos of what I want (like the sun), more breeds, different styles for the mane, & to take care of the ponies (like feed & groom them) would be a marvelous improvement. Please keep working on it!

The idea is very good , and it is a relaxing game. I really like it. But 3 stars because I find it very hard to control the horse with the tilting option. A joystick would really make it perfect and much more enjoyable. Other than that, this game is amazing.I will rate higher if the controls are changed.

Pretty fun game! I just wish when you went on trail rides you can jump over some logs maybe? I feel like that would make the game less boring... But I do love the game. And.. I wish when you ran with your horse it could run a little bit longer. And I wish there's snow when you ride sometimes.

Love the game, however it's to easy to rest or loose your progress and in app purchases. I had bought rainbow coins and coins enough to buy all special breeds and equipment and with one button accidentally pushed I lost it all. Wontnmake that mistake again, not using the in app purchases, will just do it the hard way.

This is such a beautiful game!! Absolutely love it. I aggree with some other comments about adding more horses. I think jumps should be added on the trails, just to give the player something else to do. But overall, it is quite a relaxing game when you can only hear animals and the sound of the horses hoofbeats.

It was over all a good game. The graphics are amazing and I think it's awesome that you could take pics and complete tasks to get more coins. Though, I do wish that you could connect with a friend and ride on the same trail together. That would be GREAT!!

used to love this game was so excited when I found it was an app now! same game I remember but the tilt to steer function is just about useless and I can't get through even the first 10 seconds without crashing due to lag or unresponsiveness. We need a touch screen option for steering not just speed and camera.

Good concept but out of control controls ruin the experience for me. It is impossible to steer in this game for me. The horse veers too far in either direction. Slight corrections do not seem to register but when tilting phone more then it overcorrects which is just frustrating so i don't play this much.

its amazing. highly recomend to anyone that loves horses animals and nature its really great graphics make it all the better. ome thing you may need to be careful of, if you have motion sickness or verdigo or anything like that this might not be good for you, there is movement as if you are actually riding a real life horse, and you have to tilt the screen back amd forth to steer. just be wary if you so have motion sickness or something similar.

I think Pony Trails is one of the most fun games I've ever played with a lot of potential. I think you could maybe make more trails, such as, for example, a trail through an African saffari and more gaits such as walking, trotting, cantering, galloping, jumping, etc.

Fun game! The horses are beautiful and the graphics are amazing, but my fifth horse is missing! Is there a limit to how many horses you can have? Also, it would be nice to have a snowy trail! New animals can be found there too! 😁

I think there should be more trails ex: Autumn Forest, Road, Snow and a few more perhaps. I think that there should be some more English riding settings and more English horse breeds ex: Thoroughbred, Shire, Appaloosa, Welsh section A, B, C and D and more. Another thing is that the Controls are awful plz could it be changed to a little joystick on the screen. Also could u plz make it easier to earn coins it takes forever to get another pony. I love this game, i love that you hv lots of breeds and the taking photos but i just don't feel like there is enough cuz i downloaded this two days ago and i already hv all the trails so it needs to take longer plus there is only three trails so u definitly need more like an enchanted forest and farmland and just stuff like that. Also more horse breeds not just ponies and plz make it easier to get more coins quicker it just takes forever otherwise. Thanks for reading this and please consider it.

i was excited when i saw this game thinking it was a mobile version of the old ds game pony pals that i played as a kid...and it almost is. but there are a lot less options...disappointing. i really don't like the tilt controls and the camera is very hard to control as well. what was wrong with the ds controls? there are also less customization and care options than the ds game. in the end id rather just play the old ds game for a nostalgia trip than this mess.

It's a good game but you should be able to change the camera angle, we should have a joy stick and we should be able to creat a carector and the ponies be less expensive and we need racing and more trail rides but apart from that I highly recommend this game

Based on the PC game Pony Friends 2, this game has fine graphics & is offline. However, gameplay leaves much 2 B desired. Only 3 trails to ride on(day/night). Camera is tricky, but practice makes perfect. Ponies & gear R far 2 expensive & takes forever to save up coins. When U care 4 your pony, U wash only 1 side & clean only 1 hoof. U can't feed or pet your pony. Pony gallops only a few seconds. Game quickly gets boring and repetitive. Needs races, more trails, and extensive pony care!

A mobile version of an old DS game. Controls are a bit tough, gameplay gets repetitive. You care for your pony and take pictures of animals while on trail rides, but threats pretty much it. Good for kids kind of game

I've had this game for 6 years it's a GREAT game everyone, PLEASE get it, but I would love it if you added some more action, you know? Like you can fall off the horse can spook you can look at your screen different ways not just first person, I would LOVE that! If you do this to the game I will love your games to every time i see one :) please do this to the game:) 😊🐎

this is a great game! I loved it first! But like i said, at first. when you unlock all the differnt ares, you get quite board. its gets boring beacause you have taken pictures of all the animals, you have been through all the rutes and you have to groom your horse all the time over and over and over again! i have given this game 3 stars beacause it takes you on a journey from the mountins to the desert and finaly to the coast/beach. Also you can bye diffenent horses!😉😄

Cute...but Not for me once I downloaded this game I thought you would be able to ride free and race other players but No all you do is take care of horse's and ride on trails and take pictures of things which is cool that's what I do...But it'd be nice if this game had other things to do

I love this game. A perfect mix of horses, animals, and riding! My days in elementary were filled with me playing this game on my old tablet. So glad I found it again! Thanks to the developers for the memories! 🥰

This game is very cool, however i had 4500 coins to get a New horse, and it took away all my money without buying anything. I worked so long on it and it all went. I only needed about 300 more. So rated 4, but very good for a mobile game! Thank you for reading.
