Works for keeping up with match schedule and directions to locations. Nice to able to see your stats. Needs, to allow for individual weekly play fee instead of the entire teams fees only. Also need to have access to APA store. Update, now has store access. Would be nice to be able to pay players individual fees while retaining the ability to pay team fee. Also need to allow 2 score keepers per team per match. It is difficult for one person to score games on two tables.

The UI is totally bass-ackwards, with the top of the home screen taken up by "news" and "events", and there is no way to dismiss items you've already seen. Actually relevant things like upcoming matches and player stats are buried towards the bottom of the page. I'm giving it 3 stars though because the app actually has a decent amount of information if you manage to navigate through the mess and find it.

Works great for keeping up with match locations and individual win/loss records. One feature I think would be a great addition would be a spot for people who are looking for a team to advertise their profile, weeknight they would like to play, and area they want to play in. This would also help teams find players to add or people who want to create a team have people to reach out to in able to start fresh teams.

We should be able to access all players throughout the entire league, not just in our local area. In reference to APA response to my rating post, there is no "any advice" option in the drop down menu and we still can see players outside of our local area. There no good reason for this. Smacks of trying to hide something.

It doesn't have very much information about the small tournaments that are held around town or the state to qualify players that want a chance to go to Las Vegas without their team winning their division. Also, no helpful information about out of state tournaments except the dates.... I'd like to know alot about the places we're going to play at like the size and atmosphere, copy of the menu with prices(if they cook there), can we bring a cooler with food and drinks so we don't go broke,etc.

It's great to have all the info on this app and being able to electronically score. However, the app does not keep me logged in when I check the box indicating such. I have to log back in just about every time I open the app. Today, it's frozen and I can't log in at all. Other than that, the app is great.

Works really well most of the time. Sometimes it will freeze up in mid-match. It would also be helpful if it would keep track of how many dead balls during nine ball.

Needs work. The search function requires the exact full name. Unable to search using first initial with last name. Also, it would be helpful if the search wasn't limited to the division you're a member of. This would be useful when playing in tournaments were multiple divisions will be. I personally would like to be able to lookup my opponents overall stats, not just the skill level their at at the time of the tournament.

I still use this App daily usually. I like how it works although I wish I could view other APA memeber information when trying to find out their percentages. And I really wish I could use the new scoring app. It looks like it would be a great boon to my league nights! Overall it is a app I use frequently. I wish I could see all my ratio's on games so I can see each session and compare the 3. Still enjoy this App and learning more about equalizer system. This app is truly a great APP.

The app works great. I use it to look at our scoresheets and schedule. The only issue I had was being logged out after a certain amount of time. It looks like the devs have addressed this issue recently. I'm happy with it.

Great app. I wish it showed your ratings against each handicap. Other pool apps you can pull a person up and see how they perform against each handicap. Would also be nice to search players not in your area for when your at out of town tournaments.

App is good i look at it daily, but my lifetime stats stopped updating. The apa office and league operators still havent gotten this resolved, a good 6 phone calls or so later and numerous months now, ive given up.

Well done. Some learning curve involved, and network latency can be an issue, but a pretty well designed app.

Would love to be able to do 100% electronic scoring on this app - then I wouldn't have to make trips to the same bar every week to pickup the scoresheet before and I could still turn dues in after.

It used to be a great app. Until latest update, now I have to log in every single time even in same day. There is no place to save login info. Very very annoying

Team stats, individual stats, opponent stats, printable score sheets with skill level list are all handy. Keep up the great work.

the app itself works great, however I do find the new design and layout much more difficult to navigate in order to find the information I am seeking. But, as far as general information like where and who you are playing, its great...as long as you enter the app from the notification; otherwise it could take several screens and taps to get to where you need to be.

Many features are painstakingly frustrating to use. Moreover... The terms and conditions pop-up is 9 pages long, yet resets to page one after a minute. 6/6/19 Yes, I'm still having issues. Trying to check past matches brings up an error message. The app still believes I play on Tuesday, rather than Monday. And this past week, it indicated that I was to play at the wrong venue. It was recommended that I UN/Reinstall the app... So I'll try that.

Overall the experience is very good. i get reminders that i have to shoot on the night I'm scheduled to play. the interface took some getting used to in terms of navigating to what i was looking for. my main complaint is that the map/direction integration to Google maps doesn't always work well. sometimes the directions do not accurately resolved to the proper destination. I'm hoping app enhancements resolve this.

Its awesome. Gives you early access to score sheets. Information about your teams rankings and your opponents which can help you get a general line up before you play. It also gives you access to individual stats for this session and for all your matches ever played. The only thing that would be better is if you could see where your rank percentage was to see what you needed to go up or if you were in danger of dropping.

The availability of yours/others stats for all you've played is really a great feature. It helps a Captain plan for the important matches. That said, it'd be nice to have that feature available for those teams that go to Las Vegas, so they can also plan accordingly, instead of playing blind, so to speak. The only annoying part of the app, is the constant, multi-daily notifications, cluttering up your device. That's the only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5. Outstanding app APA! Good job!

Overall the app is great! where it lacks is the constant asking if I want to be notified, the answer is always yes, but it still asks the next time I log on. Also, the finger print identification goes away and has to be re-approved often. these are two misses that haven't been corrected over time. otherwise, aside from that, I love the information that is available!

Old website was better than this app and was much easier to navigate. This app is constantly down and has huge lags so we can't access the site or it has a huge delay that you get frustrated and try again later. Not optimal when your looking up handicaps and matches played so you can notify players if they are playing. At pool, 3 of us tried to access the site and it was not working...again. The old app was much easier to find what you need and without so many screens, clicking back and forth.

The app does not send notifications to my phone. It asks if I would like to receive notifications and I select yes all the time.... But I still do not receive notifications on my phone. I used to receive them over a year ago and they stopped all of a sudden. I checked my phone settings and the app settings, uninstalled and reinstalled..... makes no sense to have to log in and check notifications when they should just pop up on the phone screen/drop down.

Although this app helps a lot in terms of keeping the score and providing efficient updates but some of the issues that I have seen is around performance in both Android and IOS. Firstly, the login mechanism is not permanent. once a user logs in then it should remain logged in or provide biometric login for easy access. Secondly, it takes forever to load the first time. This has to be load tested since at that time many people might be accessing the app to connect to the server.

this one looks nicer than the original however, it has too many issues... you cannot easily go from one page to the next, you get a white screen and error message. it is also offline for maintenance much too often. I was contacted with options to remedy the problems I was experiencing. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and so far, there are no issues. Thank you for your quick response and help.

It works well, but I absolutely, positively cannot stand the way it does not save login info long enough. If a user logs in and turns on biometric security (facial recognition, thumbprint, etc.), it works for a little while, then automatically clears itself, and makes the user re-enter login credentials to re-enable biometrics. Absolutely infuriating. Not even my bank, my credit card apps or even my kids' school app requires this (apps that actually secure important data). Stop expiring it!

I'll give it higher marks once you fix the fact everytime I log in, I i have to re-enable biometric login. What's the point in having the feature if it doesn't work 100% of the time. Also, how about making sure the info on it is accurate. Too many times have there been issues with stats updating properly & scoresheets not displaying correct information (or in some cases ANY info at all) Ya'll have a long way to go making this app what it could be.

Performs well. But there is so much potential for this app to do so much more to make the entire APA experience better. I wish the entire system were more automated so i wouldn't have to wait a week to see my new stats after shooting a match. A score keeping feature that integrated with the equalizer database and validated both team's scores against one another in real time would make for a much better experience than paper scoresheets.
