Roles & Permissions
Assign one or more roles to each team member to tightly control access to features and functionality. Also, make specific privilege assignments to techs, e.g. show/hide client phone numbers, enable/disable Master Tech privileges to see all company routes, etc.
Offline Support
Don’t have internet access? That is okay - your tech’s will still be able to complete their service visits along with all the readings, checklists, photos, videos, notes, etc. Once connected to the Internet, all the saved service visits data will be automatically uploaded to the cloud!
Visit History List
Easily access your company’s past service visits right from your mobile device - including all the visit data such as service dates, readings, readings history, checklists, photos, videos, notes, etc.
Client Portal
Selectively invite your clients to join the client portal that is included with all subscriptions. Your clients will be able to see all their visits and invoices, and pay their invoices from the convenience of their web browser.

Software is first rate The app easily competes with any of the other service apps. All of these apps have pluses and minuses but where PSS shines is support. They bend over backwards to get you up and running and are always open to suggestions for improvement
Amazing experience...the app is very simple, easy to use and includes everything needed to manage your pool routes and multiple techs, plus some. We have been using it for over a year now I think and having used some others at the beginning, this one is incredible. Customer support is always on top of everything and I have never had a complaint!
Great features for my pool service business. There were minor bugs at first, but seems more stable now. My techs were able to quickly see last service date, readings and dosage history during their service visits. I was able to verify service through GPS and pics - great stuff! The invoicing feature met my needs. I am looking forward to what else they bring out.
Great app and customer support. I've used other apps such as skimmer and Pay the Poolman but this all is a one size fits all. Price might seem high but for the service, features and quality you get it's well worth it. It's like my pool company, we are not the cheapest and that's because you get service and quality compared to the competition.
Running a commercial and residential pool route is no easy feat. That's why I was able to get organized with the Pool Service Software. Not only did it make my life easier but my clients are much happier. I am now able to run the company from anywhere in the state. And what took 3-4 different programs is now included in one app in the palm of my hand. I highly recommend this application for any and all who have a pool company.
I tried to edit my previous review but was unable to. Management reached out to me in a very timely manner and helped me resolve the issues I was having as well as updating the app description. As far as the app, it works very well for me and is very useful. I will be utilizing this app as long as I am running my pool service business.

Misleading description.... Not completely free. Only 1 month free / $49.95 per month subscription after. Does not tell you before you download. That's why i took off 3 stars. I would not have downloaded if i knew that. Only found out after exploring the web page under settings & billing options. It's a great detailed app to use for pool service company but only if you want to pay $49.95 every month.
The best app I’ve ever use for my pool company! So functional and easy to use. I love the functionality of been able to connect to my clients directly. I can keep track of my routes, services done, send invoices and manage my company right from the palm of my hands!
Great app. Really helps me manage my accounts on the go. It's incredibly useful and thorough, but at the same time intuitive and easy to use. I strongly recommend it to anyone running a pool business. You'll be glad to have this tool.
The layout is retarded and not user friendly. The app canceled me out for no reason. Pathetic
Unable to register for an account
Tried to register a new account no luck said I already a acct - I do not
Customer support is outstanding" anytime ive had an issue (mostly been my fault) they have contacted me quickly and resolved any issues ive had. The app does everything it says it does and keeps me organized. Top notch Ladies and Gentleman, Top notch.
