Single biggest pet-peeve is not being able to sort by branch-stock items. I use it to quickly see if my staff submitted the daily order, and that's about it.
I can't find anything with this app and when I do it just takes FOREVER. Compared to the webpage this is really, really bad.
Hasn't worked in almost a year now. They need to get this app fixed. don't even think you can run your business off of this app
Always has issues. Can't search by title or description. Need exact part number.
This is like a bad beta version at best. I don't have the patience to list all of the problems this app has. This is still the worst app on my phone. 11/11/15
Searching for products, app will spaz or app will state "loading" until error message shows

Has Pool Corp ever asked professional dealers what is wrong with this app, what it needs that it doesn't have or where the bugs are that they find. I have the greatest respect for app developers that comment/answer each and every user comment made. Bingo.....there's an idea....
Latest update makes app unusable and wasnt that great before
Can't log in now and getting "no peer certificate." Otherwise, its been a useful app.
This is happening too many times, l make an order then go to my cart to complete the process and the app crashes time after time. This needs to be fixed ASAP. what is the point of having this app if it does not allow you to finalize the order. Samsung note 3. My review - update. App reboots every time it is opened. App crashes without fail each time you tap any button in the cart review. AT LEAST YOU CAN SELECT TO HAVE THE APP TELL YOU IT HAS CRASHED IN ENGLISH OR SPANISH!
It time to re work the user interface. App crashes all the time, and leaks memory like water threw a screen door. The staff should q&a before you release software. It all summed up in one statement - " Lack on attention to detail."
Very frustrating to get your order ready then it won't allow to checkout. Very convenient but also hard to find what you are looking for with keywords. Needs a little more support to make it great.

Lots of errors and it seems to close a lot for no reason. Hasn't worked well in a while.
Flat out doesn't work well. Needs a thorough debugging. Surprised to see and experience such an awful and frustrating piece of software. It makes my business less efficient. Can't get it to finish a task and check out.
When I had this app on the iPhone it worked perfectly. On the android, when you start it it has to close and restart every time you run it. What's the deal? Fix it!
ThE APP works ok on my galaxy s3 phone running android 4.3 It does not work on my galaxy tab3 7.0 on android 4.2. The app crashes every single time when I search for an item, the click on it, rendering it uselese since I cant see items, the check inventory, and check out. Please if youre going to have an app work on frequent updates.
Search items are not passwords. Bring on Autocorrect and don't erase my search...searches are not working
App crashes as soon as i search catalog useless until this is fixed since the catalog is what this app is for.
App nice when works. Would be nice to have ability to see prices, whether or not item is obsolete, substitute items, and home branch availability on search result screen (opposed to having to click item to view additional info). Currently app bug does NOT allow willcall orders to be placed. Kicks you out to "sign in" screen and freezes on "authorizing" when selecting drop-down to pick branch for WC. Also, apparently as of last successful order I placed, branch is not receiving order in correct system for fulfillment...fyi.
