App crashes randomly, branch location doesn't work, delivery options cause app to freeze. This app is useless. For a corporation this size, a properly working app should be a top priority. Clearly it is not because this has never worked properly. Hire a new developer!
Still the worst app on my phone. Unbelievable.
This app is horrific...anytime I log in it freezes. The only time it works is at 11pm eastern time..when I'm at scp branch trying to put in order in or look something up is like pulling teeth..I spend 200k a summer and this is the kind of app we get one that crashes and freezes all the time. get you ish together pool Corp your app sucks.
Absolute worst app for a company this size in 2021. It is extremely SLOW, crashes often, and search is useless unless you know the manufacturer part numbers. Do better, try hard, this app is a joke!
May 19 update fixed issues with the old app but created 3x more. C'mon guys! This is a great tool to have but it seldom works properly!
12/21/18 I can't sign in to the application after the last updates. This has been an issue for approximately 2 months. Please fix this issue.
cant get past login as it just freezes up again. so disappointing this was a great app for my business
Cant find products via the shop button, no departments come up, they have been going to fix it for months now with no resolve
App crashes every time I try to open it. Never can use it.
Search is pretty much useless You can't search on a phrase or limit results to a category of product Search results can be a never ending scroll loop

I enter a part #, or manufacturer #, or the name & brand of what I need and it NEVER COMES UP! EVERYTHING BUT WHAT I NEED. NOT USER FRIENDLY.
Horrible would never use this app again not user friendly.

Looks better than original app. Crashes when looking at individual invoices and scrolling to the bottom. "Search home branch only" not narrowing down products. No P.O.# on invoice list. Categories are jumbled with no logical order. And most importantly there is no option to reinstall original app. I'm using the web interface in browser instead.
Very useful for looking up parts and equipment while poolside with a client. Sure beats making a phone call.
USELESS - can barely log in or look things up, but when you DO get lucky and find what you typed in, it FREEZES during the order process! A multi-million dollar national corporation can't even have a FAIR app… that's SaAadD. I spent $500k w\ you last year, get your s+it together!! It's costing you money giving us this experience too… if I need to order something on the fly on my phone I'm forced to go through my other pool wholesaler to place order with them instead… this isn't rocket science!!
