When this app works it's good. Unfortunately from time to time it just constantly crashes, like right now. Furthermore, using their services isn't free, yet when you download the app, you're still faced with ads, which they're willing to get rid of for you, if you pay yet another fee...
Yesterday I wrote an extremely provocative review. Part of it was due to fact that I thought my pool admin had already paid for the season and that despite that fact, I still had to pay to use the app. This was mistake on my part and I apologize. However, there are other practices used by PoolExpert that I am vehemently against but unfortunately I cannot go into all the details in under 500 characters. Overall the app works as intended but it's not fantastic. I believe this score is fairer.
This morning I was no longer able to open the app, it would open, and close right away. I tried uninstalling it and then reinstall but same result. Using on an Samsung s8 android with 9.0
You pay for a pool but they show you ads on the app... Ridiculous. Other than that, the app is slow and crashes once in a while.
Guys i am in a pool that was paid for and when signing in using the app it tells me i can only view free pools on the website. I didnt even know you offered free pools. Unusable. Disappointing.
It's pretty basic. Doesn't update fast enough and has a few bugs. Showing half my players are injured yet they are healthy. Needs some work for sure.
Draft with only 13 people and 11 rounds took over 4 hours, admin had to do most trades because buttons to make selections don't work for most. Lots of other problems. Buggy in the extreme
Changed to requiring payment to see pool that was already paid for. What's the point. I'll go online instead and uninstall.
the only positive of this app is the in-game points update, other than that it seems pretty much useless. the free agent lists are abysmal
Cannot add/drop, and the app gets very laggy at times.

It blocks me from getting connected with Facebook because of some "Invalid Key Hash" problem. I have no clue what this is, but I've just paid for a pool with mobile access and I expect to be able to login. Unusable app if I can't connect to my pool.
Always freezes when opening. Works about every other day.
App is now working pretty well after all the updates
App crashes 50% of the time and keep disappearing from home screen. If it wasn't for the crashes, I find it useful. Would be nice to see free agent players and have notification for messages and my players stats.
Quick support. Fixed the error within a day.
App icon kept disappeared itself from my home screen few times.
Until youbcan see who's playing tonoght and you can do some roster changes, this app is useless. Furthermore, the version of this app doesn't display user's picture avatar anymore. Really disappointed.
When I log in on my computer it's so much more functional. You can't organize your players though statistics like pool points or even break them up from forwards defence and goalies

Until the app gets updated to add everything the website does(an update they have been promising for the past 3 years) like changing your roster and looking at free agents you get 1 star...
Still missing features compared to the Web like checking out free agents & better player stats considering screen resolution have gotten better on phones now. Please update.
You should really ask for your money back from the programmer's of this app.
I really wish you could sort your players on the mobile app, at the moment they are sorted in order of when they were added to your pool. Doesn't really make sens when you only want to see your top10, it's not in order. I appreciate that the mobile version seems to be more up to date than the website, but still lacks basic functionality. Sometimes when you go in Match, it brings you to the games 2 days ago. Those are my only suggestions, I don't think it'll be too much to do. Thanks for all!
