Been using this app for 3 years... android definitely has more features and functions than iPhone version. iPhone version doesn't give links for chemistry adjustment help like android version does. I wish this could be fixed. As the trainer for my company, having the app work the same between iPhone and android would be helpful.
Been using this app for about 4 years, i can't tell you how helpful it has been for me. i can see what jobs my guys are on, when they leave, get my invoices out the same day thanks to the emails i receive after the jobs are completed. Everyone using it can access maps to each customer through this app, my customers know when we were on sight right away, and it's easy to use. They keep making improvements, & anytime i have ever had a question or struggled with anything response time is w in mins
Great app, no problems using it. However I would like it better if it would automatically show the previous weeks chem checks with what you are entering each day instead of having to go from window to window or downloading
Not very user friendly. Constantly crashes. Could use update on visual appearance
One of the worst pool apps ever!! The only thing consistent about this app is how often it stops!
Dont mean to give you a bad review. is there a way to use your app witbout the photos being saved directly to device storage? Using a large amount of storage rapidly. Hopefully if you respond to this. I will gladly change this rating.
It's a great app, the only reason for four stars, I just (two days ago) switched from iphone to android, the app on iphone looks so much cleaner and more professional. is there any way for you to refine the display a little on android?
It's a real help in managing cleaners and routes. It also helps in Quality Control.
Wont let me logout until it syncs.. and it never does. Fantastic.

Not working after the update
Had app for a few years now. We love it!
Still learning it but love it so far.
App is not working say can't reach server's
Photos never sync, customers never get the info I try to send them and forces me to work longer. I hate this app

I have been using PoolTrac and referring customers and professionals to PoolTrac for about 4 years now. They have made a lot of changes since we started and John has always made it clear if they make a change or we need a change let them know, wow do they jump right on the issue they want to be the best and I believe they are. It's a great program but we no longer need it but can't get ahold of anyone to cancel.
I love this app! Helps me help my dad run the business smooth! We can add and delete pools from routes in a snap.
The app crashes everytime I take a picture. On my Galaxy S20 it would be very glitchy. Now that I have the Galaxy S22 Ultra I can't even use the app. I haven't been able to use this for 3 weeks. My bosses think I'm lying and I could lose my job over this. I've tried every recommended fix from deleting and downloading again to changing camera setting and nothing works.
