Glad that i have chosen poorvika to purchase the gadgets i needed. Staff in the store is extremely helpful in selecting the right mobile based on my needs. They have got a wide range of varieties to choose from. Store manager has been really helpful in explaining the offers that exists in the store. Mh final verdict is that this will be the only go to store for me in the future for all my gadget purchases. To keep a big story short: economical, trust worthy and reliability.

I went to buy mobile phone, staff will push lot of accesories like powerbank memory card tempered glass bluetooth headset. If we denied to buy to that accesories the staff will be rude or may not concentrate on me. Why we are coming to poorvika? Because of the pricing. But ur pricing on accesories is too high compare with others. Then how could i buy from u.
The way they treated the customers is really excellent..They give a us a very detailed explanation about the product...The manager behaves very courteously..The product is really awesome..The product is very useful to me..I m really happy to use this product...
When i think about mobile i choose poorvika for purchasing new mobile...now also i take new model mobile vivo y17 at poorvika..they give much more offers for this mobile...they give power bank as a offer for this mobile....and also they introduce the cash back offer and contest offer...they give good service for every customers.....and they all are ecplain about every models with good comparison....it is very useful to find out the best model for us....their kind and polite manner is really good.
I bought OnePlus 7t 256 gb variant and I dint get any offer or any best deals from their side.... I was eager for buying the mobile but I felt really sad because no offers nor deals were given for 38k price... Really hate poorvika.. Please opt for online platforms or other stores for good offers..
I had a good experience with poorvika show room at kuvempunagara mysore. I haveone suggestion for porvika please allow customers to think about the phones available at showroom.i saw the airconditioner running with open door.i advised them to close the door to avoid more noice outside showroom,it is also better to understand the customers purpose of requirment mobile usage.i also suggest to keep a book to record the feed back from the visitors to record their experiances.and review it.
I am Purchased it was excellent mobile in budget price. Samsung A series all mobiles are good. Poorvika is right place for buying mobiles. I recommended poorvika.

Poorvika Mobile centers are gd in everything like communication skill n also gd speech about cell phones n customers are attracted by there words. The mobile conditions is also at a reasonable price and mobile conditions are gd n we are satisfied with the product I liked a lot.
Very poor and waste app.. No containing better phones.. Some mobiles only available.. Not good for buy anything in this app, and too more cost than compare to other apps
They thought is only sale the products to consumers.. There after purchasing, if we are went to poorvika showroom for any doubt or service they are giving worst customer service after sales... Comparing as poorvika, Samsung exclusive store, Chennai mobiles, universal store is most responsive and helpful services..

Little things make difference!! Yesterday I visited Poorvika Mobiles in jayangar 3rd block at Asha Arcade,when I entered I was little bit confused which brand of Mobile should I buy.. but the staff were so good,being polite,genuinely,caring and interested in helping and acknowledging. then I bought Samsung Galaxy A50.
