Popcornflix™-Great Movies Free

Free is always great, but... The library is rather limited, but that's not surprising. Plus some items in the library are region locked, not available up in Canada, which is extra frustrating. The really annoying thing is the lack of any kind of watchlist. Being able to save things for later is the whole point of having an account, in my opinion.

App barely works. i did see it work once. Don't waste your time installing it. It looks like it's going to work but keep getting "ad loading" message. I've used it on my Roku and it works great but installing either on my phone or tablet using the Chromecast just doesn't work. This app needs a lot of work. One last thing. In addition to things it makes my Chromecast unusable until you remove power to it and reconnect to reset it.

My suggestion is to find something else. I actually vote this a zero if I could. I understand there will be ads but this site takes it to the max. Not only that but I was going to go ahead and finish the one that I was watching when all of a sudden it just quit streaming. So more frustrating than the commercials and ads I guess is that you watch 3/4 of a movie and then all of a sudden it won't work. And I was stationary, no movement

Dear Developers, I love your app! You have quite a few movies and tv shows that Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Videos don't have, and I am a subscriber to all three of those streaming platforms. So as a fan of Popcornflix, I am begging you to please make an ad-free version of this app. I don't mind paying monthy or even a one-time fee if it means I can watch the movies without having to see a commercial every three minutes.

Even with an account, there's no playlist or watchlist function. No clear indication as to what will or will not play "in my country". In landscape mode, the search function completely disappears and renders the service barely usable. For accessibility reasons, I keep my tablet locked to landscape and I don't want this on my phone, so I guess that's that for now.

Used to work fine, but now it won't cast anymore. Uninstalled. Update: It won't play video at all only audio. Now it won't even play anything. Just keeps saying unable to playback. So this app is basically useless.It won't cast, you can't see anything, and now no audio. It won't even play on my Android. The content isn't that impressive anymore either. You can see these movies and shows on other services without aggravation. No one is even trying to fix this app. Uninstalled again. 4X

Great app, movies are what i am looking for. This app work very well for me and my device. Just the commercials are what i am not interested in. I just want to watch a movie without commercials. Maybe you can make it to where you have to watch a video commercial prior to getting to watch your movie. like a credit you have to do to get your movie to watch or stream? just an idea. Any, you will enjoy this app.

Ok. I'm 12 minutes in Every time I'm watching a movie..and the app closes. Black screen.. wth? Please fix. Other than that it's a great app to watch movies on.

Pathetic. Tried to watch part of a movie and had to go through Three sets of advertisements (each 1 to 3 ads) while only seeing less than 20 seconds of movie. At this rate I will see less than 20 seconds of movie per minute. Also, can't save your place to continue later. Don't waste your time with this one.

casting to a device does not work (can play ads just fine but never loads the actual selection) and app is not playing videos. unfortunate because there are lots of great titles and the app is easy to navigate. if you go direct to the website it works great but that is only useful to laptop/desktop users.

I like the fact that thier are lots of movies. But when I try to cast on to the tv even when my internet is working perfectly it freezes around the ads and will not continue. I have to keep closing the app and restarting it to get it to work. Please fix this and you will get a 5 star rating from me.

Don't touch your screen while using this app or you'll be watching another 7+ minutes of advertisements! Tried watching an hour and 37 minute movie. At 45 minutes of movie time I had watched over an hour if advertisements! Doesn't help if you're like me, and you have a lot of interruptions. I've never seen a greedier movie app. They must make billions off of advertisements.

I installed this application when ever I started a movie. I have little hard of hearing. There are no captions options available. With out captain I only able to watch it on high volume. Movies are very old. I gave it one star.

didnt finish watching even one movie. Ad (mechanism) is too annonying, increasing number of ads in like a short timeframe cant skip. omg although I found the movie interesting I dont have the patience to finish. also movie choices are meh. they either really old or international movies of little value to local people. like I searched for titanic and ted (both famous american movies) but didnt find them. quite disappointing

There are bunches of good movies and fairly interesting TV shows on this App, but what is keeping me from watching any further is the terrible difference in volume between the Ads and programs. The Ads come on BLARING (on all platforms) and I value my hearing and the hearing of those around me too much. If this can be fixed, I would be happy to reconsider downloading and watching in the future.

App doesn't work every decent movie I click on it doesn't work in my country except for the crappy movies lol fix you're movie app your selection is better then tubi but at least tubi works perfectly I'm in Canada I don't see why some movies work for me but others don't? And also the movies load very slow I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone until they are able fully open up there service to more country.... 1 🌟 for a decent selection but I would of given it 5 if it actually worked lol

Too many repeatative adds. If I have to stop a movie and finish it later, it won't save my place and I have to start the movie over. I can understand watching adds on free movie sites, but this one overdoes it BIGTIME and not in the best way.

why can't they be a commercial free app. They need a bigger selections of TV's and Movies. Every 5 to 10mins, they have from 15 to 40 seconds of ads. The movies play good, if only they would stop the ads. No commercials is why I look for ad free apps.

At first, it was fine, it was nice how I could not sign up and just be a guest. But it was incredible annoying how I couldn't even search up movies and TV shows, I had to sit there and scroll not even that much because there weren't even that many movies or shows! Don't waste your time.

Good collection, but needs work in terms of allowing the creation of a watchlist, to save preferred shows and movies. Needs filters/sorting in each category, by year of original release, sub-genre, Rotten Tomato rating etc.

I did read the poor reviews but I was still optimitic it would be great.NO such luck. It IS bad. NO picture....isn't that the whole point. Uninstalling as soon as I finish this post. HD Movies App. is better in every way. This one needs work.

The app it's self has a good assortment of videos. The problem I have with it is casting to my Vizio. It says play any video on this TV from your mobile app. I have no casting button coming up or anything showing a way to share it with the t.v.

works on youtube but app cant play movies (on my android tv box)..now I tried it on my phone and it kept saying that the movie wasn't available in my country (Canada). Tried a few different movies and same results. Turned on a vpn and hooked up to US and it works ) ..for how long, I shall see
