Not long found the site after been looking for a reliable place to buy Marvel pops for a long time then discovering they had an app to is so much easier, got my monthly subscription set up so sit back and wait for my pops to come plus have a great place to look for those special editions. only problem now is my wife wants me to start a Disney subscription for her π
TERRIBLE shipping and timing for delivery. I only order on a strict basis of a new exclusive from them. Do not order from here otherwise! You will receive countless emails and excuses about your order or item being delayed as they're only excuse ever. There will never be another reason for them, and they will not change this process
Ordered a pop pre sale. Couple of months later they asked me to update payment, so I did. They charged my card then nothing. I have emailed multiple times regarding and they responded, but did not follow up as they said they would. After almost a year, I canceled the item and bought somewhere else for a bit more. I should have bought from somewhere else from the get go. Horrible customer service. Horrible turn around time on pre orders. I will pay extra for exclusives elsewhere.
Maybe started good. But the pre-order wait is extremely long. Recommend using a third party and paying a bit more. Especially because you can choose a good condition. They have had bad packaging on some and if it's a pop out of stock, that's the end. Feels like the company is too big for its britches and can't keep up BUT also refuse to make changes to keep with demand. Rather take 1000 pre-orders knowing they can only fill 200 and then figure it out later. Can't recommend this company.
Terrible for pre orders. Been waiting nearly a year for one. Just order elsewhere. Edit: they also don't respond to emails.
Do not use this app. They do not use packing material to protect their shipments. I was offered a 40% refund but that's not the point, I am not the only one that has had this issue. A friend of mine who also uses the app had the same experience. Not risking ordering another one at full price and paying shipping. Because the only reason I ordered this one is it was buy two get one free plus shipping. Not worth the hastle, just go to your local stores.
The app doesn't even work. It's been broken for weeks, no touch responsiveness. Pressing buttons does nothing. Notifications never redirect to the page they reference. Bad app, bad customer service, bad delivery times. Been waiting over half a year on exclusives that were pre-ordered, yet the brand new The Batman exclusive I see a bunch of people already got. Don't take pre-orders if you can't guarantee the stock, I'd not be surprised if eventually my pre-orders get canceled, like Target does.
Pop in a box is a ok website/ app cons a while for your order to be delivered and maybe it's only me but my box was ripped and I was noy satisfied as they took no care of the order.
Honestly idk how they stay in business idk who's worst this guys or big apple collectibles, I have order a pop from here and it's been almost a year and still haven't received it, and from BAC I order a year ago and still no sings from it very disappointed I wish I could get my $ back instead of store credit
The app itself is great and a good quick way of browsing and buying new funkos, downside is it takes ages for them to arrive (I live in UK)
Must have app for funko collectors, many unique funkos for sale. Have found awesome funkos I never even knew about at good prices.
MY MONEY WAS STOLEN FROM THIS COMPANY! I quit ordering from them months ago because they would charged me twice and then never send the pop. Now 8 months later, I have an unauthorized charge on my debit card from them! I had even deleted my app, so no order was made! Now, after back and forth for almost 72 hours, they say sorry, this could take another 24-72 hours to figure out??? WHAT??? They might send you one or two like they are supposed to, but TAKE OFF YOUR CARD!! BE SAFE!!
Don't subscribe to their monthly box! I paid for 3 and received 2. They refuse to replace the missing pop because you can't tell them exactly what's missing from the box. Being as it's random selections choosen by them, I have no clue what the exact pop was. They actually want you to hand sign a form saying you will cooperate with police. Over one pop, really? I did sign, scan, and send the form back and they still refused to replace. Customer service is garbage! Former happy customer.
At first I found this was a great service when I subscribed to the random Harry Potter Pops which included a new one each month and a guarantee of no doubles. Then when I ordered a specific Pop last year, I waited months with no response. Then I contacted the company and was told it was a case of lack in stock and I should have it soon. Then a few months later I contacted them again inly to her told pretty much the same, felt like they were trying to paid on the blame to the suppliers.
They take forever to do ship anything. Quick to take money but wait and wait for products. Why put them for sale ONCE you have them. Sounds like a cash flow issue with the company. Also, they don't honor there prices online. They just cancel orders and raise prices if items are selling too quick.
I ordered fun time foxy on May 9 2021 I have contacted them multiple times and was told that they would handle it πIt's almost been a year and still NOTHING...I JUST DON'T SEE HOW A BUISNESS CAN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT FOLLOW THROUGH IT'S PATHETIC AND WHAT'S WORSE IS THAT MY DAUGHTER DROVE ME NUTS ON A DAILY BASIS ON WHEN HER ORDER WOULD ARRIVE. I have taken it as a loss and will NEVER RETURN!!!!
I love PIAB. I love getting my pops in a great condition. Always undamaged and nicely packaged. I just wish they would let you know what Pop is being shipped. Also, I would to be told and updated when a Pop I want is out of stock though I preordered it. So that I am in the know.
Pre-orders with this app is a joke. I had two Pops Pre-Ordered & due to arrive by October 2020. They were still on Pre-Order till April 2021. Plus everything is ALWAYS sold out, the app/website is NEVER updated. If something is sold out, take it down. Don't waste your time on here, just use Amazon or eBay.
I only just started using the app and I'm really happy with it. Before I had to use amazon to get them which I have now realised are extremely overpriced since you can get a pop on here for Β£12 while on amazon its Β£28 which is annoying. I have only had one problem with the app though I went to purchase these two pops I wanted one of them was sold out so I thought okay I can wait a bit longer for it but the other said it was vaulted when it wasn't on amazon. But in the end it's great for pops
An ok start for the app but by no means perfect. There is a problem when paying through PayPal. Also I would recommend a redesign of the 'My Collection' page to make it easier to scroll through what you have. Maybe a grid view so you can seen multiple Pops on the screen/page rather than only one.
Great customer service, however, you can be waiting months for items you have ordered. I brought some funko pops back in August 2021 and I have still not received them.
App isn't great, service is even worse. Placed a pre-order, expecting to receive item when released, it's now four months since item was released and still no order received. Cancelled order after picking it up in my local supermarket for a lower price. Terrible service from what is meant to be a specialist shop. Ended up cancelling on website because App kept crashing.
Order 4 preorder items in august 2021 for comin out in October same year were now end of march 2022 still not got them , waste of time just buy them from amazon or in shop
I ordered some pops back in September 2021 and they're order status has never changed from processing. I've contacted support and all they tell me is to wait and not give me any details on what's going on with my order.
Wonderful variety of pops but your lucky to get the Pop you want within a year of ordering it. Good luck to any of you trying to get a Pop from them.
Great with flaws. A lot of time when there is things like up to 40% off, I'll be on like 1 thing that nobody wants. I've been collecting the pops for a few month now and the collection tracker on the app hasn't worked at all for me during that time so I can see what I've marked as what I want and what I don't for my sub box. Overall happy with the quality and shipping but some work needed or this would of been 5 stars
Honestly so far all the pops I've gotten from here always have a extra box covering per pop so it's great. As well as having some of the best symbiote pops!!!
Great idea, terrible execution. This app has great potential, but the database on the backend fails it every time. The app doesn't seem to store any of the pop information locally, meaning every time you want to add a pop to your collection it has to download all the information from a database on a server somewhere, this would be fine if the server/database/webservice was setup to support the number of users/connections, but it is obviously not.
Great unique pops always delivered with care. have gotten some really neat ones from the subscription as well. π
I have a 2 pop monthly subscription and several pops have shown up damaged. This last month I received the Mr. Burns glow chase pop (one I was excited about!) That was totally damaged! I requested a replacement and they said they will but won't guarantee a chase. So I lost out on a $70 hit. The "customer service" is a joke... not helpful at all! After a year and several opportunities... I canceled my subscription and they couldn't have cared less. Save your time and money.
