POPLOOK - The Modest Fashion Label

The app quite easy to use. I like it. But there are some features that annoy me, especially when i view an item. And then i want view the same item on different colours. Say 5 colours. I need to press back button 5 times to go back to home to view my selection. Kinda annoying really. One more thing, I cant edit my shopping cart, sometimes i mistakenly clicked one item more than once into the cart. This very annoying. I love to shop here. Hope you can improve on this features. Amazing! The app itself has some room for improvement in small areas, but still a decent app. The produce is excellent! Good quality material, perfect fit, product as described. The videos of models wearing the garment helped a lot in the shopping process. Super fast shipping. Thank you

Registered successfully but not even stored in the details in database! Now i cannot even login anymore using my email address. Account has been verified the first time upon registration already! What's worse, i tried to click on forget password and it prompted me that account does not exist. When re-registering, prompted me that account existed. What. Is. This. Update: Poplook team was very prompt to solving this issue. Kudos to the team.

Hi, I personally love shopping at poplook. But the interface is not smooth and sometimes gave me unpleasant shopping experience. Really hope poplook can look this through, as I would love to come back again and again for the products :)

I just updated the latest version of this apps and it really makes me dissapointed as i cannot load any images in the apps. It keeps stated "there are no products in this category" whenever i browse to any category and my phone becomes hang when i browse into this apps. I've tried clear all cache, uninstall and reinstall the apps, also restart my phone but the results is still negative. Pls fixed this problem or else i'll forever uninstall this apps.

USELESS. Initially says account does not exist but alrd received successful sign up email. changed the page currency back to Malaysia ringgit then can log in. but still unable to check out the items as it doesnt allow me to ship to SG. was really looking forward to buying the swimsuit with shipping to Singapore but ended up very disappointed. same for website and app.

Could not sign up therefore you can't purchase anything. When you sign up and log in, it says this account does not exist. When you add things to your cart, they disappear within minutes. Both app and website are useless. Please do something about it.

The app works fine, have everything in my cart... until checkout. It just won't check out after selecting the bank of preference. This happened before and after update. Not sure why, I am using Android.

Cannot add to wishlist - app crashes and have to reopen and start my search from the top again. Pls incl more options under the filter tab instead of just filter by sizes - some items might not be of similar size in design and cut.

The app is okay but everytime i click on an item and i click on another option, i always have to go back many times until i reach the initial page. Its kinda troublesome. Pls make it more friendly.

I am truly disappointed with POPLOOK services. How can you make the refund process difficult and hard for your customer? In the return form, POPLOOK stated that the refunded items will be refunded in store credit codes. Pandemic-wise, why couldn't you give an option to be refunded in our bank account?! The parcel also didn't come together with the return label, like ZALORA. Somehow I have to print the return form myself and fill it. I am just letting you know that I am not a repeating customer

Bad app! I hv added to cart more than 10 items but when I clicked on cart top right, all gone!!!! Showing the last item I picked only. I hate it so much. Better you solve this fast.

Annoying. Address won't save on app. Tried on website, item in cart keep on missing and then become extra quantity. Spent 1 hour on this trying to check out. Give up.

Im not sure since when or what happen to this app, i try to check out but i need to log in first and it is not working... I tried many time till it annoys me a lot! Already uninstall and install back but still the same. I just go to the website then.

Works fine until i logged in to purchase then everything went wrong. Kept on loading even when the pictures are there and I am unable to browse. Total turn off

The updated app does not allow me to click on categories. After i click, the app closes by itself. The header states " Testing"

Pls improve you apps.crashing all the time.Whenever I filter for example,filter for size L for clothing,if i in the middle of using other apps,it will go back to home.I have to filter again.

Had the app updated recently, and whenever I tried to apply filter, the app will close. Never had this problem before. -

While checking out, this app asks for address. While entering the details the State option is freezed and does not you choose the state. Hence cannot proceed ahead.

Easy and straight forward. But additional filter will be very helpful i.e category top or pants or skirt instead of just color n size

The app doesn't work after the update.uninstalling n reinstalling doesn't work either. It works fine before the recent update.pls fix.

I have trouble to even click. It kept prompt me "no internet" when I'm connected to internet & I can do other stuffs online. Before the update, there's no issue. Please fix ya. Thank you.

Can u please fix your apps? After updating a new one, it keep on saying 'please connect to the internet' 'No product in this category' What is exactly happening? Ergh.

So disappointed. I ada buat aduan nak exchange items and asking some question through customer service by ''send us a message'' on poplook website but until now your company tak respon aduan yang i buat. And now I don't think so I boleh tukar barang yang I beli. Sangat-sangat kecewa.

Easy check out but the apps seems too heavy. It took too long to load especially with low internet signal.

I like it overall only when it load more clothes, it keeps going back to the top n you hv to keep going down, I tot initially it's due I'm using iOs but now just change to new android phone its the same thing
