I began playing poptropica on my PC and wanted to begin playing on the same account on mobile. I downloaded the app only to find out that there isnt even a "LOG IN" option, only a "CREATE ACCOUNT" option??? And once you DO make a new account, you cant customize your character accordingly OR choose your own name; on top of that there's only six (6) islands, i don't even think they're the same as the ones on PC. I really wish the mobile version was like the PC one but other than that its great :))
Its a good game! It better than nothing. I also have a question, why did poptropica change islands? It now has to have a membership to do all the items . Thats just not fair. What if people can't afford the membership, but really likes all the islands from the OG poptropica. Not trying to be rude of anything. Im not saying I can't afford it, it's just that maybe some people can't and want to have all the islands on the OG poptropica. Developers Please from the bottom of my heart please read this
I feel like everyone knows that games get worse as they age, the newest version is usualy always the best..I recently logged into my 2019 account that was completley untouched seince then and everything is completley changed- the fashion store or whatever you want to call it is completley diffrent.. not going to play this game again but it was fun while it lasted I guess?
Guys, stop thinking this is classic Poptropica! It is not! It is a Pearson product for young ELL kids to learn to read and speak english! It just uses Poptropica graphics! Of course you wouldn't like it! It is not intended for a normal audience, just ELL kids! Classic Poptropica is still on the app store. And you can also download it from Flashpoint, google the old island directory for instructions.
A good app, but I wish the real Poptropica was still on the app store. My only complaint is the Menu Box doesn't show up so I can't access the items in the items bag. (In the top right corner.) Please fix this or let me know how to fix it.
No, this isn't the real Poptropica there are voices to the different people and the game keeps glitching It can get REALLY REALLY ANNOYING I get into the game and all if a sudden in the middle of a puzzle or something IT CRASHES AND DOESN'T SAVE.
Some of these people don't see how dumb they are. 1. This is not the Poptropica app, if you search Poptropica the actual app is literally the first option. 2. Don't expect something amazing from an ELL game. 3. Stop complaining about not being able to customize your avatar, we got 6 new islands, that matters more.
Went back because of nostalgia and, this game changed a lot. I really wanted to replay the games I didn't when I was a dumb and, they're all gone! The games they have now are all terrible and unfun. Maybe it's just that I'm not a dumb anymore.
when i wanna download a world it keeps saying that there is no connection when i frickin have connection to the wifi and most games say I don't when i ACTUALLY DON'T but this game is stupid, and i don't like when you make your own avatar you get two things to change and i just want it to be like i can change my hair, boom but they have to randomize it.
The first I downloaded the game, I deleted it. Just because poptrolica wasnt compatible with my device, they gave me this trash one. This isnt poptropica where it was fun and free, this is just a trash ripoff. Instead go to their site and download it there, or play it on cool math; to play the REAL poptropica -⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Noooooo they ruined it this was my favourite game I would always play it with my siblings and now it turned educational. why did they do this it was perfect they way it was! They took out all my favourite levels and now it's so boring😔
They changed the game completely, it's not even that fun anymore. I mean it's made well sure but it's just feels like a cheap knock off. I'm sorry but this game was a foundation of my childhood and I just wanted to relieve that fun I had guess not lol.
its a super fun game it may not be like the real poptopica but its still super fun the only problem for me is that the voices dont change theres only two diffrent voices and it can get a little boring but overall its a fun game!
I played this on my computer,it was better then this version,it wouldn't let me customize, i had to do all random,i like the online version better,1 star for the app,2 star for the wepsite
I like the game, but it freezes up a lot, and it can become highly annoying. The game can be really fun if it wasn't for the glitches. Please fix it.
uh, is this even the orignal poptropica? i havent played the game in years and i feel like this isnt the game, i know there wasnt voices in the game unless they changed it. which is alot they changed. and the voices sound like chaarcters from peppa pig. if this is the poptropica, what happened to all the places i liked going to? like i said, i dont even know if this is the orginal poptropica, it feels weird with voices.
Awful reenaptation of poptropica. If i remember correctly, in the first episode you could actually change the speed of the statements.
It's waste of time because when we need to download the Island it always comes that (no network connection) even though the network is on. I would never prefer this game to anyone!😠😡
I give this 2 stars because it lags, and its not the poptropica on coolmathgames look it up if you dont know the website but the coolmathgames poptropica is way better because it has more worlds no lag depending on the device and it is just perfect unlike this app!
I decided to get this app back after a few years just for memories and thinking it would be the same as it used to...I not really up for this new update, I like the old poptropica better.
They ruiend the game when they changed it. It used to be my favourite game and now everything changes and it just feels like a waste of time.
What gives I played a lot of Poptropica games before I played all games but this one it says I need internet connection when I am connected to my own internet I sadly can't give it 5 stars if it acts like I'm not connected to internet when I am.
It kept saying that I needed to be connected to the internet to download rhe required update for the islands, and I was very clearly connected to my wifi.
I thought poptropica was a fun, relaxing game for all ages? This is the worst game i've ever tried to play.
before summer vaction i played this game and it didn't have the voices and i don't like the voices in this game and this one is different you can't pick you also like i said the voice actors and there are less islands and you have update the game to get them.
Seriously I was trying to get the character and name that I wanted it didn't work so I chose a random one and now I'm trying to correct mistakes but I keep on missing some mistakes I said I was a specific age but I'm one year away from it I done that because I'm nearly that age I don't think that I'm good at correcting or the person who made the game is.
I used to play this game with my nephew when I was 7 I am 11 now and this is nothing like the poptropica I used to know where are the other islands and stuff this is a one star they change stuff that dont need to be changed and yeah thats a no I dont recommend installing this to anyone
When I opened the app, I was devastated to find that it was completely different. I couldn't even customize my own character. When I started collecting items, I didn't even know where to find them because there was no main menu. Overall, they should really update to the old version because this new update is really weird.
