Port of Subs Ordering 1.0

Incredibly frustrating application. Cannot reorder anything. The icon just keeps spinning and app locks up. Cannot save your order as a favorite because it doesn't recognize the order details and thinks there's nothing in your items list despite a complete order with sandwiches, chips, and drinks selected. What's the point of having the app when you cannot reorder anything and have to type it in over and over again. L

App doesn't work. Made an order and hit Buy Now. Nothing happened. Tried again, twice, same behavior. Can't find any way to actually place an order. Also hard to use. For example, the menu offers all the subs, but labels them only by number. Who remembers what Classic Sub #14 contains!? Web site ordering is much better, and actually results in you getting food. The app is useless. You can do better....

Apart from the very occasional glitch this is a fantastic app, it runs smoothly and any problems can be worked through with fairly common sense easily. Having your favorite orders saved is amazing and makes things really quick and easy.I honestly don't know if the points work or do anything we never use them but they're an interesting feature as well ☺️

Great sandwich ordering experience. Wish you could edit items in cart instead of deleting the item and redoing the sandwich. Please more custom ingredients, such as light normal and extra for sandwich toppings. Easy app to order and pay otherwise

I placed my order using your app. My order took 26 minutes until I was able to receive it. All orders of customers who walked in after my order was placed received their orders first. Also, the app does not show you what is in each classic sub. I had to visit your website to figure out what is in each sub. This was my 1st order and also my last. The manager of store #227 needs training in filling orders in the order in which they were received.

I have yet to be able to re-order a recent order. It always says choose bread, without providing an option or ability.

I only ordered once so far from the app and all went smoothly, easy to navigate, easy to pay and the food was ready when I arrived a few minute early from when it was suppose to be ready. Food was delicious

This app seriously makes my life so much easier I can't even begin to tell you there are a million things in this world that complicate my life and frustrate the hell out of me and I can say that this app is not one of them I literally save my sandwich to my favorites and then one to two clicks I can literally order it drive up and pick it up this app is a blessing truly

Very difficult to edit orders you end up having to start from the beginning. One of the worst restaurant apps out there.

Terrible app. When you try to enter a certain time you want to pick up your order it goes to a blank black screen. You have no way to enter a time.

Broken app. Loses items from cart randomly. I created an account and at checkout it told me my registration was invalid. I tried to email support and the blocked my emails as invalid. This app is a textbook defintion of failure

this appears to be a JavaScript hybrid app, but it is not really made well for a touch interface. I'd recommend just using the website, works great there. maybe in the future this will work fine

App sends out a notification discount offer, you click on it and nothing shows up in the app. Bait and switch!

Many problems with app. When i try to place an order ahead the calander and time are black. And i have try before to place an order and it wouldnt accept my payment.

Ridiculous.. Can't register. No idea why. Just an endless loop. That was a waste of time. And the only way to enter your birthday is to manually go back month by month til I get to the year I was born? Omg. I'm 51. That's 612+ clicks. Jeez

Even with the new update the app isn't user friendly. Still tons of bugs they need to fix. Stopped going because it's such a hassle to order food.

A very weak site. For one, you cannot enter your favorite store number. No matter which store number you put onto your account, it just keeps saying invalid code.

Port of Subs employees do not pay attention to order specifications, and always get the order wrong, or forget to ensure ALL items are present in the bag... Do not use this app, do not purchase from Port of Subs... They just do not care about customer service...

Get rid of the numbers!!! Put brief description for crying out loud!! I shouldn't have to open each one to see the sandwich content. No the pictures don't help.

Doesn't appear to work with Android 12, crashed when selecting "order now" on my old pixel 3. Purchased a pixel 6 and same issue a few weeks later.

Works well. I wish there was a "light" option when selecting toppings. Like "light" onions and such.

This app is waaaay better since the update. The only thing I'd really still like to see is an option for go light/reg/heavy on the toppings

Needs options to add things like make it wet. Drink options are very small on app there's way more options than that.

I Love the manager here and her family oriented staff. I have always had great customer service and friendly, family atmosphere!

Word of caution any special requests need to be put in at the beginning of the order rather than the end unlike every other ordering system out there.

Always fresh bread, delicious meat and cheese, and the perfect complement of condiments.

I wish I could ask for a little mayo and extra shakers and get the same results in store as pre ordered , I'm way to busy to wait for the line. It saddens me cause I love this shop more than all the others.

Always been great when you have points to spent! Great food for a good price 😊
