Portable Scanner

Used to be a good app, but hasn't been updated since 2011 and has no new features. I have been using this app for about 5 years and thought it was great. Just updated my phone to a Galaxy S7 and this app doesn't really work with my phone. So after doing a bit of searching, I am switching to another scanning app that is moving with the times.

Powerful, convenient, easy to use great features such as multipage pdf and default email recipient. Excellent value, a must for the student or anyone when a big scanner is not available. Hope the developers come out with an OCR optical character recognition version or upgrade.

Everything has the company name on it... Emails you send from it, the directory it saves in and I can't find a way to change it. It's as paid app, so the extra self promotion is annoying.

I bought this app to remove the silkenmermaid coverpage from my scans. Coverpage is still there. Despicable..

This app works great. The only reason it has a 4 star rating, is it stopped working for awhile, but is working again.

Works ok. NEEDS CROP TOOL. Guys, get camscanner. It's free and has all the features that this one needs. Way better

this just a Camera that Saves m Pdf. There are NO special features relating to Scanning. If you can't fit it in the view finder you can't Scan into one pdf. You might as well take a pic and share Via email. That way you also don't get their branding /advertising over it.

3 resolutions. No flash control. Final image is cropped compared to preview. Pic quality better than preview. #win

But by no means perfect! Difficult to get the camera to focus close up. Yet I know this phone camera can, because the barcode scanning app focuses perfectly.

This is the best business related app I have on my phone. It makes easy work of scanning docs/recipts, converting(pdf), and emailing them superfast!! Update: I have been using this app for almost 8 years and still love it. My go to app for scanning documents on the go. Simple and easy to operate. :)

Great for on the go and emergencies that call for copies of documents or receipts.

I travel quite a bit and lose receipts. This is great at helping me stay organized.

Is there anyway I can get a refund/credit for this app? I'm not getting a clear picture 4 any scans.mayne suggest an alt.samaung vibrant galaxy S

Nice job. Scans an 8.5 x 11 sheet very well. DOES NOT TRIM as CamScanner does. Could manage image much better!!

I tried other scanners, and this is great!!! I love the fact that when done, I can upload the scanned items to dropbox!!! Thank you for an awesome APP
