I use it almost everyday ànd about 4 times a day it works fine most of the time sometimes it's a little bit slower than other times

On later versions of Android, 8.0 and later per the app, you can't run wifi hotspot through a third party app. In that case all this does is take you to the wifi hotspot settings in Android.
