What a waste of time, money and opportunity. 90 percent of the features that were promised in the payment plan did not work. Even basic features that were supposed to work on non-rooted phone also did not work. Customer service is pathetic with fixed replies. I had used some other services before this, and hoped this will be better (fooled by their lying marketing tactics) but this one is the worst I've witnessed. Save your money and research extensively on other products.
U cant c both sides of the conversation just what is coming in not goong out too its b.s im paying for this either way and i cant c what my kid is sending only the incoming texts i can c not happy i will not purchase ever again it will be canceled. I got this app specifically to read ALL TEXT MESSAGES INCOMING AND OUTGOING PLUS LIVE LISTENING BUT NO IRS A LIE UCAN C SOME THINGS BUT NOT WORTH THE MONEY ONE BUT I RECCOMMEND U GO ELSEWHERE. Worst subscription service I've ever been raped for. Outrageous, usually didn't work and had hardly any features available.
After my daughter ran away, this app really helped me keep an eye on the truly important things in life...
Waste of my hard earned money. Absolute scam and customer service is non-existent and when they do reply it is always a pointless answer that has nothing to do with the question.

Downloaded app today after spending $220 on its product just to have an icon on my phone... it hasn't worked once

Unfortunately, I do not advise anyone to subscribe to it. Most of the features that they confirm do not work. I subscribed to the highest package and took the highest package for technical support, which did not help me to operate the many broken features, but unfortunately I was disappointed in the program .. They only took the money and did not take the corresponding service.
