Terrible experience It worked fine for a day, now it won't allow me to login at all even with biometrics. Just a notification page to turn on push notifications every single time it tries loading in.

Please change the background from white to a darker color. It sucks to use this app in the dark because of this white background. Please add dark mode, would've been nice during the latest power outage.

Useless. I'm sitting in the dark and unable to open the app. Says it needs update, so I do that and it still won't open! I try to look up pge outage in Google and it takes me to my app that won't open! Poker fix it

I have had no issues with this app. I use biometrics to open the app, so maybe thats why I have never had password issues. I always hated calling PGE to pay my bill, automated calling systems just frustrate me to no end. This app makes paying my bill so easy, also super easy to make an extension and its nice to see my current usage anytime. No reason for me to not rate this app 5 stars.

Has settings for notifications that just don't work. They either don't take or clear once you leave the page. Info takes forever to load. You're better off with the website.

This app is useless. Had my fingerprint saved to login and it has basically let me know that the records don't match and locked me out of my account. The idea of this app is to pay your bill so you don't have to wait to talk to someone over the phone and don't have to deal with customer service.

I like it. Easy to use; does the essentials - particularly to report an outage and to get outage updates. Finer-grained data, and data for more than a year would be nice. But then, more is always nice.

Doesn't work at all. When I tried to register I got a message saying no account with that number. How do I sign up when both sign in and register are to log in? Useless app. Were in the middle of an ice storm that could leave us without power for weeks in a town few have ever heard of (including those in nearby towns) and I can't get an update or estimated time of when I'll get the power back on. Even both of PGE's phone numbers don't have an estimate.

I attempted to pay my bill several times using the app, each time it did not work. I triple checked my card information, even called my bank to verify my card was active, then tried again. Nothing. So I went to the PGE website and I to pay it first try no problem. Took 30 seconds. The app is trash. It offers nothing the website doesn't offer already, and the website actually works.

This actually a very nice app. Most apps like this are just browsers for their website but this has about everything you could ask for. Weekly energy usage notifications, graphs, nearby outages, plus all the website features

Its been virtually impossible for me to log in and pay my bill with the app OR the website. I always have to use the "pay as guest" feature. I have had the same email acct for like 15 years and rvetytime i try to log in, I get told my email is invalid. Then I try using my phone # and get told that too is invalid. I needed yo diwnload a copy of a bill for an identity verification and apparently that's impossible so im here to officially say your website sucks as does your app! Please fix it!

The app needs to let you logged in. User shouldn't be promoted to type the password Everytime. The back button during navigation closed the app, that needs to be fixed. Daily usage and estimated bill data should be available to see as well.

Every time I attempt to sign in, the app requires me to change my password. After entering in a new password, I get a technical service error, thus preventing me from changing my password or signing in. App just doesn't work whatsoever.

App crashes every single time I try to select the option to pick a payment date. No point in having the app if I still have to log in online to set up my payment anyway. Fix it!

Impossible and user unfriendly. Update: Tried again and I'm done changing my password over and over again. Perhaps this app just doesn't work with Android? Regardless, I've uninstalled and I'm just going to pay through the website.

So far the bill pay option is super easy as well as being notified when your bill has gone over a specified dollar amount you set yourself....haven't tried any other features..

It's been easy to use and wonderful to see what's going on with our outages however in this case because of the snow it's been horrible so there's no actual date they are coming back on so that's been kind of annoying it's been about 3 or 4 days it is a good app though
