Needs work. I can't ever watch the interviews or highlight video clips. It used to work the majority of the time but since the last update it will not play any of the videos. The live radio feature will shut down the app from time to time. Developer needs to go through this so and fix the bugs. Update! It's been awhile now and still will not play any videos in the app. Dropping one star from 3 to 2 due to lack of bug fixes. Update. Dropped it to one star. Videos will still not load. Note 10+

Season tix holder. Works for tix, and a few features, but not much else. Try to watch a video, and it shows you endless minutes of ads, and no highlights from the notification. Almost worthless except for the requirement of using it for tix to the game. It does work well for that 1 purpose. Use it for highlights, try literally anything else.

I just purchased 4 tickets to an upcoming game and found out I needed to download the app in order to view the tickets. So, I download the app and it doesn't recognize my email address or account number/password. When I tap the Forgot Password link, I can enter my email address and it says it emails me, but I have yet to receive anything. It would be EXTREMELY helpful if the way to access your tickets actually worked. I hope whoever is in charge of managing this app gets it figured out quickly.

This app continues to fail to open videos and such. And with no actual link to the pod casts it reports on when a new one drops. I am frustrated that I cant watch any new videos that are posted. Please fix this issue. Or provide updates that will fix this issue. Thank you. Otherwise the app is kewl, and when fixed happy to change to 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The app is horrible. It is the 9th of April, and it is still showing the upcoming game as 4/3. The response fromsupport is horrible . it is suppose to have real time scores, the widget does not. If I could give 0 or - stars I would.

I have season tickets and repeatedly this app has told me that I have not purchased any tickets. The app stops often and kicks me out. Even after the latest update it still doesn't work. We're encouraged to use electronic tickets to enter the game but the app can't be counted on to work to use electronic tickets.

This app was working perfectly until I attended the Blazer game opener 2021 and try to open up and login it won't let me. It keeps saying, your internet connection seems to be offline. I am not offline and I am on Wi-Fi and cellular service and wherever I go it seems to not be working. I don't want to attend the game and not being able to get in the game.

Since I first began using the app to follow play by play during games , ( this is the only reason that I use it) I cannot understand what the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th quarters and O.T. symbols are used for. I would expect that pushing 3rd quarter would take me to the 3rd quarter play by play. It doesn't! It takes me to the start of the game! I then must scroll all the way to the 3rd to get to live action. This has happened as long as I've been using it. Can you please fix it for android. Thanks, Les

The app is useful but is also a battery vampire. If I launch the app and close it, it will continue to use battery unless I force quit from the application management screen. It gets annoying when I forget and it eats up half my battery.

Outstanding app, always up to date with the latest highlights. Provides more in depth information and videos than the nba app does. The highlight reels are clear and high quality images. The perfect app for any Trailblazer fan.

I have had nothing but trouble with this app. As a Season Ticket Holder this app lacks seriously. You need a ticketmaster ID as well. So i made one now i cant access my tickets. so transfering, selling, or donating tickets is now not possible. Not to mention that videos do not play, and overall this app is not well maintained. It is not preforming the tasks i need to do. So it is useless in my opinion. I wish they would just print the tickets instead of trying to make everything done on an app

overall the app does what I want. it gives me access to my tickets, has some media, it closes quite a bit unexpectedly. I can list my tickets for sale easily but the fees are so high they rarely sell unless it is a big game. Can send tickets to friends easily.

I can never log into to ticket master via the blazers app to access season tickets. It always says that I am offline. As of now, I cannot log in at all to transfer tickets l, which is a big problem for upcoming games that I have sold. Please fix this issue asap!!!!

Great app, but I cannot create notifications/calendar reminders for specific games. Please add a feature that allows me to receive reminders of games that fit my schedule.

Just installed two days ago. Sometimes it will let me sign in, other times not. If this were just a fan app to check scores and stats, it wouldn't matter. But many people have invested hundreds of dollars in tickets which can only be accessed by this app. Someone needs to get this right, quickly, before the game tonight. Unacceptable.

The app is required and useless. I bought tickets to a Blazers game and there is no clear way to use said tickets without using the terrible app. It inexplicably requires access to local files, so its likely just adware designed to get some of your personal data on top of the hundred you pay for your ticket. You also need to make an account to use it, which is just the cherry on top of this feces cake.

When looking at my tickets in this app it doesn't show the amount I listed them on resale. Also the zero doesn't show sometimes. I preferred last years app where I could list Center court and close to restrooms. Since the Trailblazers app from the playstore, lacks vital information, I usually login to online "My Account Manager" which is total different than the Trailblazers app offered from Google playstore and Apple. My season ticket rep has no idea why their not the same.

Total garbage app. Refuses to log in even though I can log into the website just fine and has already crashed twice in less than 10 minutes. And required to use my tickets? C'mon!

Bad time trying to use to order food to our seats at halftime in the lexus level. The ap Never confirmed order, it instead kicked us back out to the order screen. Tried again 4x, you can tell where this is going... Never got our food, but you can be sure we were charged 4x to our card!

Worst experience I have had with an app. The printed instructions that came with my seat would not work. Went to the concierge and they tried to make it work, but could not. Zero regard for the customer. Poor concept. Horrible execution.

Just installed to access game tickets. very frustrating that the app does not work. if i can no longer print them and i cannot get them here, i think i have to go to box office. That's a waste of my time.

This used to work well until recently. Now when I open it all I get is the Trailblazer logo. Restarted the phone nothing. Uninstalled it and reinstalled it nothing. The app is Frozen at the Trailblazer logo. Now it is beyond useless.

How do I get it to register that I am, in fact, listening locally? Been using the app on different phones for 5 years and it always messes up. Any tips would be great?

this is a very good site to get highlights and other info including stats. just moved back to Oregon and Motel doesnt have NBCSports NW so this has been a good site to get extra coverage Eugene is a great town but their news stations do a poor job covering the Blazers.
