About a year ago the app just randomly quit working everytime I would sign in it would say error. All my pictures were lost and no it doesnt even bring up the sign in page. This app is garbage! & I would give 0 starts if I could. I used to love it so it's so sad this had to change.

This app used to be good, but now the app is not working. Constantly spinning. All of my pictures are lost. My profile is blank as if it was deleted. We had been going to this company at least once year for the past six to eight years. I am surprised this app is still available. The company went out of business and it looks like the pictures are gone too. I received no warning. Is there any way to recover pictures that were on the app of my past sessions? I am very disappointed.

Well apparently the app is discontinued as of last spring and the only way you can view your photos online is if you purchase a package higher than 6 poses or more, otherwise once you leave the studio all your photos are deleted. So after several emails with customer support the IT department was able to recover my photos and I was able to go back and upgrade my package and I can now view my session online. Money Scheme?? probably, but they can't make money if your able to share ur pics 4 free 🤷

I haven't been able to login to see my pictures. And it never send me the code. I've tried multiple times. I had access at one point but I dont know what happened. AND when you call the number it has a message but then hangs up on you every time.

Can't even login to the app. Preferred the studio sending the link to your email for viewing and sharing. I am all for trying new things for business, but if it doesn't work then you need to bring back the original option.

I am very disappointed in this app...I have been trying for 5 days to look at my pictures from my most recent session...I wanted to show my mom all the pictures of her grandkids and great granddaughter but this crappy app will not show my recent visit.WHAT is the point if the app does not work..I liked it better when they emailed you the pictures. How do we get to see these pictures now? Someone needs to fix this ASAP....EMAIL ME MY PICTURES IF YOU HAVE TO!!!!

horrible. I am trying to view the albums that I purchased during f my session. they dont have an app for the iPhone and the app for the Samsung does not work at all. I ha e been trying for an hour to register and sign in and it won't let me... disappointed is an understatement...

This app does not work. It has lost all my pictures. And the actual website does not work. And the office nevers answers a phone. All around junk. This os no way to have a business. If its still open..

I've tried several time to login but I never receive the verification code. This app is horrible and based on the reviews this seems to be a recurring issue that has been around for a while. That certainly speaks volumes about the company and their service standards.

well, when first downloaded it worked fine. Now, it doesn't bring up my albums at all. No access. And, at our last sitting i purchased multiple photos and poses.

If i could i would give no stars !!!! Was fooled into purchasing a bigger package in order to get my pics on the app to share...only to find out the app is no longer functional. What a way to fool customers!!!! Definitely dissatisfied....my favorite part of coming here for years was to be able to share my pics with family overseas.

Basically same issue as everyone else. App not working, sounds like discontinued without telling people... all my pics are gone and they won't try to find them for me. The company has always been a money grab/scheme. But basically being the only place in town people will continue to buy from them. Thieves!

Anyone who has recently tried to access gallery. Protrait innovations shut it down last October. You have to buy at least 3 poses to be able to get their new online. Cost of $110. Who wants to purchase $600.00 worth of prints. Protrait innovations is losing my business. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

App never opens..It wont allow you to register to see pics. I was previously registered with access to other photos I purchased, cant even see those. Just had a session today In Greensboro and can not even use the App.

I wished they had given a heads up that they were shutting down and ending business. I would have loved to been able to save my pics from the app before the shut down. If there is some way I can get them, would love to know how.

My kids and I took our pictures on October 5,2019 and I tried to get on the app to shared our pictures with family and friends. Well it ain't working for us and I'm very upset. I tried to call the customer number they told me to keep trying. Y'all need to fix this app asap.

Terrible app! They won't send you a verification code to look up your pictures and it seems there isn't a customer service number where you can talk to anyone about it!

App is not working. Unable to load photos. I paid $300 for pics at the store and can't view them online. It worked a few months ago, what happened?????

The app doesnt work! I keep trying to login to get my baby gender announcement pictures and it keeps telling me there is a general error!!! This is absolutely annoying!

I am very disappointed with this. I spent over $400 for the CD and pictures and I can't even view them on the app. I wish I could at least be refunded for the CD. Ripoff!!!

Just trying to find out why the app is always generating an Error message when I try to log in. I have pictures of my kids from 4 years ago, up until now.

Disappointed. Can't login to the app to see any of my kids photos or order additional items. This is a rip off. Why can't you just fix the app so we can get what we want. Very upset mother

keep requesting for app to send 4 digit code so I can finish creating my account, it has not sent me any code YET...... seems like this is a problem for almost everyone with this app.

The app will not send me a verification email so that I can access my pictures. I am beyond frustrated. The customer service number is of no help.

Very disappointed... I make the $300 purchase so I can have all my pictures.... highly upset, that I have none from 4 different sessions... especially my maternity pics.... not cool

use to work had another session recently and i put in email and then it doesnt work only on the regular one not on app the app is inconsistent and not worth it

can't log on and it won't send the code. had a horrible experience and the disk I received has no photos on it.

Can't ever login. It keeps telling me that a verification code will be sent to my email but it never sends one.
