Verygood app. Keep improving. Suggesting you to simplify selecting quantity for each items and quantity editing in the preview section also. Also your PC version is not working properly. Please sort out the issue.
I paid for the software. I used it for a month but couldn't use it properly even after doing training which the company people rushed Without explaining everything properly. When we see the subscription page they show how many days remaining for the year. So after having a tough time understanding how to use the software, I asked for a refund. I told them to charge me for the days I have used their software. It seems fair because I was having problems with the UX of the software. So it is fair to charge me for the days I have used the Software. Because they are counting the days that I have left. So I Called the company but they were outright with their answer. NO ABSOLUTELY NO. One thing Indian companies lack is good relationship with the customer. I had a problem. I didn't ask for the whole refund because I have used their software. Since I was having a problem I simply asked to refund the days I have not used the software, but they don't care. Once you pay then finished. Customer satisfaction should be your focus.
Why the app needs all types of permission? May I know the minimum required permission for using the app? If certain features need special permission, it should ask me when I really intend to use that feature. If you can't give minimum basic functionality without asking for all sorts of permissions, then I'm surely going to uninstall this. Please clarify. Thanks.
There some bug in your windows app. Today only I installed and it's started crashing when I was deleting invoice history. Please fix it. Otherwise it's a quit manageable software. Please fix the bug
Just Need to improve the syncing of mobile app and desktop version. We are getting issue. Also it takes lot of time to ilupload logo, we need to reboot the app many times to finalise it.
Very good stock taking, invoice and billing app. You should improve on synchronising and user features for customers who are not in India. For example, I cannot select states in Ghana

hello, the user guide and the mobile app are not in sync it seems to trail run the application. Few features/options are not available according to the user guide. for example: Operating Expense
Not displaying profit and loss statement
To Victor Daniel, There is no end of flaws , I'm facing while using just billing licence version. 1) Its take almost one hour to synch between back end and android app. I have already sent recorded video to Mr Veeru on 22nd September. Still it is unsolved 2) It takes almost half minute for invoice page loading.Detaled Video already sent. Now on diwali season, if I want to add one new code , I can not do it. Because of long waiting time. Instead professional licence, you have given me Beta

Worst app i ever used earlier i use other pos for it but after installing it i using it due to some issues i reinstall the apk And after that the credentials they provided are showing errors it shows wrong wrong even on the browsers apk or .exe same issue
Need activation code for trial. Never received OTP either by email or mobile number. Customer Support is slow to respond, rude and lack technical expertise or basic English skills.
You say it's free but it's only for one year... Why don't you specify it from start... However, is it a must to list products with a barcode coz I have tried without and it's failing to register

Says it will email and text an activation code, but none arrives. So difficult to see if this software is any good or not.

Hi, 4 star for not having Excel inventory update. Import the database and export the updated database using Excel sheet. Is this feature available.

Barcode system is not good. If scan one product it scan 2-3 times more. Please improve barcode system otherwise app is good.
