POS Malaysia Mobile Apps

Dear pos Malaysia, if you want to make it compulsory for us to use an app for sending parcels, at least make a somewhat useable app and not this buggy, horrible and embarrassing excuse for an app. Shameful. No wonder people are all moving to other courier services. Thank you.

Everytime when I need to create a new consignment, I need to delete the app and reinstall due to consignment creation always fail to complete at the last step, unless i delete and reinstall the app. Highly highly highly disturbing, disappointing and annoying. Great that they understand consistency though. Their app is on par with their customer service helpline.

I didn't receive any code sent to my number. I think it's best if you can send the code to email as well, as it was used to login my account. Hence, I cannot login to my account and I need to retype the addreses every time I filled the consignment form as a guest. renyah ya

Rubbish Apps.. Cannot key in sender address manually, everytime failed to search for sender address.. If you always depends on Google search address then you better close the apps.. Idiot and waste of time

"Want to create consignment? Key in your address. Oh, we only accept addresses that's in our database. Your address isn't in? Boohoo... Too bad, don't use our app" Seriously, whoever create this app should be fired...

Low quality apps, programmer useless. Apps always loading, WiFi in high speed also stuck. Damn, standard like this only arhhh?

Worst. System not working If you want to make it compulsory, then fix the apps. Do testing first la. Why so bad like this Anyway just make it optional so we don't need to download apps at the counter. Apa bende system macamni

worst service out of all domestic courier services.. event worse if you are expecting international parcels or documents.. i have my parcel at HQ post office in my neighbouring city.. yet they took times to deliver as per custom did their clearance like a week ago.. that is a shame the services that POS MALAYSIA has to offer.. pos laju but never laju as it is interpreted.. lembap...

Font is too small, hard to read and it's a pain to use. Increasing my phone font size is not a choice here.

Kalau nak buat lawak pantun sikit, boleh but the app was have bug that need to be addressed. I'm even struggling to use the app.

App too slow & buggy. After typing receiver address, it didn't showed up at the consignment list. Had to refresh multiple times until it showed up. When I went to my local Poslaju branch to print out the consignment notes, it took me a VERY LONG TIME to scan & print. In the end I gave up and just ask the counter staff to print them out for me. Also, when I tried to remove certain addresses from my Favourite list, it always said “failed to update address”.

I never write any review but wow, multiple issues found within the app making the job to post a parcel more difficult when it was supposed to be easy. Cannot even sign up an account because the app is lagging so bad. Had to repeat the new consignment for over five times because the app just suddenly shut down and it did not save the process. Cannot even enter address properly because it's not in the 'address book'. Overall horrible experience and I'm dissatisfied. Bring back the manual way 👎

Good interface, bad experience. As a first-timer filling up for e-Consignment note, the 3 easy steps as stated from the brochure is an understatement, rather it's confusing in-app (though it's not false advertising -- I get what they're saying). I'm using a rooted phone (cause LineageOS) and at first launch there's no error reporting & just straight up close itself. There's absolutely no reason to block out rooted users for "security purposes" when an app just does... postage. And if you want all users to migrate to this app, this is just one step back. Second, filling out the address for consignment is confusing. The search is convenient, but not reliable. Even when there's no results, there's no option to fill in manually. Only to find out pressing back will fill in manually. Third, weighting for the parcel is redundant when Pos Laju will do it again before payment. I would put there as "Estimated weight (optional)" or remove it. Don't get me wrong, though the app does it job. These little things can affect the overall experience, even for first impression users.

It seems okay before but after I update it, it went to the worst experience ever. I had enter new consignment note, (A LOT!) And when I check it at my parcel record, NO RECORDS in parcel to be printed!!! My adress book also was taking a long time to loading. When I close the app, and reopen, it ask me to login back my account. Pleaseeee, everything was okay before. I need the old one.

I can't even log in to this app. What a disappointed app I ever used. The email verification also couldn't function properly cause I can't even click on the button to verify my email. I used more than 2 handphone to find out which one didn't function the email or my hp. But I think the problem is the email sending to me. Please fix it !

useless apps ever. trying to key in my postcode but it kept telling me the postcode is invalid although i key in the right one. not inconvenience at all. please fix this as soon as possible

Apps is always loading and sometime not work. Have to wait for long time to open anything in the apps. Too much time to waste when open the apps. But have to use it to pos item. In my area the easy reach is only poslaju. I have to use the apps to key in my sender & receiver detail. But it take time to open when I want to print or check a tracker. Very frustrated when the apps is not show anything about my postage detail. I also cannot submit or search poscode area when that happen.

stupid app, waste time, u wana force user to sign up top up to send a parcel is it? Thats why the "one time cash, create shipment" force close before I can enter name or any data. Come on, let us fill in form n mail it if u no money to upgrade yr server, or hire competent pple to write yr app. Useless, no wonder business semakin teruk. Probably gona end up like proton rm1 sell to China.

I have sent my flexipack on 29 April. Now still in international hub. It was in international hub many days ago and sent out . Now back to international hub.

Was working perfectly until this new "update". All my address books are gone. Cant click on anything, the apps just froze. Can't type in special characters. They send verification code, cannot type in anything into the box abd the box for the verification is very small. Whenever it is able to open any feature in the apps, when u want to go back, the loading page will be there forever until i kill the apps. What kind of update is this? Who made this apps update. Did u hired a kindergarten student

Looks like this apps develop by INTERNSHIP students. Very poor developer with lot of problem and bug.

One suggestion for improvement : The completed parcels section should show sorting according to delivery date. Now it is a bit messy.

Very confusing and complicated apps. At a glance it seems organised but when you go into detailed of it, you'll get lost in the apps. It navigate between the apps and website and god knows where what other page it went. I have submitted a paid consignment but couldn't find the transaction back to print. And there goes my RM10...

No positive apps ever . How many apps this malaysia company need for pos laju? Confused and never user friendly
