In this app paper roll ordering, raising ticket options not showing, lot of time deleted and reinstalled the app, but still same issue..
after last update unable to see statement option only its showing settlement. installed app again after uninstalling it, as was advised. now its not generating OTP so unable to open app altogether. very frustrating.
I am using your POS machine, TID 4122728M, Indian Bank. After swiping a card successfully, I don't receive any confirmation message on my mobile or Email. It happens frequently. But the amount is credited to my bank account on next day early morning positively, without fail. Kindly do the needful at your earliest, so that I can get confirmation message, soon after a successful transaction, over my phone and Email. No any other complaint/trouble.
Worst service my payments are on hold from past 4 days, they asked for invoice copy i sent everything but no response from their team yet every night i get mail saying my settlement is not possible as i need to send them the id proof and invoice copy.. Their customer nunber never connects too.
Pos manager is not working on login it's saying update the app.Even after updating the app and also reinstalling the app it's not working.Also previously the transaction were not being reflected in real time.kindly look into the bug it's been really harassing moment
From last 4 months i am requesing for statement but i get inly alert mail from your side and notify mail never receive... i try customer care many times bt issue still unsolved.
The last statement updated on the appnis of 06/10. Since then there has been no update of any card swipe. Please fix this bug.
The app is not working. Nor the statement come to by mails, what is the problem??? Please solve this issue as soon as possible. It's very urgent
Waste update earlier it was very much convenient to know the total amount deducted know we need to calculate and the main thing is the is the server is busy always we have to try 100 times to login

Not working, waste of time, option for getting statement and other options in app are not working.
Worst service.They put my transaction amount on hold .Now it's 34 days but they are not releasing the amount.They asked for customer I'D proof and invoice.I provided but still no response.Very very Bad experience.I regret to use this service.

The transaction is not upadting in settlement option. Last transaction showing is of 5th October. How to get the latest transaction list?

Since last few days ita hampering, the transactions doesnt get settled automatically takes another long to get settled. App doesnt show neither your messages get on time aftwr transaction being made. And your settlement process is quite slow. Must be settled in the first half.
